Actually they do always bring in assets to the shell which is also owned by shareholders. In my experience rm's can be very lucrative for the shareholders. Not sure what kind on rm's you've invested in if at all. There will be assets coming in here, which is why the CEO holds shares.A control block was also issued to the new owners.Everyone wins!
Or consolidate, which is what the buy/sell volume would indicate so far.Slow and steady building bases.Very healthy.
Looking technically sound.Building sound bases followed by breakouts.
Once we get over 0.0316 we'll be blue skies.
Gap is filled.Waiting on quarterly.May give us more clarity. If they were just merging into a shell, then why would they say buyer? Or is this just semantics?
OMG,That's today!
That was in May.
What is the objective here?
The only thing we know for sure now is that the merger happens Monday
You are assuming that there will be no other good news releases.
Or Friday,or Monday.Holding.
Not sure about the details of that or even if it's going to happen. But that's not always a negative thing especially when it comes to an uplist.I've seen companies announcing an rs to uplist actually rally in to an rs.There's so much to like about this deal without mentioning a hypothetical rs.Like 100 mily in the bank to jumpstart commervialization.
At the end of the day regardless of charts, which often on the otc are unreliable there are still possibly huge catalysts ahead.Charts can also be subjectively interpeted. No exact science there otherwise we'd all be multi millionaires.GLTA.
Yup,this is a good deal for everyone. You would have to be flat out lying to try and paint it any other way.A win win!
So if I understand right 10,000 of Shmp would become 1000 of the new co?
Yup,agreed.More sustainable then parabolic.Trending nicely.

Well, she did go down the next day, then rebounded.Getting overbought right now,and don't think anyone answered the question of weather the commons will survive.GLTU!
I'm in.Not a bad little Friday up in here.
Hate to say I told you so but.......
Is this a Hoaxie? If I was a betting man,I would not be betting on a rally.I've seen this scenario hundreds of times where it rally's hard, then finishes close to the low end of the daily range. We shall see.No one can even confirm that the commons will survive.GLTA.
Failed rally. This will fall hard tomorrow!
Would it be possible to stop replying to hijack claims(semantics)and just talk about the biz here.Seems like a bunch of 3 yr old have taken over this board.Lotsa noise here.
Unfortunately for you there are not enough members to keep this one alive.zthere are only so many fringe lunatics out there
Already crazy market cap for no earnings.
Wow,this share structure.A bloated pig!
How are we finding operations here?
So what's the story on this stock? Don't really see any info.
Right,they're giving this one away!
So when is this quarterly report coming out showing income?
Now why would you recklessly smear this company.
Boy,I would think that a 1 dolla share price,or more would be a shoe in.This thing moves on air.
Well,I guess you can try to sell some at a loss,or hold on for an announcement which will take this puppy to trading millions per day.
Phil is coming for the gapping below 0.06.
You're screwed! Never buy more than 10% of the dailey average volume.
Yes,I would concur with that point. This one has longterm hold written all over it.
Why go through the stress? Just sell
Shouldn't we be expecting a quarterly report very soon?
Phil McGappin by Monday.
We have universally received fantastic feedback on both the product and its need in the marketplace"
