Goog sound advice here IMO

Lets hope we're using stops on that one...
We're so crushed you have us on ignore...strange how you saw the post to respond to though. It's not like it matters, how long will it really be before you spaz out again, run all over the site telling people to F off, and get yourself suspended again? Nice to see you have a little place here to talk to yourself when it happens...everyone else gave up on iflub ages ago anyway.
Different rules for different gurus?
The Undocumented Image Feature
You may use the ‘undocumented image’ feature for stock charts only

It's amazing how things could be blown here so quickly. To go from attracting the publicity and credibility recruiting Bob had to losing him and encouraging weirdos the likes of Vendit to hang around...wow talk about screwing up! Too bad it isn't publicly traded <g>
Isn't posting non chart GIFs from a personal server a TOU violation after the IP harvesting issue?
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=128935
It looks like they need two separate links to the TOU...one for the little "in" group, one for everyone else
You're losing any credibility the site might have had Matt. How come it's not allowed to post links to the SEC site that contain the name of a poster who chooses to use the real name here anyway, but others are allowed to post links like this that don't seem at all relevant and are about someone not using a real name alias?
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=81184
Does it make a difference as to who the poster of the link is, and who the post is about?
ROFLMAO!
BTW, P&D is not the most prevelent form of Stock Manipulation. Our research indicates that Short and Distort (S&D) occurs
much more often. These are usually cases where former employees, contractors, brokers etc. have taken short positions in a
company and begin bashing the company to drive down the price so that they may profit. IMHO, far more damage is done to
shareholders and companies alike by a single S&D than by all P&D's put
How come certain posters can continuously make posts like
LYINGMary, the Red Witch of the Message Boards
while entire threads generically discussing paid chatroom gurus get deleted as attacks on someone?
Noticed Matt respond on the stock specifc KRY thread without mentioning the header
bashers will be put on a short leash. this
is a public venue for now. if it gets out of hand we will go back to being private. in either case all posts will be seen wether you are an

Are now posts on stock specific threads back to being deleted at the whim of the chairman?
If someone were to spend a year building up an investment community, only to use it to promote stocks, how long do you think
that would last? I would estimate, about a few seconds after that first 'promotion' appeared. I don't know how much someone
makes off of a single promotion, but I can assure you that it isn't nearly as much as one could make building a solid, long-term
investment discussion forum
Uhhhh...you really think, espcially considering the .com reality check, that an online chat forum will ver remotely aproach in value the dollars made form the Be Xs, YBM Magnex, etc promotions of the world?
Why would I want to talk about stocks here when any post that isn't similar too "this 5 cent OTC BB is gointg to $100, this will be so big you'll piss yourself", have a high probability of being deleted anyway?
How is it you figure a thread that had a header similar to this one is to discuss a certain poster?
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/subject.gsp?subjectid=50559
If there were psot violating the TOU shouldn't only they have been rmoved rather then delete an entire thread that has existed for some time? Why would anyone want to post here if at anytiem their posts, falling within tou, suddenly disapear?

