Something dumb happened on Thursday and Friday. Some IDWD investors traded in dollars to settle for pennies while others sold out panicking when the momentum swung. All this happened on a day when IDWD announced its biggest news and commitment in 5 months: That they are now obligated to pay a whopper of a dividend to all investors of record in March. Many think they can easily jump back in anytime since the record date is weeks away and some sold worrying that the dividend would be in some worthless stock. I doubt that many buy into the latter idea with HLS posting growth numbers not seen by any other OTC or Nasdaq or AMEX companies that I know of. Thursday’s PR even stated that HLS continues to rack up stellar numbers with an increase in orders of over 400% in January alone. Since most people bought in after the fact, after IDS have announced the increased in the dividend and the stock price has already jumped, I doubt that there were much gains from the big sale on Thursday. Much of the selling occurred because daytraders think they can jump aboard anytime before the record date. This couldn’t be more flawed. Some people just don’t know when they’re risking dinner only to settle for table scraps. Unlike the IDWD of yesterday in October that played the “announcing soon” games and then going silent causing some diehards to pee in their pants and others to contemplate moving to Forex trade, the IDWD of 2006 has posted 9 PR’s so far this year with 7 in the last 2 weeks alone! Unlike the IDWD of yesterday that promises to pay the dividends, to post the hotel ads, and to advertise, the IDWD of today has announced the dates for advertising, has posted the hotel ads, and has even announced when they would pay the dividends. They even go so far as to announce the day when they would make that announcement. With planned advertising, dividends, uplistings, and IPOs on the schedule, IDS now has a timeline to deal with and a momentum to maintain. How many companies do you know of that can jump in popularity as IDS has without spending much or any money on advertising? With as many as 5 stockpicks newsletters now recommending IDS, including hotstockchat.com, OTCPicks.com, Tipreporter.com, OTCstockexchange.co, and www.otc-advisors.com, and IDS now have 2 of the most popular websites in the world today according to ranking.com, the executives know that the investment world has now already tuned in to the IDS channel. With advertising about to begin and more investors expected to come on board, IDS is quickly preparing itself to sell to the public its 3 new high-flying companies. Identix, another biometric company that makes fingerprinting technology, was recently bought out for almost $800 million. Can you imagine what IDS can do owning the top biometric security product and the top internet encryption product in the world? Monster.com and Expedia.com are worth almost $6 billion and $9 billion, respectively. 995 now has more overall ads than either of these sites and almost as popular as the #1 car site Autotrader.com. 995 offers more features and more space for a fraction of the costs compared to these #1 sites. Can you imagine what 995 can become once it starts advertising? One thing is certain, IDS executives know that they can’t afford to let IDWD’s stock price to continue to slip and to allow new investors to start a position with such low prices. This will only add to the instability when the stock makes its next big advance and will make it harder for the stock to gap up to its appropriate price and to the target price for the uplisting and the planned IPO’s and spinoffs. Anyone who foolishly sold on Thursday and Friday will quickly realize their fallacy as current long term shareholders mobilize their funds to accumulate and new investors coming on board and buying at discounted prices. This is why IDWD will likely to announce something big again soon. When IDWD agrees to sell HLS, it only had a little over 4-5 thousand clients. Now that it has revealed that it only sold a minority portion for HLS and even got more money than the $41 million previously announced to increase the dividend pay, IDS executives know that IDWD is worth much more than $1.10 a share and that they need to find a way to communicate this soon with their backs now against so many timelines in March. IDS has posted probably more PRs than any public company so far in 2006. You can expect it to get even more aggressive soon. IDWD is now on the move. Can it expect its shareholders and owners to provide it with a strong grassroot promotion to friends, families, and anyone else who has money? While IDWD remains on the pinksheets, whether it will be successful in the short term will depend a lot on the efforts of its many owners we know as shareholders and their own ability to sell and advertise their company and prized investment. With so many big things on the schedule, you can expect IDS CEO to appear on tv again in the near future. Wouldn’t it be nice that being owners of IDWD as well that we could give him some help? Couldn’t we send an email to our friends and local business owners, doctors and lawyers, professionals and celebrities with this resounding message: “IDWD.pk to pay special dividend to shareholders of record March 17th.” Let’s share some love with our friends and families and at the same time, attract some buyers for IDWD’s new set of companies. After March 17th or shortly thereafter, hopefully everyone will have some nice cash from the dividend to do just that. This is why paying the dividend is so important to IDWD at this time. They not only have to retain current investors by paying the dividend, but to attract new ones as well in order for the new companies to do well.
