Considering the CEO announced trials that are going to start sometime in the future subject to funding, won't it be consistent to announce upfront payment of, i dont know, somewhere in the region of $60MM with additional milestone payments of $XXMM?
All he needs to do is get those with deep pockets to see the possibility of that manufacturing facility and the goods of Marker.
Yep, that is too difficult to do.
We shall choose the easier of things - announce trials with hope of funding.
