Man do these people selling actually even know what a reverse split is? Doing this prior to merging solidifies the the minimum price requirement for uplist. The value of the shares remains the same. Not sure what to make here, usually if a stock gets suspended, the company goes dark and just hides. This guys is still going as hard as ever, so I am unsure how much is illegitimate or fraudulent behind this company. It's possible that he simply has no idea how to act, either ethically or being transparent/precise with information. Sure, that is still alarming for an investor, but if the company even has a fraction of the finances it claims and that we deem a certain amount of legitimacy to being approved by the SEC for Pink current then there is hope for the company. For what it's worth, I verified the auditing company is real and has affiliation with ENKS.

I've only seen one stock somewhat recover from a suspension, so we will see what happens with getting the CE lifted here which will be the main test.

Neither, it's not dilution. It looks like shorts and then shorts covering when you had the infinite wall at .031 (I actually added here for 150k shares). You see that exact l2 on stocks that have heavy short interest in the OTC.