Egads, my ENTIRE thread was deleted! It was similar to be successful SI thread here http://www.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/subject.gsp?subjectid=50559
My ihub version had no mention of anyone specific or attacks on anyon...the removal of the threa was promted by the person supposedly being attacked posting an attack on others!
This ihub...a weird place indeed...not like the world need another message board site anyway
Um, I don't really remember because there were only a couple of posts here until Jenna posted, but until the recent flurry of posts there wasn't any mention of Jenna. This board was meant as an Ihun version of one that was started and still exists on SI, to discuss the merits of pay for advice trading services adn explore the yet to be answered question "why teach if you are successful at trading".
Curious Matt, I've read a lot odf the posts on the former ihub admin Q&A thread...and my impression was that "anyhting goes" on personal non stock specific threads...has this policy been changed once again?
Anyway, have fun with your site and the handful of touts that will be left...it's very clear who the intent of the site is to pander too...unfortunely it's hard to tout wihout an audience.
Is this a stock thread or a personal thread because it was called other than the ticker?
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=640
Or is it all a moot point with the departure of credible admin?
My question is...anyone know why vendit had to go back to posting on SI? Does he post under mroe then one name there...some people seem to think he had quite a few accounts on ihub. Does he still collect IPs from people clicking his profile, like he did according to a post of his a while back that people are linking too, and what does he use this for?
Thanks for changing your post jenna, I had trouble understanding the confusing first version <g> Is the director vendit here part of your paid room? If so I think I'd be weary of joining anything he was a part of. I agree with F+G about these people who are going from thread to thread trying to disrupt the sites operations, some even with multiple account names!
I'm sure the discussion would be off topic here so I'll extend a warm invitation to all to a new thread discussing pay chatrooms/stock picking services
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=625
While I'm here, does anyone have any idea why on at least several threads including mine there were posts of script made that disrupted the post list? The strange part is although they were made with different names the html seems to show "logged in as vendit", and the thread numbers seem to point to threads where vendit is the chair...just asking here since vendit seems to be a director of the thread.
Yes it is strange, the html seems to indicate it has something ot do with the chair of one of vendits threads. Even stranger, there seems to be suspician on other threads that still other usernames that made script posts to disrupt the threads orginates with a username starting with a "v". I checked the "vendit's area 51" thread and there seems to be dozens of posts experimenting with HTML scripts. I hope Bob can get to the bottom of this and put a leash on vim.
you think it could have been someone starting with a "v"? IF that was true...that would seem to indicate they are using a number of accounts to disrupt threads...
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=103053
This is a strange one
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=101841
It was removed once, now it doesn't seem to be able to be removed. Strangely its posted by a "nocs", but it seems to be someone who can post text that includes "logged in as vendit"...Haven't I seen vendit as a director of a thread somewhere?
Must be one of those Canadian stock pumpers....<g>
No, why would you think my name starts with a B?
I do not know...I've been so disappointed that she never responds after I've given her all these great picks :(
We nailed PCLN, CMGI, and ICGE...next up...VERT?
Jenna did you get CMGI? ICGE looks ready to go next!
WOW, look at PCLN ,did you get that one Jenna? CMGI looks like it wants to be next!
Hope floats for ICGE! We'll get CMGI next week. GREAT WEEK!
CMGI & ICGE What do you think Jenna, looks like they've bottomed and good longs +3 and +2.50 respecitively?
PCLN hope DOES float! What a timely post!
Hi jenna, do you see hope floating for PCLN? Looks good over $3 support no?
You are a shareholder in the company and didn't know and weren't concerned with the number of shares? I guess when you have Jake "trivial" things like that don't matter <g>
You consider posting a link to the annual report "bashing"? Wow, good thing Bob has different ideas about the COB feature then as it was explained on the site...
Just reread the "COB feature" link. I think this part really says it all about the intetnions of it's creators:
We created this feature because of the wide-spread
problem with spam, personal attacks, and bashing without reason or facts
No mention at all of "hyping without reason or facts". Of course we all know that that isn't anywhere near the problem that bashing is on message boards, especially OTC BB ones ROFL...at least for people that run IR, emerging company profiling, reccomendation type websites...
If the COB truly is only to be used to speed up the reports of spam+personal attacks, why limit the reporting function to one person? Just put a "report this post" button and anyone could send it to admin for review immediately. Stockhouse.com does it like that...and they have a lot to keep up with. Sure the post might stay there longer then letting the Chairman zap it while waiting for review...or it might not. Whose to say the chairman will be refreshing the thread any quicker to potentially see it? What if the chairman was away for a spell? A huge problem is allowing the chairs to zap their own posts...thats a real boon if he...or she as the case may be, is trying to build a "perfect trader" record.
What is the fully diluted shares oustanding number for this one?
