I'm not sure how much you have into to this, but with respect to your decision, is this really a battle to fight? The amount of money and time that you'll end up sinking into this thing... In my opinion, it just doesn't seem worth it.

No major assessment needed... Guys starts a company. Guy sells shares to build the company. Guy gets paid for his time working on the company. Company fails. Guy sells company. Notwithstanding everything in between, that's what happened. Get yourself some cash and start a company. It's really just that simple... Happy Thanksgiving.

Has anyone researched the process of going public? I am far from a professional. However, the shell option is appealing to a person wishing to get a little capital for his operation... Basically, it's a tool to get cash. Based on the comments from the recent PR, I'd say that GREM is heading in a completely different direction. Take a moment to research companies that have taken similar actions. In many cases, the events don't bode well for those "holding" on to the dream. If you play it well, however, you could make out nicely. Good luck!

IMHO, we will likely hear of great things to come from new guy, stock will rise, and then we will R/S.

Yeah, we've heard this from Roland before. Too much has been said before with no follow through. As I see it, business is business and I'm here to make money. As far as I'm concerned, this is a play. If Roland pulls something out of his hat in two weeks, I'll enjoy the ride and go from there. Pennies...that's what we're working with...

I'm not sure how mismanaged it was, but I would certainly say that it was inadequetly managed. I don't think that he is hungry enough. We need someone who is hungry and ready to make this thing shine.
