So the preliminary is November6th?
Amazon partnership, increased dividend, higher than expected earnings, pandora buyout.
So so down.. why?
Lots of chatter from those that think it's going up, those that think it's going to tank. Can't we all agree that November 6th, and the 13th are super important? I wonder what kind of odds there are that the 11/6 draft eis says it's safe and good to go? Where does the stock go then? Does it plummet hard if it is super negative? All before the November 13th earnings report. Crazy times
it's a nasdaq stock though, why can't I trade it?
I wonder if this is a good thing. After hours was interesting ish.
Why isn't this stock tradeable on Robinhood? I was really excited to get into it and that disappointed me :(.
I messaged their facebook just asking if it was them. They read the message and didn't respond.
that actually doesn't make sense
With where this company has been and how low the pps is currently comparatively, if they are hiring 22 people that is very encouraging.
not really relevant about how many they let go in the past
not this time, never happening again here. Moved on news before.
how is he relevant?
this is not a stock to buy into.
How many times has he said that over the years? How many times has it materialized?
It's fat zero
said this in another post, got deleted.
what stake do shareholders hold now?
I have my stop limits in the 30s and already collected profits.
This stock does the same routine every so often.
10,000 shares previously at .34. Averaged down 20,000 to .27. Today was cool.
dilution
I hear ya man. Threw a couple hundred at this awhile back and lost 90 percent.
what is showing you that?
if i short a stock and t-trades post to dilute driving down the price, I win yes?
Company isn't mining. Resource price irrelevant to comstock
or they just report on time then RS lol
no such thing as BMIC
nowhere does it say that was paid
any long since day one has lost a majority of their money. I've flipped this a few times for profits but enduring longs have LOST
how about the precipitous drop in value pre and post RS for starters?
minus the dilution it's reading the same :D
I've seen this with $MNGA. Shareholders own no real stake and they have been diluting and RS'ing for years based on the initial promise ( and early deliveries) of their tech
when did this happen?
So the suggestion is, a reverse split would free up shares for this buyout? Also, couldn't they just pay over time for the acquisition and are confident financials will raise the pps?
I"m fairly new, so thanks for answering what probably are obvious questions.
I guess what I'm asking is, then why do it? Seems like an awful lot of burden when there are clearly better options to show "revenue" no?
i mean yeah, buying a struggling company is bad in a vacuum. What assets are there, leverage, additive value etc that's not included with a black or white perspective?
I mean, in a vacuum you're correct. We'll just have to wait and see.
in what way has Helpcomm been a disaster currently beyond it's bad financials?
so you're saying that there wouldn't be enough shares for them?
Sorry for my ignorance.
Did I say he owned it? He was definitely the President? What did I lie about exactly?
yall getting pumped and dumped before the next rs. you've been warned
The question nobody will answer here.
