For the record ...

I am following this now for the knowledge and record for future use. (Interpret anyway you choose)

All this talk of self-bashing stating we all blame ourselves,etc. is not accurate in truth.

This was not a case of rumors and lack of DD that made many invest, But THE CEO, himself who flat out lied to his shareholders. That is fraud, that is criminal, that is prosecutable because the written trail is so littered with his own PR's and statements on his blog.
"Definitive date for A/F's" .... Not a rumor started by short interest groups, but a statement of fact by CEO himself.

So, many here did not get swayed by the "evil crowd" ie. nefarious shorties, and hedge funds, but by the CEO himself and the companies own PR's and blogs.

BE ACCURATE WHERE ONE PLACES BLAME!

This is so clear as to why shareholders tried to do what is normal and reasonable... taking the CEO of the companies word.
Most CEO's in real companies are professionals who are competent and even if they give us optimistic views of their vision of their companies, you should never have to question the very foundation of their character and integrity and intent.

Blame ....????? (LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE CEO
