33 sold Pre-Market? why would the MM's do that?

If we could get an update from the new CEO, with some positive outlook for the company plans, this would skyrocket!!!

First I'm confused on how they will achieve the desired SS number with 10,000 to 1 split, this would be lower than 1 billion shares.
Second, I do believe they will still have to do a RS. The new company will want a better SS, yet they could do a buy back. Most tickers I have seen that do RS have a nice run prior to the RS. If this happens, this will be my plan. Exit when i believe it is close to closing for the RS.
There was a nice run on OTT$ a while ago, it ran from .0001 to .13 in just a few weeks. There is plenty of time for everyone to make a good chunk of change before the RS.
this is all IMO of course.

I agree, with no news on anything happening with this "company" i don't understand why there is volume.

Bid support is growing...something is coming out of this POS. I will ride it out to see what happens.

Wow look at the manipulation.....The MM's will trade this sideways gaining shares all day. We need volume to push past, I guess we will have to wait till the announcement tomorrow.

Ok....so it does look like the same company...yet why is the ticker different? Even in the Google searches cover this 24 mil dollar deal, NOHO is always 3rd feted to as NOHO:PKC? Why is this?

Also the volume and trading history looks the same as NOHO.
