Someone called me today and told me about this stock. Must be calling from a boiler room or something. He was trying to convince me to buy this stock before the run up to $3.00 . I was like I don't have no money and I am 16 years old. He was telling me a story about his 6 year old not having money and I am just like his 6 year old. I was like cracking up in my head. He also stated that the company is going to PR a contract deal with Conoco Oil company and I said, isn't that insider information and he said, "NO", lets just say it is a favor before the PR of the contract. I said, yes, well good Bye. LOL...People trying to hype this stock up and they got my personal cell phone. WTF!!! Oh well, just a heads up for people thinking about buying this stock. Internationally recognized Heavy Oil researcher joins TRU Oiltech team

(Other OTC:RVTI.PK - News) announced today its subsidiary TRU Oiltech Inc. has entered into a consulting agreement with Dr. Pedro Pereira, an internationally recognized heavy oil expert, and currently a Professor at the University of Calgary's Schulich School of Engineering located in Alberta, Canada.

Dr. Pereira, a chemist, obtained his doctorate from L'Universite de Poitiers, France in 1979. Dr. Pereira completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of California in Berkeley in 1990.

Dr. Pereira's professional and research interest is in the development of catalysts and catalytic process for upgrading heavy oils and oil sands bitumen. He has authored more that 60 published articles and presentations, while leading numerous international conferences and seminars. The contract relates to a locomotive system with Neptune Bulk Terminals, who operate switching locomotives in Vancouver. The system will be installed on a locomotive equipped with a two-stroke naturally aspirated EMD-645 engine (1,500 HP). Rival's engineering associates at MA Turbo/Engine Ltd. will complete the installation.

Rival Technologies Inc.-Independent Testing Provides Excellent Results
Monday August 14, 9:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 14, 2006 -- Rival Technologies Inc. (Other OTC:RVTI.PK - News) announced today that it has completed a series of additional tests of CWI Technology at Pacific Vehicle Testing Technologies, an independent emissions testing facility.

Tests were performed on the Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel truck in two configurations: without water injection (base line) and with water injection. Both test configurations were performed on the same day with a thirty minute interval between them, under the same ambient, load and other conditions. The results can only be attributed to the positive influence of CWI Technology.

Results showed significant emissions/fuel benefits at each speed tested. At the median speed of 90 km/hr (55 mph) NOx reduction was 34-37%, CO2 (greenhouse gas emission) reduction was 6-7% and fuel consumption reduction was 5%.

CWI Technology is a continuous water injection system for turbo charged diesel engines. It reduces emissions and fuel consumption as it improves engine performance. Rival has a patent pending in the US Patent office for CWI Technology. Independent test results will be used by Rival in its marketing efforts relating to CWI Technology.
