HE slowly but surely back to $30's + Dividends
Go Baby go!
$1.50? Sounds like you just look at charts and do little DD. Nothing wrong with that and I'm sure it is profitable. But the company's revenue is on the incline and the newly approved X will add to the revenue stream. The market cap at $1.3B is slightly bloated for its current sales but it is justified by the potential of X.
There's only one BTC. Ignore crap coin pumpers.
Feels a little scary walking in here. Graveyards always are spooky, all these dead bears everywhere.
DCA buying the dips. See you guys at $100k!
I wrote some calls for January. I'm thinking MM's are going to magically push the price below $5 come the $19th, that OI Is huge compared to rest of strikes. Sold all my $3 strike and almost all $2 strike, going to exercise the rest. I was going to hold all and exercise, but MM's have a huge hold on this. Which was obvious with the FDA approval of X. Hopefully X and I scripts continue ramping up throughout next year. Get this to the $6-$8 range
Today we're up 8% on volume 4.7 million volume and on approval day 10/17 we were up the same amount with nearly 60 million volume. IMO they bundled retail orders and filled it on the dark pool. Just a theory...
Dark pool volume leading up to approval date on 10/17. Dark pool volume explodes 10/18 and 10/19 T+2

Fckn pound those shorts! That is covering ladies and gentlemen. BTC DCA and buy the dips! Go Longs!
The price manipulation is crazy. 10x volume and they hold it down.
Approved!!
Burn them bears! They say it will fall until one day it doesn't...
Bio's have been getting crushed. A lot of them are on a 1 year down trend.
It appeared that way on previous news announcements early this year too. The short term calls printed. I grabbed some lottos to play.
Tutes went from 30% and double there position in the last 7 months. It flipped it from majority retail to majority Tutes. It can run fast as there will be less shares held by retail. Volume will move it, unless mm’s hold the price down somehow with naked shorts. Good luck!
This was from a few months ago…
Just like Xphozah is already approved for existing indications. Should have been on the market since 2024 lol.
Very interesting.
If mono is not approved, IMO the FDA is protecting big pharma revenue. I'm sure the patients prescribed X would greatly appreciate the reduction of daily pills. Also they have limited liquid intake.
You guys know I'm definitely not a bear. But it is possible that FDA goes against ADCOM. This is two completely different drugs. Just be aware.

Next week!
Their last earnings the EPS was at (-$0.08) that's with Ibsrela alone. If Xphozah gets approved they could be positive by next year.
We might have a little delay on approval if government gets shutdown. I think it's too early for buyout, might be worth more to grow organically if Xphozah is approved and becomes SOC for serum phosphorus. As revenue increases we could see $10 - $12+ in 2024 and 2025.
How long does it take for insurance/medicare to start covering new drugs? A lot cheaper than VOC lol
I don't think pricing would be a risk as it would have to be comparable to Ibsrela. And those scripts are on a steady incline.
1 month away!! LFG!!!
The only stall tactic I can see is replacing those board members with his buddies. Not sure if only the board can fire the CEO? Depends how bylaws are written. But if you look back at the votes from AGM, it will not take much more to get any board member removed. A 7 million swing can pretty much remove anyone. Shareholders are extremely strong together.

32,750 was for taxes, line 5. This is from form 4 filed on 3/2/2023 for PG.
1. Represents grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) payable solely in common stock of the Issuer that vest in three (3) equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversary of the grant date.
2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.
3. Includes shares of common stock acquired by the reporting person pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Employee Share Purchase Plan as follows: 1,221 shares of common stock were acquired on May 31, 2022 and 1,883 shares of common stock were acquired on November 30, 2022.
4. The reporting person has reported prior awards of restricted stock units in Table II of Form 4. The total reported in Column 5 includes the 667,407 newly awarded RSUs, 312,240 RSUs previously reported in Table II, which vests in three (3) equal annual installments beginning March 2, 2022 (Prior RSUs), and 32,967 shares of common stock. On March 2, 2023, 104,080 of Prior RSUs vested and 208,160 of Prior RSUs remained unvested.
5. Represents the number of shares automatically sold to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs.
Unlikely any news will propel this above $1. That would put the market cap at over $300M, for a company that is in debt with little to no revenue. Staying on a major exchange is a no brainer as a company. An RS is absolutely necessary. Holding here is probably not a good move. I think others will eventually come to this same conclusion and the SP will steadily decline. This is just my opinion.
Did they fix the Sepsis tester to identify all forms of possible infection? Or does it still only identify like 5 out of the 40 possible causes?
That was just an idea for SA to cut cost. But we know the CEO is sitting on a mound of options and RSU's that he came really close to losing this past AGM. He seen his other board members lose it all. He's going to get paid and so are we! When is the question. Before next AGM, so within the next 8 months. But most likely sooner.
I hope this bump up is temporary. I want to accumulate more before the next halving. DCA buy the Dips!
Imagine being the guy who bought in .40's to .50's RIP. This is in a 3 year downtrend!
Wow that volume today. I'm still red -6%
Ready for the next leg up!
I get it. I'm all for R&D which runs about $4M a month. SG&A if it can be brought down to $10M - $12M a month. It's at about $17M a month
- Research and development (R&D) expenses, inclusive of share-based compensation, were $12.7 million and $11.5 million for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and June 30, 2022,
- Selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses, inclusive of share-based compensation, were $47.1 million and $51.5 million for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and June 30, 2022
If it is GIA. I hope someone streamlines the business and brings expenses down to $10M - $12M a month. Just start cutting off unnecessary legs of the company. Like downsizing offices, getting rid of unproductive workers, anything. This would make it cash positive.
You mean these sensors in Private Homes that have nothing to do with HE?
"The data was collected by a network of smart sensors called Ting.
The sensors are distributed to homeowners by insurance companies. They’re designed to detect electrical hazards that could spark a house fire."
https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2023/08/18/new-data-reveals-dozens-power-grid-malfunctions-leading-up-maui-wildfires/
Also the timing of that WSJ article about reaching out to restructuring firm. To cause further FUD to drop it down to $9. 2 days before dividends.
How did they get that information? This is a public company and no news or press release by them. Who benefited from that release of information? This is a leak in plain site and it's criminal IMO.
But anyways... I'm confident, but I could be wrong too.
If approved, I'd be really interested in a follow up from you. I'm sure the growth will be slow in the beginning as Neph and Rheum's will monitor what their peers are doing and the outcomes. Good or bad the word will spread quickly amongst them. I just hope this drug helps improve the quality of life for these patients.
So let me get this straight. The electric company should preemptively shut down power by predicting an act of god. Makes total sense....
Just seen the price, Nice Dip!! Hopefully it goes way lower so we can accumulate more! DCA buy the dips!
That OS keeps growing. Are they just selling shares and pocketing the money while propagating the naked short theory onto retail? I have no idea, it just seems shaddy.
Does the T2 stand for Theranos 2?
