Well I am beyond pissed right now.i I am more mad at myself than Ballas, but not by much. I should have Sold my position a long time ago and didn't. Good learning lesson for me I guess. I will be losing somewhere around $9800. Anyway its just money right!? Biggest POS Ballad.
So I received an email from good ole Mike Baker, Ambassador Coordinator today. Have not heard from HLT for 3 weeks. Interesting email. I don't believe a word of it, but we shall see.
"I just wanted to reach out to you as one of our Ambassadors and give you an update on your current order(s). We are going through some changes here at HempLife Today™ and soon we will be up and running more efficiently and shipping within the 24-72 hour time frame we have always aimed for.
However, at this time we are unable to ship out your current order(s), nor can we take any new orders at this time.
We have a couple of options below for your consideration.
1. You may have received an email concerning a refund. However, if you have not received your refund as of today then the Company urges you to contact your bank and initiate a chargeback/refund right away, as this will ensure your refund goes through.
2. Or, you can elect to just wait until your order can be fulfilled and shipped. This can and will take another few weeks but we will get you your order.
We are currently working with a New CBD Friendly Payment Processing System and this should be up and running by the end of the month, and you will then be able to place new orders.
You will be notified when the new payment processing system is up and working. The Company will also be in a position to ship your future orders in the 24-72 hour window that is the Company goal.
In the meantime, please choose Option 1 or 2 and we will notify you when the Ambassador program is up and running again.
Remember, as a current Ambassador there will be NO additional charges to you and you will stay an Ambassador for as long as you wish.

Update - My order from 5/8 still has not shipped after many emails from HLT customer service saying that it should be shipped out 'soon'. Also, they have not approved/ released my Ambassador commission from 6/15. Complete BS. I don't believe a word Ballas put in the PR from Monday's news. And they are still sending out email ads, but can't ship product...SMFH.
IMO being that we are in the penny stock swamp, I don’t think the SEC is really watching nor cares (too much cost & resources) to spend the time trying to prove these share codes are related to manipulation. The share codes notion is more folklore than proven.

I am still waiting from my order that was placed on May 8. The last communication I received from the company was via email back on June 8 saying that the company is working on production and they expect to have all pending orders shipped and current over the next week (which would have been last week). I am an Ambassador and this is beyond frustrating. I also have commission $$ owed to me (as of 6/15) so we shall see if they pay up.
I have had my feet up for awhile now here. DD is fantastic, chart is looking great and knowing where the company is going is a no brainer.
I received the same email response from Russell T. as well @ 8:02 pm Saturday. Been waiting on my order since 5/8. We shall see if any moves this week.
Well if you are going to launch a program like that, you should plan for it by using data analytics based on demographics and other key factors. Then use some lean manufacturing principles such as just-in-time, kanban system, etc. to be more effective. Sorry, I can go off on this, but won't! ( I am a lean six sigma consultant by trade).
Yeah it is starting to feel like that. Cost was $195 so not that bad.
They very well could be backed up, but without any communication from them hard to tell. I am an ambassador with them and have had some recent online sales. However, if HLT cannot fulfill the orders in a timely manner then folks will cancel and ask for refunds. HLT needs to figure out production and order delivery fast or they will not only loose customers, but also ambassadors.
Mike Baker (HLT Ambassador Coordinator) seems to be on radio silence as he has not responded to any of my emails or voice mail. I am waiting for my May 8th order to ship. Not sure what the heck is going on.
I am waiting for product to arrive from my 5/8 order. My tracking number still indicates that the product has not shipped yet. Trying to find out status.
So Mike got back to me pretty quickly with a response that does not answer your question. I figured this would be the case. He said that he only discusses Ambassador Program issues and training.

I am an Ambassador and I have received my orders so far. I am doing this part-time and not putting in much time yet. I have made a few sales online and received my 1st commission check last Friday:) They are still in business for sure and think that they are busy behind the scenes with fulfilling orders, etc. Per Mike (the Ambassador coordinator), they are working on developing additional CBD products. Also, they are working on expanding phase 2 of the Ambassador program by offering the benefit to market the Ambassador program and make commissions off of new ambassadors that generate sales.
I am not quite sure as to why HLT has gone silent on their Twitter, FB, and Instagram accounts. A theory that I have is that if they continue marketing their products via their social network accts, then this marketing could take away business from the growing Ambassador group. As the Ambassador group grows, the totality of the group will have a significant impact on HLT sales. I think HLT knows this and probably does not want to jeopardize loosing Ambassadors who, collectively, can provide much larger marketing outreach than HLT can by itself. I think HLT still needs to market their products, but think the marketing channels may be shifting. Food for thought.

Yes it was. I am an Ambassador for HLT (as of last Friday) and have started to promote via their sales portal. I am using Twitter as a platform with sharing landing page and product links. The sales tools have link tracking, commissions and other reports to use.

Just received my large order of 500 mg of tincture yesterday! The package arrived pretty fast (ordered on 1/12 Sat. & received Thurs. 1/17). 4 business days. I live in ME, USA so not that close to Colorado where it was shipped from. I tried 50 mgs last night and works good for my condition; arthritis in lower back.

Yes, I have ordered the gel caps a few times. First time was last year (April) and took about 5 days to receive. 2nd order was in November and took around 10 days. I had to email customer svc for status.Not sure why the Nov order took longer, but the product is good. I have lower back pain (arthritis between L4 & L5 vertebrates) and the CBD oil reduced the pain by quite A lot @ 50 mgs (2 capsules). I also have a position in the company.
