I'm just kicking back & enjoying the show. Someone message me when I have to click sell on UOIP in my Etrade account or maybe we'll get a check in the mail. lol!
We'll just wait & see what part of the contract she is claiming was breached. There could be 100 different things in that contract.
maybe UOIP will win in the billions$

I said there is not any reason for me to read or post anymore, but I still stalk this board about every other day. Looks like this is gonna take a while. I bought in January of 2018. Life is decent out in Las Vegas, I have worked full-time through covid-19 @ a big box retailer, wearing a mask everyday, we even got extra pandemic pay & sales bonuses. There is nightlife out here, casinos r open, bars are now open, most restaurants have been partially open for a while now. The courts have been open here in Vegas since May 29th.
When I post about another stock or something off topic it usually gets deleted, I've seen when one of the regulars on this board post similar stuff it does not, or some of the replies to me seem somewhat negative. Other than that most people are cool & very informational. I posted about $WIMHF/ this summer, the sportsbetting company I use, it went after I bought, & recent went up more when the buyout was announced.
UOIP$
it could still come around. This article explains everything.

I'm takin the over, way over, can I tease it? July 5, 2021 trial date.
w/ the facts, evidence, & patents us shareholders will get $$, when idk, how much idk. Since I'm only 40, I look @ this as supplemental retirement. It could take another 2-15 years to see any $$. The cox trial hasn't even started & we gotta deal w/ another 7-12 companies. We r locked in, I'm practically free rolling w/ my shares, there is no reason to geek out on this board everyday & keep repeating the same stuff over & over again. When this Cox trial starts hopefully it will get some media attention, & I would want UOIP to become current/public again, then I think UOIP stock will take off & $$ will trickle in w/ each trial. My time is more valuable elsewhere. I have made some $$ on home improvement stocks such as cleaning products & power tools. The vaccines r on the way, the world could start returning to normal.
ya that has been known about for years, the article I saw about marked cards + special lenses was about a couple playing poker in New York years ago. Maybe this is just a funny reply; if u actually do that u should not announce it on a msg board. There very well could be players using marked cards & special contact lenses to see the marks, but it would have to be a very small ring of insiders in big games. The casino can be looking for this too, all it takes is 1 other person to have those contact lenses or glasses, & they will see the marks & replace the deck.
that was a bad time to shutdown, the pandemic has been the busiest time ever for the dispensaries, lines around the building out to the freeway, curbside pickup & delivery off the hook. I live in Vegas but have never been to one of their dispensaries, I prefer Oasis.
I bought a bunch @ .01... & tripled up by selling just over 1/2 my shares @ .043
I think people might be speculating another company will try to buy them out of bankruptcy. Those licenses are hard to get & resell for a ton$. High Times is trying to get in NV, although I have not seen any news about this it could definitely be going on behind the scenes.
UOIP needs to be reinstated, the value would be going way up right now.
well that’s just the other side pleading their case, testimony. Nothing to worry about.
I’ve had Cox cable for 2 yrs, it’s in Vegas, & Cali, AZ. but I pay a mandatory $45 for an apartment complex bundle so it’s a great deal
It’s T-0 east coast, lol I said it 1st. Lookin forward to some good happenings.
What happened to CLS buying In Good Health dispensary in Massachusetts? Did they loan them $5mil?
lately I’ve been doing good sports betting on NHL hockey, & a little NBA & NCAA b-ball. the Canadians do not lose @ home too much, Bruins have been on fire, & Bluejackets have been very good since December. Capitals r great, & the Wild is decent.
I’ve noticed poker is a little tougher in Vegas, I had more success @ the poker rooms in the Bay Area CA. I’ve played a few WSOP tourneys got very close to cashing out. I’ve had a few big winning nights out here. Vegas is known as the poker capital of the world so a lot of players r serious about it. Like, my friends come here & don’t even want to gamble, they’ll go to a rock show & walk around & drink & I’ll be on the poker table for 7hrs.
I like the buffalo slot machine, the ones that have 3 machines on each side like a 6pack, 60cent minimum bet, I won $400 the other day & only put $15 in there. & the spin poker slots pay out most of the time too.
I had been to Vegas about 5 times after I turned 21, I use to live near SF, I moved to Vegas 2.5 yrs ago, I would say it’s overrated. Ur chances of winning $ is not that good unless u r an excellent poker player or a card counter(which they don’t like). On the strip it’s mostly all gambling, drinking & dancing By the time we get paid the Raiders might be going to the SuperBowl in Vegas. U could see a Raiders game, Vegas Knights game and cruise the strip, & they have a lot of resort/casinos w/ nice swimming pools. Do u really come to Vegas to see a show? A trip to the Caribbean might be better or even South Lake Tahoe which has casinos too & lots of nice scenery & places for outdoor activities/sports.
go 49ers, we’ll be getin’ the SF $ soon too!
I just came across this article from 2 years ago, you all probly already seen it. The coincidences here, especially this proposal got scrapped just before the PTABs.
“consumers would rather eliminate the set-top box altogether than embrace a complex regulatory scheme that will require them to have another box in their home and won’t take effect for at least three years.” what is that about? This was definitely in Chanbond’s favor, probly bc of this lawsuit they could not vote on releasing the technology to more companies.

