Remember what I said. The big players now want in, so they are tanking the industry to create an entry point. --Standard procedure for Wall St.

Remember that reporter from Alaska that said "F*** it, I quit?"
I'm thinking--based on Gottlieb's prior testimony to Congress--that the wellness industry will be able to market and sell CBD in foods and dietary supplements but with low concentration CBD, and the pharmaceutical industry will get anything with high doses, because the FDA that allows poisonous ibuprofen--which kills 16,000 people per year and hospitalizes 100,000--to be sold on shelves is crying like a baby about a liver study where rats die from unrealistically gigantic doses of CBD similar to how people die from over-consumption of water. Is it not evident that GW Pharma has some kind of special relationship with the FDA that others are not privy to?
I think that there are so many good deals in the industry right now that most people are going after the big players first before looking into the 11 million dollar market cap companies. I think this will attract much more volume during a bull market for this industry. I feel that this bull market is close by, and the bulls are turning the corner any second.
It seems to me that he understands very well, but he's just here to instill doubt in CVSI investors that may not understand how GRAS works, since most people don't.
Remember that monkey study where they tried to say that monkeys were dying and getting brain damage from cannabis? --I think it was called the Heath/Tulane study of 1974. Well, apparently, the scientists forced several Colombian-strength joints into the lungs of monkeys through a gas mask for about 5 straight minutes --with no oxygen. Then, when the monkeys were dying from suffocation, they blamed the deaths on marijuana. --Then, people really hated the plant and the people associated with it. Do you think this junk science was absolutely criminal? --What about today's GW Pharmaceuticals acute liver toxicity study on CBD where rats were force-fed close to 2300 mg/kg of CBD which led to many of their deaths? --(About 180,000 mg of PURE CBD in ONE DOSE in a 75 kg individual) --Is it criminal that the FDA is using this study right now as a means to justify handing a large portion of the CBD industry over to pharmaceutical companies? --A study that is similar in every way to a study that tests for how much water it takes to kill you?
Considering the Regulatory hurdles, I feel that we will still be ultra successful in the LT. I’ll just keep loading the boat until this industry really takes off.
“and we anticipate our monthly cash requirements to fund our operating activities to be approximately $150,000” —from 10K. Firm has over $4 million. We can operate for a Long, Long time.
Don't judge the company by the cash in the 10K. You have to add the placement money from July into that. The 10K only covers up til June. November's 10Q will be quite telling.

