You lie chrisl.. You do believe the crap you post. You are just as much a tard as Tramp and Mona.
She'd be Chicken Fried Steak! Yum!
That is hysterical. The person spreading lies about the DTCC calling someone else stupid. You are as bad as Treffrey and Broken Egg... Chrisl is the new Acca.
I couldn't care less whether she is a lady or a chicken or a rock.
I really don't care about your judgement regarding Chrisl.
Your record and past associations show that you are a horrible judge of character.
You bought after revocation. That is plenty enough info to make a judgement.
Chrisl brought up the money part.
He claimed that the DTCC collected money for the gullibles. Chrisl is obviously lying. He is playing a game with the simpletons.
yes he is nufced.
When are you going to learn? You have to be the most gullible person on the internet.
Chrisl is trying to get people to believe he called the DTCC and they told him they were holding money for gullibles. Chrisl is obviously lying.
Bhollenegg at it again....
I mean goodoldboy. Once a sheep, always a sheep.
What If...

The DTCC did collected funds on behalf of CMKM shareholders. Stay with me for just a few minutes here as I try to put this whole line of though into something rational. Given Chrisl's phone call Friday, my mind has been swimming in the koolaid pool... ok, drowning in it.
Back to the "funds" supposedly collected by the DTCC:
These funds could not be distributed directly from the DTCC to the shareholders as the DTCC would only distribute to it’s “Participants.” It would then be the responsibility of it’s Participants to distribute to their respective clients being the shareholders of record.
Unfortunately, it was discovered that certain insiders (UC) had placed shares in the names of individuals that actually had no idea they even owned them creating an “identity crisis” of sorts as well as an IRS nightmare. During the SEC investigation and subsequent revocation of CMKM no proper way of identifying the true or bonified shareholders was available, thus the creation of the taskforce, cert pull and recommendation of the interpleader.
Unfortunately, another problem arose to complicate matters… the post revocation sales of stock. Mind you, this does not include any discussion of FTD’s of any kind as those records are kept electronically and I assume only the Participants actually have records of those individuals (possible reason for the creation of the unshareholder.com?)
We also have Tyler, whom I believe has entered "survival mode," tying up any information whatsoever that could be pertinent simply because they fear it could damage their "legal strategy."
So, here we sit contemplating how to get factual information/documentation of funds being collected by an organization that has claimed to be "gagged" by an order which cannot be found in a court of unknown location.
At this point, I am quite sure I could build a solid case in full support of bhollenegg's beliefs as he has stated them. However, I know that I could just as easily do the opposite. Somewhere in between lies the truth, and I couldn't tell you what the hell it is. But, I do know that we won't get any answers/closure arguing with each other over it.
Feel free to add to this or tear it apart.
That idiot Cox is banning the shorts.

This one is a mini-CMKX. When they max out the 5 trillion A/S, then we'll have volume to dwarf CMKX.
Yes. One of the most obvious scams in recent history. You can still make money off it if you can get in at .0001.
The pump is on. The dump is in process.
yeah right. You used to call up the Casavants on the phone and relay their lies to all the sheep.
Bull. You used to be one of the major pumpers before you saw the light. Don't lie.
You still haven't learned a thing. Having faith in Urban got you nothing and having faith in West and Frizzell will get you nothing. Quit the faith crap and think for yourself.
What do you expect? Nobody care about these pissant penny stocks.
The Koch lawyer's bio from that paragon of intelligence --- Soonerlew!
Thanks to atb for these links from millionaires.
Here's the link to the bios of David and Charles Koch. Very impressive:

Frickin' idiots.
No wonder you bought CMKX stock.
It is a republican stock.
No Puppy, you are a moron for posting such drivel.
Ric - Filing with SEC doesn't mean anything in regards to being appointed a trustee.
I'd be happy if it wasn't Frizzel and West doing it. They will muck it up.
So... Who is getting sued here?
Is it just cert-holders?
The dispute will be when KW tries to claim the shares as an asset while the contracts with Ent. don't allow him to do that. CMKX must make all reasonable attempts to distribute the shares to CMKXers. If they don't, they have breached the contract.
Not quite right.
Entourage did not want CMKX to hold over 50% of their stock so they mandated the distribution of the stock to CMKX gullibles in each contract.
Common language on the CMKX-Ent. contracts.
CMKM agrees to make any and all reasonable efforts to distribute the Shares to its shareholders (the "CMKM Shareholders") pro rata to the CMKM Shareholders in accordance with applicable securities laws, rules and
regulations and shall, in furtherance of this distribution, forthwith appoint the Trustee of the Shares to distribute the Shares.
Each contract also contains the following:
13.2 It is an express condition of this Agreement that any dispute of its terms be brought in the courts of the Province of British Columbia. In the event that any court outside of the Province of British Columbia attempts to assert
jurisdiction over the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be terminated, save and except as to section 16, and the Shares, if they have not already been distributed to the CMKM Shareholders, shall be returned to the
treasury of Entourage.
If Kevin attempts to use the Ent. shares as an asset of CMKX without attempting to distribute the shares to CMKX shareholders, the shares will probably go right back to Ent.
Why do you all think KW can use the Ent. shares as an asset?
I don't think the agreement between CMKX and Ent. allows that. I believe the agreement said that the shares have to go to the shareholders of CMKX and if there is any dispute that makes its way to a court, the shares go back to Ent.
Hearsay?
I got my info from the SEC.
Quit arguing semantics.
Its stupid.
Hippie never made any sense.
The dude is wasted.
Lapse or lose is the same thing.
Urbie (CMKX) did lease the claims from Koch. They may have couched it as an assignment but it was the same as a lease.
Urbie also held the claims prior to Koch. That is common knowledge.
Urbie could not afford work the claims so he let them lapse and Koch picked them up. That is common knowledge.
Urban did have the claims at one time. He lost them and Koch acquired them. Urban then leased them from Koch.
Puppy - are you really going to donate $1000 to Frizzel?
Have you learned nothing from your CMKX experience? Don't let yourself get scammed again because you can't control your irrational exuberence. Frizzel is not going to accomplish anything. Keep your money and wait for the SEC and the DOJ. That way, you will still get your vengence and you won't waste your money.
Jarta is right. Though his lawyer talk is a not very clear. Urban must be personally served.
It is obvious that Nevada courts have subject matter jurisdiction. Next time he is in Vegas, we need to let Carrano's attorney know.
Janice is on tons of boards.
She spends very little time here. Janice is out there destroying the next scam.

Posts like these make me wonder if Gump is ill.
Mentally that is.
Nah. Just some lawyers think that way.
Roger Glenn named New York superlawyer...
I just puked in my mouth. Someone should inform Law & Politics of Mr. Glenn's involvement with CMKX.
