Did somebody "invest" some big wad of money in EAPH lately? How many convertible debentures did EAPH have to issue to make that happen, and under what terms? I wonder if anybody knows over at the "Forum." Is it for enough new stock to completely blow out the authorized shares and send us into the trips and another big RS?

Looks like it's about "reorganization" time for EAPH.

Don't anybody wake up some morning and be holding a bunch of suspended stock like Evan Karras did once before lately. EAPH is looking shadier and shadier. I wouldn't own any of it with my ex-wife's money.
