Remember that monkey study where they tried to say that monkeys were dying and getting brain damage from cannabis? --I think it was called the Heath/Tulane study of 1974. Well, apparently, the scientists forced several Colombian-strength joints into the lungs of monkeys through a gas mask for about 5 straight minutes --with no oxygen. Then, when the monkeys were dying from suffocation, they blamed the deaths on marijuana. --Then, people really hated the plant and the people associated with it. Do you think this junk science was absolutely criminal? --What about today's GW Pharmaceuticals acute liver toxicity study on CBD where rats were force-fed close to 2300 mg/kg of CBD which led to many of their deaths? --(About 180,000 mg of PURE CBD in ONE DOSE in a 75 kg individual) --Is it criminal that the FDA is using this study right now as a means to justify handing a large portion of the CBD industry over to pharmaceutical companies? --A study that is similar in every way to a study that tests for how much water it takes to kill you?
