I found the file for August 11, 2022. I don't see anything about a reverse split. Could you show us the file or link? Here is what I found.

The company has no operations. It is engaged in evaluating opportunities to commence operations in one or more lines of business, including, without limitation, mobile app development. It has not generated any revenue.

They are possibly engaged in more than one business. VESL could be one of them. At this point, the sky's the limit. We just need some kind of communication. Or... maybe we are not getting that communication because they could be working on more than one merger.
