She said the law firms go after the insurance coverage that all corporations have to protect/defend themselves against fraud. Like Lynda said, it doesn't cost us anything. My lawyer friend thinks we have a small chance to get something back,depending on the amount of MotionDNA's insurance coverage. Also, she said if there were untruthful press releases about patents, etc., that's definitely fraud, and that an atty would be ''thrilled'' to get the case. She said there's no way of getting money back through the SEC, that suing is the way to go.
