No problem, you are very welcome... I also appreciate you keeping us informed... like I said I’ll definitely still monitor ALRT and move accordingly. I hope this will eventually succeed however currently this is classic example of a zombie company (see Wikipedia) with the CEO being the main financier. GLTA
Unfortunately the info that I gathered in the last 6 weeks made me rethink my position. Today I sold 50k and I’m good for the week. I’ll keep monitoring and if nothing transpire in next 10 days I’ll sell another 50k and so on. I may keep 100k just to be in the game, but so far nothing is happening here. The India deal was just a BS ... I know for a fact (originally I’m from Mumbai area, still have relatives there) GLTA
Yes, the NASDAQ stuff is scary...I don’t like that at all... it means almost a 100% a reverse split and that’s followed by literally decimation of the share price, hence of shareholder money. We will see our thousands of dollars becoming tens of dollars in mater of couple days. I am selling my position starting now in small chunks (note that I have 500,000 shares). GLTA
All the latest company actions are just adding to my confidence in ALRT. This stock is poised to give great returns to the ones that invested in it. This can move on speculations but not really big moves... this will move on reported revenue with significantly bigger moves... and finally this will be acquired in multi-dollar range (pps). My biggest worry currently is: avoiding temptations to sell my ALRT shares prematurely.
The talks of buyout (with Instagram) are currently suspended due to other players getting involved. All the major IT companies Microsoft, Facebook, Google, ...) are interested to buy EVTI, price ranges are from 3 billions way up to 15 billions...I heard that even "my space" is in the race to buy eventure interactive's platform.
GLTA ... we will all be crazy rich ...don't sell your shares, yet
This is great opportunity for a 10,000 % return - I can sense that next week this will move up by at least 9,900 % or more - mark my words. GO EVTI
I own 500,000 shares of ALRT. Not planning to sell any under the $1.00 mark. I may (or may not) sell smaller portions in between $1 - $2 but each consecutive sell on higher price just to recover initial investment, and after that I'll keep the rest worry free waiting for a big pharma player to scoop ALRT as a company. That's my plan, hope it'll come to fruition.
I mentioned this before, sorry for repeating myself, I think that ALRT will get an offer that is impossible to refuse from one of the many big pharma companies. The offer should arrive shortly after they 'break-out' as a significant player (after signing one or couple Governmental deals). It's the nature of Capitalism, the big fish eats the small fish. But, the buying offer should carry $1 to $2 PPS - conservatively speaking.
My gut feeling is telling me that this or next month will be very important for ALRT. I don’t want to be misunderstood as a ‘stock pumper’ and I do own significant amount of shares in this company; but, just based on last year activities I personally think that next 45 days will bring important news that will positively affect the stock price. Good luck to all ALRT stock holders and let’s hope that I am right.
Yep. it's coming to life. EVTI holds a perfect platform (not just an application) that can be used in many ways - combined with cloud and blockchain technology, this platform can be accommodated for peer-to-peer secured transactions and secured information sharing. The patent itself it's worth a lot (100's of millions) - I would not be surprised if some big players will buy the company (Eventure Interactive) ... rumor has it a big IT California based company is very interested in EVTI.
I appreciate that you are agreeing that my need for some information is a valid one. I am really not looking for a 'fake' PR in order to pump the stock price, since I know very well that the CEO is a serious person that put his life and his own money into ALRT. What I would like to see, is a simple 'keep-you-up-to-date' information for fellow investors coming from our ALRT CEO, Mr. Chan.
To be honest, I expected some kind of action regarding ALRT end of last year and beginning of this year - January it's almost gone and no indications that anything is happening. I am patient investor and hold tight my 500,000 shares of ALRT but, I would like to see 'something'...at least a hint (PR) from CEO that things are 'in-the-work' or at least some kind of timeframe for us investors to look forward to.
