Curiosity killed the cat.
i don't know who Sterling is but have seen the posts. It could be AI. Hell i may not be even a real person. Thats the whole point though, aint it: look at the numbers only and trade.
Have a great weekend.
i appreciate that. i like your charts there. the parameters you used have helped me with other tickers are well. Im sorry i mentioned buying in this ticker this week. I was actually referring to another ticker where i saw the discrepancy when i bought. I only sold here this week. i had to take those profits lol
Im not sure about that. I bought at 1 cent, and subsequently 8 cents. With the current wave, Im completely sold out. I intend to do this again. I am married to a human being not a stock.
your mom never taught you to speak when spoken to?
I clearly began with, Citrati.
Citrati - i always appreciate your analysis but I have a concern.
I bought some stock in this ticker and another this week but when i check the trade, it is showing in one case as a 'sell' on thinkorswim and here using investorshub, the same trade comes under the column with a '?' mark.
Have you noticed this before? Regardless, what are your thoughts because this certainly will skew chart analysis. I'm unaware if this tactic to misstate is corrected at market closing. I look forward to your input...thanks
i was hoping Marker would have announced something considering ASH in a few days. This silence is weird.
what could possibly be the reason for this sustained downward pressure? the pending R/S is baked in as is the near future cash raise. I tell you, whomsoever is selling now would regret terribly if a few CRs are reported. Not likely but you know...just sayin'
:)
Oh ok. Happy to hear. Best of health to you!
Green trades shall come.
aw hell! how are you, at your age, able to roll on the floor laughing?
See, this is what I talked about earlier. Lots of talk, nay, tweets, with nothing material to show.
I'll say this in another tone: shout ya mouth; stop the tweeting. When you have something material, bring it! The wall in the lower .20s is begging for solid material to break it down. Fluff in the form of tweets showing a stupid computer screen indicating a conference call is ready is mediocre for a company that promises so much. Bring something solid and this races to 3*.20s @ minimum.
Until then - shout ya mouth.
i see where you stand. I just dont like a whole lot of talk with little to no action. And this hasnt been any action of late, material action. And the slipping share price reflects that.
the market doesnt always do a good job of pricing a company but at least here is where i think we'll agree - the current valuation by the market is spot on. And i sense the company knows this thus the tweets which seems like they want to say " hey hey just so u know we're still working here. be patient! dont lose faith in us!"
My contention is that all of that is unnecessary, like you said it multiple times, one does their DD.
You're more experience than me so you'll be wary of companies that took their shareholders down the tube by putting on a good show i.e. lots of talk. But when the curtain was pulled back, nothing was there.
I'm not suggesting this is EGYF but for sure the beginnings are the same - lots of talk.
Lets hope the outcome is rewardingly different
i'm of the opinion that EGYF should stop tweeting. Just shut up and dont post a damn thing until you have something material. I don't like what i'm seeing. The "gifts" to shareholders really did it for me.
Folks make their own independent decision to invest. Their reward lies on the success of the company. They do not need gifts. This doesnt look good.
I'm bullish still but I'll call bs when i see it.
Just stop the damn tweets and use that energy to get the milestones accomplished lest they become those are overpromise and underdeliver.
thumbs up on this post! excellent!
.28 high!? sheeeet! when, how, where? I have to stop this bad habit of mine of napping during trading hours. Won't have mind unloading some there. Were there any unloading at that peak? It must have been quick.
This is excellent Micro. First time coming across it...nice work!
You ain't no rookie!

ok, very well. $60 is too little indeed. Alright, so...I will unload my shares at a markup to current value. You interested in buying them?
Attempt by whom? For christ sake, nail it man! $60 in cash and 93k liability is you switching after baiting with the accusation of a pump and dump.
I want to believe you, I like a balanced view but you're not giving me much here. And the pump is lame? really? see thats where you're losing ground, man. It went from .01 to .21 in just 6 months! If there is to be a pump, there it is, bro. Ya know what is missing though...yep, thats right. The dump. And I've got a little secret that I'm gonna tell you only - I'll be dumping a great lot at the next breakout. Finger to lips - promise me you won't tell the others.
Ok Trader, walk me through this one. What is being pumped? Who is pumping? MZ is clearly not diluting so the dump after the pump is ruled out from his end. So where is the dump? Citrati has graciously shown the charts. Point out the dump. If the retailers are kicking the ball around dumping shares on one another, thats fair game. But one look at the chart says there are accumulation, no playing here. Enlighten me.
Thats no problem. I'll put it on my credit card.
Reminds me of Sherryanne. I used to follow her in the playground, watched her in class. We would walk home together, at first about three feet apart then eventually holding hands. I once got lucky in high school and kissed her under a tree. That was it, for she kept teasing me. Whenever I thought we could lie forever in the back of the truck, she'd let me know we ought to be heading back. I left town not long thereafter and went away to college. I couldn't wait any longer. Sherryanne: this one's for you baby. I aint going nowhere!
Ok Houston. All indicators are still a go. The X in T-minus X is salivating.
Citrati - is the weekly still in consolidation mode or is there a downward trajectory about to unfold. ominous? perhaps larger market forces.
It is your prerogative to make that your last post. Such is the nature of running a biotech. When you muck it up, questions will be asked from those regardless of their exposure to the ticket being $10M or a dime.
Assuming this is indeed your last post for a while, your last sentence sums this up. We do not know if the science will work (that's why we cast bets).
