Please post some of this rock solid evidence that Marco is closing new deals. Oh. I forgot. There is none. That's what hard working CEOs use social media for. I mean, how would Marco get any real work done if he had to take 60 seconds out of his day to send a tweet!?
I posted undeniable proof that different management firms have been awarded 75% of the products that Marco claims to manage. His social media feeds are being littered with negative comments that he's POWERLESS to defend. And people who CLAIM to have inside information, openly brag about the company on iHub.
This ticker is garbage! Because good stocks don't need to be pumped up. And anyone who really buys millions of shares of a company with a stop sign on its profile, just before it shoots to the moon, will surely be under investigation for insider trading.
There has been far too many incriminating statements made on this board. And it doesn't take a certified linguist to deduce that Dewmar is pumping its own ticker. No sound investors believe in a company that reports no news.
It's something like a mailbox etc. Suite is just a mailbox and they have an answering service. It's Denver guys. Every wannabe in the industry uses that type of service.
Oh. Carolina Hemp also has a TON of those "soon to be announced" CBD products. That Marco missed the boat on while he was wasting his life pushing Kush Cakes.
Of course they're not on the website! That means he would have to update the website. Then he'd have to come clean about all the business he's lost.
Carolina Canna who produces Canna Energy and other products is now disrupted by Hemp Inc. And Rocky Mountain High Brands is now distributed by Carolina Hemp Corp.
Both RMHB and Hemp Inc have dropped the shitty brownies. And Carolina Hemp is using Marcos Hemp Corp model since Marco was too slow to pull the trigger.
Especially when your company isn't even remotely related to marijuana.
So you're telling me and everyone else on this board that you work with Dewmar selling this garbage product but can't answer a single question about FDA issues or changes made to the packaging and product? That's really interesting.
I'm just kidding. I absolutely believe Dewmar is still doing business. And I'm betting on something other than Kush Cakes and Lean. These are the gimmicky type of products with high margins and short life spans. Products used to spring board a company towards bigger and better things.
But to defend a small business owner who wants to be a CEO when he can't even keep track of his own finances is ridiculous.
ANYTHING can happen tomorrow. And to say "I only care about the LONG TERM investors". Like growing even larger is inevitable is extremely arrogant.
Dewmar could have possibly already seen its best years for all Marco knows. And the investors who made it possible don't get to collect on that one .10 pop, because Marco is a narcissist.
If he's as successful as he claims, he's only hindering his own companies growth by not reporting. Now what sense does that make?
I only see ONE piece of public info that makes Marco worth investing in. And that a VERY impressive SER rating.
Show us some of this innovation you brag about! I see no innovation in this company as of yet.
Stay on one topic at a time. The launch in Walmart STORES could have happened at anytime. And @Swinetime. The display with Lean on the floor IN a Walmart store says that the launch is old news. The "longest running" statement IS Walmart.com and only Pink seems to be lingering.
Now anyone who isn't expecting financials before praising Marco for accomplishments that seem to be all but disproven. Is one of two things.
A terrible investor or an insider. Just to be clear. I do NOT believe in Marco. I am rolling the dice because the potential for upside greatly outweighs the loss. All DD seems to be pointing to the loss side. I hope for everyone long to get paid. I'm just saying that anyone who says they know this is money in the bank given the information available is highly suspicious.
Go to Walmart.com there are five cases of Pink left that they can't offload. So it's still selling. It's sold the longest because it tastes the worst.
I'm just kidding really. But those words are not incriminating. They are open to interpretation. On the other hand. If he's really private messaging people saying that the stock price would jump if he reported. And that his growth has been far better than expected. He's definitely breaking the law.
Which I don't believe he's doing.
He isn't saying that it's selling in Walmart. He posted a video of a repack and said that it was the repack for the Walmart launch in Texas. That really happened. It's not a lie. That doesn't mean that it's still selling at Walmart today. I can't find it anywhere is all I'm saying.
