Who's Your Daddy, Inc. Signs Agreement with Think Tank Enterprises, Inc. to Distribute Who's Your Daddy Products to Mass Retailers, Wholesale Clubs, and Convenience Stores Nationwide
Who's Your Daddy, Inc. is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution agreement with Think Tank Enterprises, Inc, located in Bentonville, Arkansas to distribute Who's Your Daddy products to mass retailers, wholesale clubs, and convenience stores throughout the nation
10/24/2005 10:28:54 AM
SAN DIEGO, Oct 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Who's Your Daddy (WYDY) announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Think Tank Enterprises, Inc. to distribute Who's Your Daddy products to mass retailers, wholesale clubs, and convenience stores nationwide. Think Tank currently distributes to such clients as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and 7-ELEVEN.
Further information detailing the specific revenue that will be generated by Who's Your Daddy pursuant to this agreement will be forthcoming over the course of the following week.
This announcement follows the production of its "King of Energy" drink to National Chain giant, Circle K.
Think Tank Enterprises is a privately held company that specializes in sourcing and assisting its customers with product placement, analysis, forecasting industry trends, and inventory flow and control for the mass retail market.
The core business of Think Tank is the distribution of licensed goods with niche products in existing markets such as NASCAR. Think Tank has had great success and accomplishments in the apparel, electronic, and food/beverage sector.
Who's Your Daddy had a tremendous turnout at NASCAR two weeks ago when they launched and supported the "King of Energy" drink promotion with Circle K, in North Carolina, with over 210,000 people in attendance. Based upon the "King of Energy" drink's recent success, Who's Your Daddy has already started to increase production with the addition of its Sugar Free version, for reorder before the holidays.
Chad Smith, CEO of Think Tank, who is responsible for customer brand building, was quoted as saying, "We see lots of products in the marketplace, but seldom do we find a product line or individual product that, we believe, will have the mass market appeal of the Who's Your Daddy line. We will begin by introducing its "King of Energy" drink as the flagship product to our retail customers. I believe this is simply the best tasting energy drink on the market. By introducing the Who's Your Daddy line to our retail clients, not only will we be providing a great product line, but the expansion of the Who's Your Daddy brand will take place almost overnight."
Who's Your Daddy CEO, Edon Moyal, stated, "We could not be more pleased than with our new relationship with Think Tank. Distributing our Who's Your Daddy products to mass retail chains, wholesale clubs and convenience stores is the national exposure for the Who's Your Daddy brand that we have been striving for. Through the relationship with Think Tank, we believe that the Who's Your Daddy "King of Energy" drink will be a huge success for the Company in terms of brand awareness and mass retail exposure." Mr. Moyal continued, "We have tested the market for the Who's Your Daddy energy drink and the results have been fantastic. We have a product that has done better in taste tests than some of the current industry leaders. Further, we are able to provide a product at a price point that is not only competitive, but one that offers our retail customers an opportunity to provide a superior tasting product for less money to the end consumer, in addition to generating a higher profit margin for the retailer."
Mr. Moyal concluded, "We are moving ahead rapidly with the roll out of Who's Your Daddy's re-branded Pharb product "The Ultimate Hangover Relief", an FDA approved over-the-counter medicine, which had revenues last year in excess of $12 million. In addition to the 55,000 locations through which Pharb is currently being distributed, we intend to distribute the newly re-branded ultimate hangover relief medicine through the same retail chains as the energy drink. This will be done in conjunction with the Company's newly developed nationwide media plan. Sales of the Pharb product have been growing at the rate of approximately 20% a year for the past 3 years. We believe that the re-branding of Pharb to Who's Your Daddy, coupled with the exposure, through the national retailers that will be carrying the "King of Energy" drink, will allow us to surpass our greatest expectations."
The Company's projects that based upon the initial success of its core product, the company will surpass its projected revenues for 2006.

...i got a response from michael shores....
Hi Carlos,
Actually it’s taking quite a bit longer than we had anticipated as well. I do not know if you saw that the amended 14A was filed and we are currently responding to additional SEC comments and hope to have this over with soon BUT I could not / would not commit to a firm date as I do not actually know.
Good news is that the transaction IS moving forward just taking longer than we all had thought it would so sorry for delay…
Have a great rest of the week!
Sincerely,
Michael C. Shores

tell us more!
tell us everything!
here it is...

1. The structure of the shares of the company was vulnerable to attack by unscrupulous entities. Therefore management executed a reverse split of 1 for 200 and changed the ticker symbol.
there's this one... there is so much DD out there...
http://www.sec.gov/rules/petitions/4-500/cbahar060805.htm
the other letter i was looking for was about their reverse split... the reason was the market manipulation... i'll try to find it, but i don't want to spend too much time on old news...
if you read the letter above, the company feel strongly against market manipulation and wants stronger regulation... this we can be sure of. this doesn't come too often from pinks...
i think there was a shorter amoung them, too! wsbl was shorted before... within some of the DD, there is a letter that the CEO wrote about being victimized by naked shorting... once the shorter gets out, i think we'll see the growth the company deserves! good luck, everyone!

very cool! excellent, and thanks! let them know that there is a shorter out there! they changed their name and did the reverse split to try to get away from it, and it looks like it followed! there are a lot of us out there with a lot of interest in seeing this company succeed!
--c
anyone else out there in this... i have found more pr... let me know.
--c
nice! good for you! i can't believe people are selling before the merger... crazy!
--c
opened at $0.049
second day closing in positive! was as high as $0.045 today!
merger is getting really close!
that's why i bought more... valued easily at $0.10 +
GREAT CLIP!
thanks...
--c
...just in the short term... today is turning out to be slower... i was hoping people were taking notice...
good luck!
--c
we got to $1 today! yeah!
record volume!
it's not the companies that do the releases, it's the wire services, so we can always blame them for that! sometimes they release old data, and when everyone sees it, the stock price goes down and no one even realizes that it was old news... anyway... i think we are looking good; bought more shares, averaged down... if we hit the short-term target of at least $0.10 i'll be sittin' very pretty!

Good idea JZ. I noticed that too, kinda in the back of my mind, and didn't go back to that PR to confirm it. Let's see what HE has to say about that.
At the very least you will be letting them know we scrutinize the PR's. Good catch.

chris is a woman
please do! i found a letter she wrote to the SEC about others shorting her company! i'm sure she'll remember it... if anyone can find out who is doing it, we can call them and report them... this is not being done as a legitimate investment strategy, but rather to hurt the company! this is illegal... we need to do something about it!

i'm so ready to start making some money, too! it's funny how all the stocks recently that i've picked, great fundamentals, yet MM's are shorting them and they're all down... this would be a great stock to make some cash on... a real pink with real profit, organization, product and revenues... go figure!
four pr's in four days! wow!

this is so exciting! kind of like the calm before the storm! profits, potential, and hard work!