But to bet that management runs this to the ground is to bet covid will kill 900k americans.
I do not think you quite "get it." If the pancreatic trial is what determines partnership then everyone should sell this. To score there is to be a blindfolded marksman. And those that believe this company under PH can do that are as plentiful as new cars sold today at a discount to msrp.
And with certainty it is that you can almost guarantee that most bios rather build than sell early on, because for sure that's not in effect what their goals largely are.
Rather, most developing bios do exactly that - develop. It is the market way of division of labor. BP won't speculate. That is left to the ones with with little caps.
There are only three covid vaccine companies today that are in the news. At the White House, unveiling Operation Warp Speed, there were no less than 3 times that amount. Where are they today? That's right, not big enough to be in the spotlight though they have the goods.
You're going to wait for BP to come to you? What makes you that special?
Is Peter a pseudonym for Phantom? If so, get on the road and get this done.
If not, still, get the message across. Get on the road and do not return without a vote of confidence from those who matter.
Shoot with what you have. AML. Not with a distant trial yet to be designed, yet to be financed, yet to produced.
here is another attempt:
You must have heard of buyouts/ mergers/ acquisitions; or something close to those words, aye?
Well that happens after BP sees something of worth.
All I'm saying is for they (Marker) to preempt such a move. In lieu, one must then ponder: what is the long term goal here, if not?
No. I'll try at this.
The current trial is funded. Why, of course. How else would it be underway.
I'm trying to redirect yours and PH's face to the product/s of the current trial.
A team led by the CEO needs to hit the road and come back with funding specifically for the product of the current trial with a promise of additional money as they hit further milestone.
I've said it recently - the manufacturing facility is testament to Marker's having something of serious worth.
Now if one is going to speculate on future funding for trials yet to be even designed then it must be a foregone conclusion that one has entertained and planned for the products are are soon to be marketed of the current trial.
We are have seen this happened before i.e. successful presentations from companies that led to upfront $$$ with additional subject to more desired outcomes.
At least I have. This is not my only bucket.
and just to be clear - it is payment towards the ongoing trial. If you cannot get non-dilutive funding for the current trial, how are you going to do so for the future trials??
Considering the CEO announced trials that are going to start sometime in the future subject to funding, won't it be consistent to announce upfront payment of, i dont know, somewhere in the region of $60MM with additional milestone payments of $XXMM?
All he needs to do is get those with deep pockets to see the possibility of that manufacturing facility and the goods of Marker.
Yep, that is too difficult to do.
We shall choose the easier of things - announce trials with hope of funding.
i understand both points (yours and Buck). However i work for a non-profit and it is absolutely a sign of maturity, financial acumen, and presence of morals to manage funds. This 1-12 r/s you speak of and the decline over the years here with nothing but a building and promises of more trials to show, is anything but good management.
I do not see how this price can recover even with stellar interim data.
They have muck this one up. And anything short of a miraculous rise above $1 without a rs should result in letter of resignation from the CEO.
1-12 r/s? So from Tapimmune to Marker, the stench follows. Perhaps another 1-12 here too.
So in 6 years nothing to show except fresh bagholders led to the gallows.
I honestly hadnt see this coming.
I invested heavily not because of the current trial or insiders buying at $1.75 but rather that manufacturing facility. No company in their sane mind would invest that heavily in their own facility without an approved product if they did not have confirmation that they indeed have the goods.
So GoIrish, while you thoughts are interesting i'm stuck on reason (3). It reads to me they experience an "oh shit" moment. If thats true, this must be one of the dumbest management on the planet.
But your reason (3) still makes sense in a way that they felt the data, when released will be good but the delay/tweaking is to hit it out of the park i.e release outstanding exceedingly good data. Hell, I'm just shooting the breeze here but the alternative, above, to think they said "oh shit" is something i do not want to entertain in my head.
That facility, to me, is a testament they have the goods.
Another thing, where is Wilson in all of this? he is the main guy here...he is behind both ALVR and MRKR. Interestingly in the last year he sold about 6M worth of ALVR and bought in @ $1.75 of MRKR last year.
So what the hell is really going on here with us at under 50 cents if this guy along with others have loaded up AND we got a facility for inhouse production. Is all of that for naught? this is really really weird.
these days? try these few months. EGYF seems like a good hedge against this.
well I suppose that is the conclusion, sell. Inching up towards 2M shares traded and if you've been watching the tape you know it is mostly dumps.
im going to donate $60 to EGYF balance sheet. You'll need to keep looking lest you misquote $120 as $60.
Amen to that.
With the valuable analysis you provide, I'm appointing you flight engineer! Be sure to let us,in first class, know if u see turbulence when we've reach cruising altitude.
I hope the internet works in this plane coz imma need to tell Trader59 and others, who are waiting to see confirmation, that it's all right to book a ticket when we reach the next destination.
ive been sitting in this jet on the tarmac far too long. this seatbelt is making me uneasy but the pilots have kept both the engines and seatbelt sign on.
jeeezus! come on already!
Need that signal from the tower!
earlier when i asked a question you mentioned something approximating ordinary investor to describe yourself. this isn't ordinary. i appreciate the feedback.
let me ask the same question a different way. is the upcoming data though interim enough to sustain this above $1.
we're in trouble here pal. won't you agree?
what are the chances of success for the upcoming readout which can literally be days away, right?
