Not sure what to make here, usually if a stock gets suspended, the company goes dark and just hides. This guys is still going as hard as ever, so I am unsure how much is illegitimate or fraudulent behind this company. It's possible that he simply has no idea how to act, either ethically or being transparent/precise with information. Sure, that is still alarming for an investor, but if the company even has a fraction of the finances it claims and that we deem a certain amount of legitimacy to being approved by the SEC for Pink current then there is hope for the company. For what it's worth, I verified the auditing company is real and has affiliation with ENKS.
I've only seen one stock somewhat recover from a suspension, so we will see what happens with getting the CE lifted here which will be the main test.