But again. Hopefully he used that product to launch bigger things.
I know one thing for sure.
You can go to Walmart.com. Click on store locator, list stores in Houston Texas. Click one by one, check stock at that location, and return ZERO results for LEAN slow motion potion in the first twenty.
I wouldn't be here if I didn't want Dewmar to grow. But I really don't believe that they are selling that great just because of a tweet.
You're right about all of this. No denying that. But if Marco took the exact ingredients that are in the GNC product and put it in a Kush Cakes wrapper, he will have solved nothing. The product is worthless. The trademark Kush Cakes will never be allowed to sell with Melatonin.
It's the wording. The GNC product calls itself a cookie FLAVORED CHEW. Kush Cakes calls itself a BROWNIE. If the GNC product actually called itself RELAXATION COOKIE DOUGH, it would be marketing itself as food.
This product is worthless!!! All the money is in the Trademark name. Kush CAKES. Cake is food. That cannot be changed without losing the trademark name or loosing the Melatonin. And if you loose either one, the product is more worthless than it is now.
You want an indicator of success of this product? Look at the picture from yesterday! That bottom box has a date on it. That box went 7 months from packaging to wholesale!! That's not good sales!
And www.ediblesrus redirects to a eCig website.
I'd be extremely shocked to learn that Kush Cakes are still in production. It's like I said last week. Marco is ahead of the curve. All news is a year old when it gets to the public. Hopefully he's moved on to better products. If his spending all of his time on LEAN and Kush Cakes. This stock is going nowhere.
Has anyone tried to shop for LEAN on Walmart.com? I only find one flavor in stock. Easta Pink. It also say ships in so many days. Not available for store pick up.
You're completely missing the premise. It's not the product. It's the package.
The cookie bites are in a big bag that says MELATONIN. Kush Cakes are in a package that says BROWNIE. A brownie is food. If you take Kush Cakes out of their package and put them into a package that says 'Brownie flavored sleep aid' they cease to be "food" by FDA standards, and becomes a supplement.
But they loose all the gimmicky appeal that they're marketed for.
I just want to point this out. For all the people who continue to talk about how "smart" Marco is. One or two of you either work for him or are him quite possibly.
In the interview posted just a week or two ago, the one with like ten views. Marco stated "What we're finding is, people with sleep disorders and trouble falling asleep are using our products" ??
Really!? The pharmaceutical genius had to refer to demographic studies to come to the conclusion that more people are going to use melatonin for its intended purpose, than people who want to lean?
Indeed. Marco is a brilliant man.
Don't quote me on this, it's been a while. I'm pretty sure they are a subsidiary of Hemp Inc. $HEMP. They own Kush Cakes, not Dewmar.
It's not just simply "relabeling". It's complete re marketing. The trademark "Kush Cake" logo resembles marijuana. A subtle implication that the product contributes to altered states of consciousness.
Secondly, it's called a Kush CAKE. Cake = Food. To be compliant, it would have to be called a brownie FLAVORED sleep aid, or something to that effect.
Basically the product can stay as is. But everything about the name and packaging would have to change. Which means the entire gimmick, the suggestion that these pos things will get you feeling good, the lie has to go! And that would make them nearly worthless. Except for the intended purpose of the chemicals. As a sleep aid.
There are so many legitimate uses for both hemp and herbs. That's what got me into this Dewnothing deal. For some reason Marco has to push lies and gimmicks that completely discredit the very market that he's attempting to dominate. But what do I know, he's the business man of the decade.
Of course they have a serious problem with it. It can make you ill if you overdose.
The problem is, he's trying to market it as food and beverage. The problem isn't that the melatonin is in a brownie. But he want a big shiny display in Walmart. And he wants to market it as a party favor. Supplements don't get sold next to twinkies. They get tucked away in the health food isle next to the Metamucil.
You're using the example of Lazy Cakes which is the exact same thing.
