Would the new pink sheets ratings system have saved us? One of the four icons which will be displayed next to each symbol, as determined by the SEC, I think, is a skull and bones icon.

Hopefully this gov't intervention will prevent future scammers. We needed this two years ago, but at least the gov't is doing something good about this now for investors.