I stumbled upon this & bought a little. & I noticed the gold mining co they own part of JUPGF, went up to $1.20 @ the end of the year & now is back down to 0.35, tryin to buy some of that too.
hopefully they r settling up before the end of the tax year. I would think the 13 would want to put this far behind them.
I would think if a company (Amazon) not involved in the lawsuit bought UOIP or Chanbond they would have to sue the Cable companies all over again to make $ off the patents or would Amazon take over the lawsuit?
I only invested about $500 here, & have 21,000 shares. Just hoping to make $20,000. I sold & bought a few times during that mini rollercoaster then the bigdipper, so I broke even. just sitting on it, waiting.
& most importantly today October 7, the start of free trades, zero broker commission fees.
Columbus Day is celebrated on Monday the 14th but was originally on the 12th which is also Indigenous Peoples’ Day
Oct 12 is Columbus Day
& the NBA starts on the 22nd
My favorite month
currently Oktoberfest or Oaktoberfest as we say in Oakland, CA.
my UOIP ETrade shares changed to 0.00 today. Still shows I have all my shares they r just worth nothing.
yes! Thanks. Hoping for a very merry Xmas.
is the PTAB appeal over? I must have missed that. Thought it could take up to 6 months to hear a decision.
& on “thelayoff.com” says more cuts to come: unload crew is next, then more specialists.
Lowe’s stock will never catch up to Home Depot, not in my lifetime. HD owns about 10-20 other successful companies within their stock it’s not just HD. Lowe’s stores are run so loosely, they throw $ in the garbage, let product walk out the door, if investors knew everything that goes on at the stores, they would be out so quick. Lowe’s is making a shit ton of $, but they could be making so much more, if the stores were run tighter/micromanaged. I sold my stock @ about 117.
I worked for a private company that got bought out & it took about 7 months from the buyout date to get a check in the mail, & we 1st got about 70% off the $, the rest was in escrow, we got 2 more checks of the rest months/almost a year later. was nice the company got bought for 40% higher than what it was worth.
I had a sell order in @ $1.11 & it was rejected @ 6:15am today by Etrade
& I cant access this board from the app, I had to go to the IHUB webpage.
maybe they will buyout Terra Tech or Goldenleaf. I doubt MedMen would sell.
that’s why this case is the most complex, there could be all sorts of negotiations maybe Arris/Commscope can buyout w/ a contract to supply for the next 20 yrs, but I doubt it.
any reputable co the makes modems. It’s not practical for Commscope/Arris to buyout.
Chanbond/Carter already own the patents.
Chanbond needs a settlement in the billions to be successful, with as long as this case has gone on the lawyers r gonna get a nice chunk of that. We already know Chanbond will not accept a lowball buyout. Cable cos have to empty all of there pockets for a decent buyout or they will be forced to by court. This will cause cable cos to raise prices even more an cos like Netflix & Hulu will reap the benefits.
