Wouldn't that be what the repack is about? I mean, it may look like the same old packaging, but the fine print may have changed. I'm sure that video is years old. But all he had to do, to my understanding, is package it as a dietary supplement instead of a beverage. I'm pretty sure that simple correction would resolve the FDA issue. Correct me if I'm wrong. Just a guess.
