Why the dump?

Certainly seems like this one has a very low market cap in comparison to the possible assets in the ground.

I cannot confirm this,however they have kept their filings updated for a reason I assume. RM Incoming?

I'm thinking we get some initial sellers of this stock on a knee jerk reaction to not getting a full acquisition,then we go up when smart investors realize the revenues being brought in. Patience will pay here.

One thing I really like about this company besides the binding LOI is the communication with shareholders which is rare on the OTC.

Remember,this is a binding agreement.

I wouldn't expect that since everything was outlined in the last press release.

I'm going to assume that the extension is automatic,as per company's press release.

I waz in,took profit to buy $KULR.Back in now for the ride. I like the fact that this is a binding LOI now,and the merge in company continues to expand. Expecting a solid run here.

How in the world is the stock trading 200 million shares and 1 day if it only has a 50 million outstanding share count ?

Ya,we should hear today,tomorrow,or Monday.down to the wire. Even if it gets delayed ,as long as it's still on we're in good shape. Murphy's law,things take longer than we think.