The issue is not that the Melatonin is in a brownie. It's that neither company are marketing it for what it is. A sleep aid.
Ok. A medical marijuana dispensary sells a BROWNIE. It's clearly labeled MARIJUANA PRODUCT. It's not labeled FOOD.
Same concept.
Kush Cakes have to say DIETARY SUPPLEMENT.
He's really misinterpreting the law. The issue with the FDA is not that a brownie with melatonin added doesn't qualify as a supplement. The problem is that Kush Cakes are, according to FDA regulations, a supplement. So they have to be labeled as such.
You can take too much melatonin and become ill. Kush Cakes were sold as a conventional food and not LABELED as a supplement. The Detective usually posts good information. He's just completely wrong about this.
And this proves exactly what I just posted. That repack is old news. Already in store. Now I'm confident that there is bigger news ahead.
Not sure at all. I said I'm only guessing. But I'm hoping that with all of the delays Marco is staying ahead of the curve and trickling long since past news. First off, I don't believe for a second that Walmart would have kept Lean on with FDA issues still looming. That was 2014. If that issue wasn't corrected and Marco is still working with the same cans of Lean from 2014 that needed a simple labeling correction to become compliant, this drink is even bigger garbage than the reviews imply. He also wouldn't be leaking this news before the 420 action and before earnings if it all he has. At least, we can only hope.
I'm hearing numbers of 4 and 6 mil. being thrown around for the year ending 2014. If that's true, I promise you that it didn't come from Lean, Kush Cakes, and the other few products that we know he had that year. If he just got Lean into physical stores for the first time in 2017 and doesn't have any bigger news. You guys are going to be really disappointed. Especially if he only releases 2014. The stock will move finally. Which is all I'm really looking for. But it will be no moon boom. I'm sorry but 6 mil in 2014 is a ridiculous number for the overall valuation of the company. With the products. Especially since only one is 100% Dewmars. That's just my opinion.
I'm in this for that CBD and Medical action. I just want a little confirmation that Marco actually has a pulse still.
Wouldn't that be what the repack is about? I mean, it may look like the same old packaging, but the fine print may have changed. I'm sure that video is years old. But all he had to do, to my understanding, is package it as a dietary supplement instead of a beverage. I'm pretty sure that simple correction would resolve the FDA issue. Correct me if I'm wrong. Just a guess.
Oh Yeah. Health and Wellness consortium is licensed to that address in Houston. It's sick! I've been trying to get an actual price. Well, not too hard. I have no doubt that between the crib, his salary from all of his entities, and trips all over the country, possibly Internationally, luxury Hotels. He's compensating himself at well over 2/3 of Dewmars revenue, calling it business. Which is fine. As long as he's getting contracts.
If he doesn't show some new product development or launches, he's an a hole.
It's definitely easier to find evidence of his spending than his innovation is all I'm saying.
Well according to social media, Dewmar is staffed by a very impressive who's who of business prominence! Their annual officers list with the Secrtaries of State tell a very different story. Annual officers list filed with the Nevada Secretary of State August 16 list Marco Moran as a one man circus.
And while it's not illegal to drop names, it really does speak for the lengths that he is willing to decieve to create an illusion of greater success than he's achieved.
Johnny Riley Jr. is succesful in his own right and doesn't need Dewmar International on his resume. But, if contracting Mr. Rileys consulting firm Pitts Riley Group for an astronomical fee, to tell you how to do what you claim to be in the business of doing, makes Mr. Riley Dewmars Vice President of International Affairs. Then yes. Johnny Riley is exactly that.
What email bud? Post something relevant. That document isn't a financial report and Marco has filed that same annual report with the Seretary of state every year, without fail. So if you recieved an email with some relevant information, please share. All this document shows is that Dewmar hasn't experienced enough growth to hire a single officer. This is nothing but a report of issued and outstanding shares. It's not a financial report, and it's no indication that any financial report has been or is planned to be filed. So, what email?
