Sounds as if you've been busy. I'm looking forward to the results of your efforts. Meanwhile, everybody better get out of the way; it won't be pretty.
What other charts are there other than "real?"
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Just what we've been needing for almost 20 years. It's way past due and will come as no surprise to some of us. Welcome back, by the way, to the extent you are back.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
A "surprise in store?" Forgive me, but you're going to need a link to a source for that or nobody's going to believe it any more than people do when an EAPH promoter or insider makes a similar claim with a forward-looking statement.
Yes, as investors keep taking their dead money out of EAPH and putting it into corporations with real businesses with real addresses, like the one that EAPH used to claim some ownership of, but somehow never showed up on EAPH's financials. EAPH's financials, like their PRs, are, as they say, "problematic." It's as if chimpanzees were creating them.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Don't be surprised if you see EAPH insiders "on paper" soon. It's about time they got busted out of "business" once and for all. They've done enough damage.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Nah. Trips. Soon. Scam.
Dead money. Bad since forever.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Wrong, jack. EAPH is headed for the trips.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Please include a link to that "correct and verified" part. An audit would be good. People have stopped taking EAPH insiders' word for things, especially since that "Alliance" deal with Karras. They got royally busted on that one, and they're STILL using the same address. It's ridiculous how dumb these EAPH guys are, thinking people will believe ANYTHING. They could at least come up with an address for that "farm" if there were one.
EAPH is headed for the trips.
I guess we'll just have to disagree about those things. I don't see this chart as a success story, nor EAPH's PRs as beacons of intelligence and integrity:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
EAPH is a total failure in progress, about to fade into pinky history any day now.
As I said: I've talked to lying pinky CEOs before and have no desire to do it again. It's disgusting. Anybody who wants to is welcome, though. Maybe they'll realize what a sleazy character they're chatting with and sell their stock before it gets delisted.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
This is far from the most recent time these guys have been caught lying to stockholders. It's a miracle and a corruption of justice that they're still in "business." Next step: gray sheets and/or suspension, like Karras's former venture, Alliance whatever.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134964604
The EAPH insiders are proven to be liars. Why would anybody want to get them on the phone? I've heard lies before from other pinky scam artist CEOs. That's what they do for a living.
EAPH's price corrects like that a lot. Nearly always in a "down" way. That's common among pinky scams like EAPH. That's why there's no pinksheet index. It would constantly be going deeper and deeper into the negative.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
In the pinky world, there are traders who don't care if EAPH gets caught ripping off its shareholders; if they are told its PPS will go up, some people will buy it and try to sell it to other people. It's not just EAPH; that's the way things work in the pinks. It doesn't have to make any sense; it's the pinks.
A lot of folks missed a good chance to get rid of some EAPH today higher than it was yesterday. Apparently somebody was in a hurry to get some bought. Maybe tomorrow.
EAPH has done it before, and they will do it again. They will RS and redilute just like all these pump 'n dumps. That's just what they do. It's a scam. Don't hold it overnight.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
People's money they have in EAPH is going right back down the drain. A lot of it's gone just since February of this year. Pump 'n dumps like EAPH are not good investments.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
People who still have money in EAPH had better take what's left of it and go look for a real investment.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Yeah, $20K down to two cents is some "bullish pattern." Where did these jokers learn to run a business?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
A good example of that is EAPH's chart.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Did it ever come around why EAPH keeps publicizing deals that haven't happened "yet"? Spending shareholders' money to publicize them, even? Isn't that what pump n' dumps do?
Isn't that how a company gets a chart like THIS?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
EAPH's price per share has been "correcting" since February and has a long way to go to the downside. Lower than EVER. Trips this time.
Yeah, and the really ironic part is that they brought in Alex Karras who had a leftover dump to dispose of after his last corporate venture got suspended, and the insiders gave him almost a half a million dollars of the shareholders' money for it before they realized anybody was looking. Some improvement. I don't know where they come up with these people to run their "companies" for them.
The "Voice" might know, I suppose. Maybe they'll all get prosecuted one of these days and we'll get a chance to find out.
EAPH and the pinks in general. What a crock. I wish.
Again, what point would there be in that? This is far from the first "deal" that EAPH has promoted publicized before it was done. Why do they keep doing that? I think it has something to do with pumping and dumping their worthless stock. What do other people think?
People tend to forget how deceptive EAPH's PR campaigns can be, and it takes a while to find another corresponding bottom in EAPH's PPS while people remember how they got misled last time. I think we'll be deep in the trips next time down, especially if they dilute again.
"Alot" of EAPH'stheir "aquitions" have never happened. That's why they have such a pump 'n dump chart. EAPH is a typical pinksheet dilution scam, just coiling up to dilute some more, maybe do another "reorganization" if the SEC doesn't shut them down first.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
My point is that people don't go bragging about those "deals in progress," paying to promote them on the internet as if they were done, as EAPH did. What point would there be in that?
What happened to those "All Time Highs?" That would be quite a rally.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Thanks for you guys' help over at EAPH. This one could get ugly. Feel free to chime in.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134852202
To answer your question, the only reason they would mention the deal at all until after it's done is to get people to buy their stock, or not to sell it. It's part of the pinksheet pump and dump. Any basis in fact to EAPH's statements is either non-existent or irrelevant. EAPH lies in its PRs and gets away with it by means of disclaimers.
I agree that the DD and Fraud board is a great source of information about EAPH. There are some great people on there whom I've known for years to be knowledgeable, accurate, and helpful.
Strong fundamentals? What was EAPH's EPS, latest quarter? How about for all of last year? The last five years?
There's nothing strong about EAPH other than their stock sales pitch.
Easy to find? Then please post us a link to a deed to that property.
EAPH is a horrible excuse for a company, as others have noted. Be careful holding it overnight.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Really, jack. Next time down it's headed to the trips and maybe delisting. Happens all the time, especially when these dilution-addicted pinkies start selling convertible debentures. All the equity that people have in EAPH could vanish without warning any day. Best not risk it; consider this a warning.
The charts show a history of abject failure of management.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Did somebody "invest" some big wad of money in EAPH lately? How many convertible debentures did EAPH have to issue to make that happen, and under what terms? I wonder if anybody knows over at the "Forum." Is it for enough new stock to completely blow out the authorized shares and send us into the trips and another big RS?
Looks like it's about "reorganization" time for EAPH.
Again.
Don't anybody wake up some morning and be holding a bunch of suspended stock like Evan Karras did once before lately. EAPH is looking shadier and shadier. I wouldn't own any of it with my ex-wife's money.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
What's in EAPH PRs and what their promoters say have no semblance to facts. It's just a sales pitch. That's why EAPH's performance has been so bad over the years. Their "management" is in the "business" of bullshitting and lying.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p88466069205
Speaking of "all time" highs, how high is that?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=1995-09-22&en=(today)&id=p29067742999