Thesis: When you have an industry this big that's coming out of the black hole of prohibition, big agencies, Senators, Representatives, Presidents, etc take notice. Cannabis has been politicized so much that the 2020 election may depend on how the future president will treat this plant and the people involved with it. The industry has grown so much and so quickly that Wall St big players that didn't take the industry seriously NOW WANT IN! When they want in, they do everything they can to shake the tree of novice investors and retail investors--also known as weak hands--so that they can get the shares at a discount. It's actually a really good sign, and I've seen it happen with multiple successful firms. They know that most investors are already head-over-heels in CBD stocks, so now is the perfect time for Wall St to strike. --Right before the CBD and cannabis industries become main stream via changing regulation and future uplistings. --This is from my experience with how the big players treated Avita by dropping it all the way to 1.09 before it randomly blasted off to 7.50 in a matter of a few days.. Know what you have folks. That's why it's important to know how to do good DD on a stock. If you don't know how to and if you're invested here because other people told you to, then Wall St is after people like you, because the people that KNOW what they have aren't touching their shares. Enjoy your cheap shares Wall St. Now, carry us to $20.
Completely agree brother. The SAFE ACT's passage in the House puts the momentum in the cannabis industry's favor. I think that Trump's situation right now may be jolting the market a bit.
The SAFE Act is more than just about allowing banks to hold cannabis money; it's about allowing banks to provide loans to cannabis businesses. This bill, when passed, will give the cannabis industry much more access to capital; that capital can be used for advertising, marketing, and cannabis industry research, and that's where LBUY benefits.
Movement doesn’t always happen when you want it. Often, reactions with this stock are delayed for days.
“Revenues
During the year ended June 30, 2019, we generated $1,789,823 of revenues, compared to revenues of $1,128,245 during the year ended June 30, 2018. The increase of $661,578 or 59% was primarily due to recent expansion of our platform that enables us to sell more to a single customer, increasing our per customer revenue and the initial expansion of our services into additional states. Cash received from customers increased from $1,229,242 to $1,928,917 or 57% increase for the period. However, the growth in GAAP basis revenue was lower due solely to the timing of recognition of deferred revenue. Our market penetration is still below 25% in Colorado and less than 1% in other states. Management expects to have continued high quarter over quarter revenue growth as we expand our platform and our geographical service area.
The overall focus of the company is to continue to grow topline revenue while expanding the geographic footprint of operations. We will continue to broaden the Leafbuyer technology platform to increase the opportunity for customer value creation and upsell of our product line. Anticipated growth will come from both organic sources and acquisitions. The company is constantly looking for acquisitions to complement the current platform and expand geographic reach.
Expenses
During the year ended June 30, 2019, we incurred total expenses of $7,663,946, including $7,382,985 in general and administrative expenses, and $280,961 in selling expenses. During the year ended June 30, 2018, we incurred total expenses of $4,077,379, including $3,870,548 in general and administrative expenses, and $206,831 in selling expenses. The increase of $3,586,567 or 88% was primarily due to the expansion of our sales and account management team, our overall marketing of our services and $2,285,543 in stock-based compensation for employees and contractors during the year ended June 30, 2019. Management does not expect the general and administrative expenses to continue to increase as management focuses on getting current operations to positive cash flow.”
I’m using $1,928,917 as my revenue number for the quarter when considering actual cash received from customers.
$1928917 - 1297000 (total revenue of first 3 quarters) = $632,000 revenue for Q4 when considering deferred revenue. 632-489 (revs from Q3) = 143. 143 / 489 = 29.24% actual growth QoQ.
Maybe we’ll get the STATES ACT to pass too.
That’s usually the driving factor behind stock movement.
Typically in the stock market, growth stocks trended to trade at 10X revenues. If this holds true, then with 1,749,000 in revenues, we could see a nice bump to around a 17.5 million market cap. As you can see, we’ve been trading at 10X revenues from 2018’s 1.1 million revs at our current 11 million cap. Therefore, for now, I’ll put a price target here for 0.225, for now. In a bull market, that could triple.
Delayed reaction coming. The revenue news is fantastic. Revenue will only multiply over time as we continue to scale. Great DD by those institutional investors. —Hats off. Very, very oversold. I’m guessing we’ll have the actual 10-K by tomorrow. This is a company in its growth phase, so I’m OK with growth spending that gave us such an awesome loyalty platform that’s already growing quickly at 13% compounding MONTHLY growth. —That’s a lot.

That's actually a great idea. I could certainly benefit from this backwards thinking.
Completely agree.
I wonder if investors realize that CVSI has no exposure to vape sales. If anything, that money that would have bought vape products might be buying more supplements now.
Wasn’t MontanaJackisBack trolling Vitamin Shoppe the other day? —And now, attacking his own investment at CWBHF, whom landed in Vitamin Shoppe as of today?
I believe in the LT here. It’s not like CBD became any less effective, and it’s not like we’re not selling in stores. There’s a great future here. I remind myself of how Netflix was trading in October of 2008 when considering my overall forecast here. This is a highly explosive industry that’s currently in a strong bear market due to regulatory uncertainty. However, anyone that’s done great DD will know which way this is gonna go in the end. When an industry like this pops up, big money is going to toy with it until the very last weak hand is shook. They won’t be able to shake those that know what they have.
As long as we aren't at risk of going out of business, then I'm not touching my shares. There are some states that are allowing for the sale of CBD supplements, like Texas, that are massive economies. We are still the top seller in stores. When the ambiguity in the industry is removed in the short term, lots of risk averse money could pour back into the sector like a tidal wave. --Similar to how TLRY popped. Once it pops, it won't stop, so get your discounted shares while they last, and set up an easy multiplication for yourself in the short and long terms.
Is that why you’re getting outsold in stores so badly that you need to put a BOGO offer on your product to get sales? —Can’t be so good for margins.
