Does this mean we need to contact that office if we hold shares? Not understanding the settlement being offered.
So I read where court case is supposed to resume July 19th on trademark trial with Illegal Mezcal. Once this is cleared up do we think the Form 10 is filed? Has this been the hold up?
Where does everyone see this going tomorrow?
My TDA account now says WCVC is worth $0. Did they close up shop? It’s always said .0001 before this afternoon.
I’ve owned this stock a long time. Really surprised it’s taking so long to get going. Any hopes of this taking off in 2022?
I ended up going with TSOI. It’s breaking out.
Do you expect a buyout at some point?
Just bought in this morning on the news…where do you guys see this going?
Just bought in….let’s go!!! Got in at .0365 so feel good about it!
Newbie here and just wandered across this board. Got a couple thousand to risk. Any recommendations on a stock that can help me forget I lost my tail in 2021? Lol
I get that and I have shares in WCVC. I just had some extra money to risk and was trying to see if he had a good pick right now that I could actually purchase. I can’t tell if he’s saying ETEK is a good buy right now or if he’s just using it in comparison. Pretty new to this and like things spelled out for me lol
Just to make sure I understand, trader53 currently tells us to buy WCVC and INAR, neither of which can be bought currently in US…at least on TD Ameritrade. Has he given any suggestions that can be bought? Is he saying now is a good time to buy ETEK?
I have shares in WCVC, what’s another really good penny stock to take a chance on right now? I need a winner.
No where to go but up from here!
It’s TDA
I’ve had a buy order in for a week at .0002, how long does it usually take to fill?
Anyone that held all the way down to .0004 is an absolute imbecile to sell now. This is a real pink current stock with 8 brick and mortar stores, online business, and many patents that businesses will want in future if not used by HCMC. Just make it a long term hold and don’t sell at huge loss.
Did something new come out or is everyone panicking over old news?
Can’t retire the shares while the lawsuit in pending because they need liquidity for lawyers and such. I would expect that if lawsuit goes their way then they would use that money to buy back the shares. Also makes sense as to why they don’t want the pps flying up right now. If they retired shares right now then pps would go up and ultimately they wouldn’t be able to retire as many total shares in future. Just my hunches…
Their act is tiresome. At this point someone would have to be an absolute fool to pay any attention to these two. If they didn’t like the stock they wouldn’t spend every day on this message board. That would be like me saying I hate broccoli and eating it every day of the week.
Yet you are still here… go figure.
If he did it now then the price would rise, he’s smart enough to wait for settlement.
I’m no expert here but could it not be possible that he’s trying to purposely keep the price down so that he can buy back more shares after a settlement or a winning lawsuit with PM? This in turn would be way more beneficial for shareholders and company in long term. If price spikes now then it wouldn’t be possible to buy back near as many shares. Just thinking out loud.
My question is do we reap the benefits with it set up this way if patents are sold?
Anyone care to give a cliff note version of his reasoning?
It’s sense, but there are other options.
If they win lawsuit they can easily buy back shares and it would also explain the reasoning of keeping price low right now. If price spikes they can’t buy back near as many shares.
He’s just here to share his profound wisdom with us. Don’t you go to other boards and spend your time warning everyone not to buy certain stocks just for their benefit??? ???????
PHI Group, Inc. (www.phiglobal.com, PHIL), a diversified holding company currently engaged in PHILUX Global Funds (a group of Luxembourg bank funds), the Asia Diamond Exchange project ("ADE") in Vietnam, mergers and acquisitions and investing in special situations, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to acquire seventy percent (70%) ownership in Five Grain Treasure Spirits Co., Ltd., ("Five-Grain") a company with over one hundred years of tradition in Jilin Province, China. This is a unique, special situation transaction that is expected to create substantial value for the Company, its shareholders and all stakeholders.
According to the MOU, PHI Group will acquire seventy percent (70%) ownership in Five-Grain and provide the additional required capital for Five-Grain to fully execute its business plan. The budget for this transaction will be one hundred million U.S. dollars (USD 100,000,000), to be paid in three tranches. The Company will complete the due diligence of Five-Grain before signing a Definitive Agreement for the consummation of this transaction, which is scheduled to close by the end of 2021. PHI Group will also set up a subsidiary under the name of "Empire Spirits, Inc." as the special purpose vehicle for this undertaking.
Baijiu is a white spirit distilled from sorghum. It is similar to vodka but with a fragrant aroma and taste. It is currently the most consumed spirit in the world. Mainly consumed in China, it is gaining popularity in the rest of the world.
Five-Grain specializes in the production and sales of spirits and the development of proprietary spirit production processes. It also possesses a patented technology to grow red sorghum for baiju manufacturing. The patented grain produces superior yield and quality. Five-Grain is a reputable bulk alcohol supplier to some of the largest spirits companies in the world.
According to the Five-Grain development plan, once the acquisition is completed, the company will follow a three-prong growth strategy to reach 200,000,000 liters of bulk spirits per year to supply to other beverage companies and develop its own brand using proprietary manufacturing methods and preferred distribution channels. By reaching these goals, Five-Grain expects to annually generate over US$ 600 million in revenues on the success of the Company's growth plan.
Kweichow Moutai, the largest alcohol company in the world has recently crossed the $500 billion dollar valuation mark. With a single Baijiu product, they enjoy a 50X expected revenues. Five-Grain will supply bulk spirits to them as well as other major spirits companies.
With this type of a multiple, PHI Group is confident this will bring tremendous value to all its shareholders.
Mr. Jimmy Wang, Vice President of Five-Grain, stated: "By partnering with PHI Group and having access to international capital sources, we are confident we will be able to accelerate our execution to meet our growth targets and become a major player in this sector."
Henry Fahman, Chairman and CEO of PHI Group, concurred: "We are delighted to work with Five-Grain in this very rare opportunity to create special value for our shareholders and all other stakeholders. While continuing to fulfill major initiatives regarding our Luxembourg bank funds, the Asia Diamond Exchange, crypto technology and blockchain projects, we also are currently expanding our mergers and acquisitions activities to increase consolidated revenues and operating results for our company."
Where does he say he changed his mind? He’s showing you the buy orders that TD is rejecting. As soon as this stock gets pink current status I assume TD will allow buy orders once again…correct?
What did they do to cause you to dump half your shares on Friday?
Like I said, they were being very thorough! Go HCMC!!!
No one listens to you. Anyone that sits on a message board for a stock they supposedly don’t like has an agenda.
Hopefully just being very thorough!
I agree, honestly I think they are basically borrowing money (new shares) to pay off lawyers with the intention to buy back shares when they win the case.
Only reason to average down is if you think it’s eventually going up which proves the point that your posts are pointless. No one buys more of something to average down if they think it’s only going lower, that would be like throwing money on a fire. So glad to see you think this is going up as well!
We are way more interested in why you would hang out on this board daily if it’s not going to move…I’ll hang up and listen.
My TD Ameritrade account has now updated my shares. It automatically purchased more due to the 5 day average being .0010 instead of the .0014.
They are, they are keeping price down until after the 5 day VWAP which I believe will end June 10th now. That way us bagholders can get 25% off before the big run.
I saw that which is fine by me.
I wasn’t speculating, I was going straight from the rights offering. It clearly states the price will be 25% off of the last 5 trading days before the rights offering ends.