Mike, be free to read my older posts. Note that I am an ALRT stock holder and that my posts are my personal opinion - I don't know anything else than what's already publicly known about ALRT. In my previous posts you'll find some (at that time) predictions that are coming to fruition, just look at the recent developments. IMHO this company (ALRT) will be acquired in the future and by 'future' I mean sooner than later. Next 3 months are crucial for this company and at this price level whoever get's in will look at least 50 to 60 times return on investment - huh!?? not bad, not bad at all. GLTA
The CEO is pouring another $350,000.00 of own money into ALRT. The 'final countdown' started, as I mentioned couple months ago - next 3 months are crucial for this company to 'reap the fruits of their hard over a decade long labor' - I expect the deal with Indian promo company to kick in very soon (work-in-progress, currently) and that will cause an avalanche of deals which will conclude in buyout offers from big pharma companies (simply nature of business, a big fish eats a smaller one). Interesting times, GLTA.
I guess, someone decided to waste some dollars. JAMN is an un-existing entity for almost a year now.
Yes, Aspire Cerebro's list of clients is impressive and they do amazing work - I've seen some videos as well some digital publications of high quality and great educative value.
ALRT choose wisely who will be representing them in India...but, ALRT has also approached Canadian governmental health agencies and they've been introduced to Singapore, UAE and even Saudi Arabia gov. backed health institutions. I think that ALRT will be acquired by one of big international pharma companies the moment they get a significant contract signed. Just my 'two cents'...
One word: Slow Accumulation.
GO EVTI...this will explode soon. So much build up...
My personal opinion is that ALRT will get bought by some big pharma player in a very near future. I thing the CEO, that by-the-way put a decade plus of work / effort and tons of own money into this company will get an offer that will literally be hard or impossible to refuse. I don’t want to speculate regarding the PPS that will be offered, but by looking at the outstanding shares wouldn’t be surprised to reach $3. Again, this is just my personal opinion and for the record I own some shares of ALRT.
Well, there is no secret that the CEO is talking with Government sponsored health companies that can implement the ALRT enterprise ready product in their large scale programs addressing diabetes.
It's just matter of time when we will get the big news.
Quiet before the storm...
GO EVTI long and strong - once it starts moving it'll get to 10 cents fast. Big players are waiting patiently... IMHO
I hope it’s your prediction the correct one - cross my fingers. Would accept the scenario where the first major deal is signed in June and then the others follow later in the year.
I am more inclined for maybe October through December time frame. The reason behind is that he is trying to 'sell' this product to Government entities not to Private companies. Dealing with Government(s) is a slow and tedious process, however if the deal gets through the financial effect will be enormous - just imagine for example, the Canadian Government buys this product and makes is a mandatory (and supplements it at the same time) for all the diabetic patients in entire country...sounds crazy, no?
If this takes off - this can be a $2 to $5 stock in matter of weeks.
IMHO
JPGetty, my apologies - the 10 cents by January is an 'old joke' that the ones that follow closely EVTI are well aware of. It started with the 'famous' investor John Jack Gordon that invested $500,000.00 in the EVTI (check sec.gov since he was obligated to report) and constantly repeated that EVTI will be at "10 cents in January". Needless to say that his prediction never materialized.
By all means this company seems to be dead... there were some rumors that CEO is trying to re-start the development activities, but so far those are just rumors until we see something going on for real...Again, sorry for the '10 cents' joke.
There is a legit original twitter account @eventure that is still active - but had not postings since 2016 - if we exclude the one twit today asking which account is the correct one @eventure or @EventureI. The fake account that was shot down is the newly created @EventureI - that was created to manipulate investors in thinking that some activities are taking place with EVTI stock and company in general. GO EVTI - long and strong, 10 cents by January IMHO
sorry, dabullishbear but I cannot see any changes on their website.
can you point me in the right direction were to look exactly?
GO EVTI
Please do provide verifiable proof that the “big chunks” were all buy volume.
- Sorry, currently I have no proof.
Any documentation proving as well that they’re building an “entire platform“ to benefit EVTI shareholders? Anything?
- Sorry, currently no documentation is available.
Until documented / verifiable proof is provided, it's merely a baseless no information claim and is not based on Factual data.
- Correct.
”Somebody knows something ..something leeked out” ha ha ha ha ha
- Hehehe, yep somebody do knows something.
Calm before the storm. IMHO somebody knows something that’s why “they” loaded big chunks yesterday...something leeked out.
IMHO evti team is silently building a monster - not just an app but entire platform.
Nice volume today...
EVTI can explode anytime (hint: maybe even tomorrow)
GO EVTI - long and strong.
Yeah, I know it’s more than a month...but the good thing is that they’re back at work (working remotely currently) and soon will se some official communication from EVTI per someone close to GG (hint: he is eBay resource ) and asked to don’t mention his name, yet. EVTI long and strong.
According to Vinh Ha. software engineer and another EVTI game platform manager.
Ok, sasha70...if JAMN is dead, as you’ve been repeating, how come close to $200,000 worth of trades took place in the last 6 weeks? Any reasonable explanation?
Brophtron, I mostly agree with your explanations. But if you look at the size of the trades you’ll see that these are chunks worth tens of thousands of dollars, buying at 0.0001 and selling at 0.0002 in much smaller chunks would take long time, since the volume at 0.0002 is way smaller. I speculate that someone got a hint (insider information) that some major action or actions are pending in regards to JAMN.
hmmmm...WarMachine, question: these 700 plus million shares were absorbed by someone, either individual or institutional investor, correct?
If that's correct, then that 'someone' must have knowledge of 'something' going on with JAMN. Nobody has the money to just throw it away - and definitely not to throw away tens of thousands of dollars, maybe even hundreds of thousands (looking back on the last month trades).
Dang!!? this is puzzling - again no logical trades, yesterday and today over 400 million shares traded. The entire company is worth much less. Note that ex-CEO (Brent Toevs) said that there are two people in charge of JAMN - wondering who is the second person besides Chris Plant? Maybe is Brent himself...he acknowledged that is still selling Jammin Java, but distancing from JAMN as company.
I asked him same question and politely inquired for even the shortest answer: YES/NO, but no replies from Chris Plant.
So far I sent him 5 text messages and called numerous times - he is totally ignoring the texts and calls. It makes me think that 'sasha70' is right when saying that JAMN is dead and non-existent.
So, no logical trades, 2 days over 400 million shares traded - way more than the entire company is worth. Now, question is: does someone knows something concretely which assumes an inside information leaked by CEO or someone close to him. Ex-CEO said that there are two (2) people in charge of JAMN, wonder who is the second person besides Chris Plant. We should not have to endure this silence and speculation, JAMN is public company, if it’s still existent, CEO should communicate with shareholders at least once or twice a year, informing how the things are going.
Strange volume!!? Wonder who is buying and Why? There is nothing new regarding JAMN, no news, the CEO still cannot be contacted...but someone is buying large quantities of shares at 0.0001 like he/she/it knows something is coming...
Some activities are detected in EVTI this week (Monday).
GG is contacting some (ex-EVTI) developers. Cross your fingers...
Yes, Brophtron I recall that - what's confusing is that the Jammin Java packaging is the same as the images on the Jammin Java Corp. web site or even as the image here (IHUB, showing Jammin Java coffee boxes), which makes one think that the coffee is produced by Jammin Java Corp. with ticker JAMN - but at the same time Mr. Toevs is saying that he is not selling JAMN product. Strange!!?
WarMachine, I totally agree with you regarding Mr. Toevs selling multiple brands including Jammin Java too. My point is, it seems that Jammin Java still has some presence on the coffee market...the other day I saw a coffee analysis (document, published on March 19th, 2018) that includes Jammin Java as a whole bean coffee player among others. Maybe JAMN is still alive (not sure what to think anymore).
