Great news and yet pps drops. Can anyone see major activity that is causing this to continue to drop during some of the best news in a while?
No one should be selling off that much of this to help with their taxes and the election and around the world news are all positive.
I understand patience. I also understand I have been studying CNBX since 2014 and good news has usually made the price go up. 5 years of studying this stock and this is the biggest trend of good news/dropping pps I have seen.
As I understand it, they have found ways around having to dilute the stock.
Can anyone give DD on why this is the new trend?
Thanks, Jim
Thank you Pierpont!! I love people that bring DD with links!!!
Take care, Jim
HAHAHA!! Fantastic reply GoSing!! My guess is the memory he shared is the last time CNBX was worth over a dollar!
Thanks for the laugh and take care! Jim
When I looked up CNBX's stock price this evening it had a weird color to the font.
Kind of a greenish hue.
Has anyone else experienced this and can you explain what this green color means?
Thank you, Jim
If contacting IR for any reason, please be sure to ask that they do a PR regarding the conference they attended at the end of September and ask them to include photos of them attending.
I have been pushing to start seeing some "art" in their articles, as they are attending and speaking at so many conferences, and I think photos of them doing so will raise their profile greatly. They have conceded twice that I can think of this summer and sent a photo. We need more of this!
I have asked them to do this, but I am one guy. If a lot of us stay on them about it, we will start seeing more art.

Thanks and take care, Jim
I started researching CNBX in 2014 and bought in early 2015.
In June 2016 you could still get in for 3 cents a share, so where it is at now and where it has held is a huge gain over other MJ and MMJ stocks.
Take care, Jim
"...except for those that are scams and suck at life". Listen up men, this is the proper way to bitch!!
Presence, I don't remember ever seeing posts from you before, but I like your writing style.
I am invested like most here are, but I have to admit it when I see good/witty writing!!!
Take care, Jim
Man the MM stocks are so riding the same tide. One minute this morning both VDRM and CNB$ were both down, and then suddenly both green.
It was like I changed the font color on my screen, everything just switched colors at the same time!
Go green, stay green!!! Take care, Jim
Thanks for the clarification. I have never understood why the company that had an option to buy a million shares at $ 2 each would do so when they could have picked them up anytime, up through today, for under a buck.
I was lucky to see this company as a boon back in 2014 and got most of my shares for between 3 cents to 15 cents, so even at a buck, I am kicking ass over most investments.
Thanks again and take care, Jim
If there is a buyout, does anybody want to wager what the pps buyout price will be?
Take care, Jim
Hi ChuckG1,
The long release is available without a prescription under the name Wana Brands and they are available in Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and other states that have legalized recreational marijuana.
They have various ways to take it (gummies, etc) and you can find their site here: https://www.wanabrands.com/home
The long release is great for human resource/workplace situations if your uncle is still working because he can take it before work and 12 hours later after work.
As for the 5mg, I believe it is by prescription and then the doctor prescribes it in 5mg doses (so if you need 25mg, you would take 5).
So obviously the easiest to lay hands on would be Wana products either by traveling to the states they sell in or by having them ship to a recreationally legal state. I am not advising on how that is done, just saying that would be the easiest company to start with since they do not require a prescription.
Good luck to you and your uncle!!! Jim
Just to make a positive move I put in a limit sale of 100,000 shares at .005. Let's see how many days it takes to get a bite.
Take care, Jim
Hi bigfred1,
Are you saying in addition to already having the long release tablet and 5mg tablet in the market and accepting biopsies from doctors for patient-specific CNBX treatments that they need another new drug to hit phase 1, phase 2, etc?
Thanks, Jim
Let's hope they sell a ton!!!
Below is a Viaderma 8k from 2009 that brings a lot of it together with Dongguan CHDITN Printing Co., Ltd. Before the links I provided some excerpts:

Hi Teddy143, I appreciate that your due diligence and asking VDRM for data. I think this is the best way to compare what we know to what they release, etc.
Glad to hear there will be no future convertible debts.
As for the firm letter and request for information I sent recently, the "scam" feel of the letter had nothing to do with the product itself. I know the product is a good product.
My letter was in reaction to some of the deals over the past years being "in-house" deals for the sake of promoting the company as successful.
The doctor has created company names, announced that the company he created is making a large purchase, and the announcement has boosted stock price because people thought the company was taking off.
This has happened with companies he wholly owned as well as with companies he partially owned. While we enjoyed momentary boosts in pps due to investors buying in after the announcements, the pps was not supported long term, because no real money was generated by the "sales".
My letter was to clarify, as we are starting to hear that there are big deals brewing, that none of these deals are a continuation of the cycle of "in-house" deals, and if they are, to what capacity (50% owned, wholly owned, etc).
I too am invested in the company and have been for close to two years. My research in the company goes back further than that. If you look at my posts, you will find that I do not make empty or derogatory statements for the sake of defaming a company. By the time I write a post, I have researched the topic and I am looking either for clarification going forward or for inconsistencies in answers.
I am hoping more of us will start to push for such transparency. With every press release and every IR statement, we can compare our notes and see if there is legitimacy or inaccuracies.
Thank you, Jim
Nope. I posted exactly what they sent. To be fair, this is what my letter was about. Here is what they posted in their initial reply to me. You might find this of interest:

Thank you for your email. First, I must admit I was surprised by a comment you made, "You and your investor relations, when they do reply,." We do make sure and respond to every single email, though its certainly possible for an occasional email to slip through the cracks given the amount of correspondence we receive on a daily basis. I checked to see if that was the case with any previous emails from you and found, we had only received email from you a year ago back in September, 2017, and it was replied to promptly.
I really do understand and share in your frustration. I wish I had something different to tell you but at this time I just do not. Every potential deal announced is 100% TRUE AND FACTUAL. Unfortunately we have hit some snags that have delayed our progress. Nonetheless, we are still on track to get all or most of these pending deals completed. We are expecting to have something very significant closed very soon at which time we will announce right away. In the meantime, Amazon sales are increasing, as is the popularity of our product.
We have a world class product that works incredibly well. While getting widespread sales off the ground has proven to be challenging, we believe wholeheartedly that we are very close. In the end, the strength of our flagship product will carry us across the goal line.
Make no mistake, while we have not yet achieved our sale goals, we are working tirelessly to deliver for our shareholders, and we will not stop until we achieve our objectives. We run our business honestly and compliantly. There is no "bilking,"or anything else nefarious going on, only frustration on our part that things have taken longer to materialize than originally anticipated. No one wants to see our sales take off more than we do. Thanks for reaching out and feel free to contact us anytime.

To all that took interest and shared kind words, thank you for your posts regarding efforts to confirm inside sales levels in writing.
I know it was a bit more invasive than the typical due diligence, but it was also overdue.
Please take the time to confirm the answer received against sales announcements back to before the company name changed and report back on what you find regarding accuracy. It will either bolster support or give us intel we need.
Thank you to all, Jim

We require the answer in writing, preferably as a letter attachment on Viaderma Letterhead and signed by Dr. Otiko.
I have amended the initial letter as asked as well as for brevity. We will await a response this week, which will by then be mid-month and if we have not received an answer we will consider that our answer and move forward with our current findings regarding the in-house deals being the majority of deals announced. The amended request is below. Thank you.
A Public Message to Dr. Otiko/Viaderma:
Dr. Otiko, most of your partnerships so far have been with conglomerates you yourself own or partly own.
You and your investor relations have promised again and again that big news, big deals, big sales are coming "soon". These statements have been acted on by investors. In reality, from the beginning of your company, most of these deals have not materialized or were, as noted before, self-purchases for promotional sake.
While your stock does trade on the OTC, that does not put it completely out of reach of the SEC. We ask that you update in writing information regarding your holdings in companies in previous and pending sales.
Thank you for your time, Jim Patton
IR's wanting me to call on Monday instead of answering, in writing as requested, the bullet points in my initial letter.
I am replying to myself so the initial email and reply are together. Here is their reply:

I totally understand. Why don't we talk on Monday. Call me and rather than going back and forth in email we can speak on the phone and hopefully I can address your concerns".
Thank you for sharing this. My new hashtag has is #TiredofPissPoorPress
I hate to have to piss people off, but it is definitely that time.
We are all finding out way too often that the various deals are actually in-house and when they are pressed beyond one email the quality of their replies completely change and the wheels come off.
We will stay on it and we will see!!!
Take care, Jim
I agree, if we all stay on him/them, we will see if things get done or the wheels just come off.
Thanks and take care, Jim
My reply to IR's terse rebuke that the "prompt reply" that never was should have been sufficient:

I understand, and I thought based on the quality of your earlier email, that perhaps I was dealing with a new IR regime and so I sent along the previous message to confirm it was the prompt correspondence being discussed and to confirm if it was considered complete, but that is neither here nor there.
To focus on the replies of Investor Relations is missing the point of today's letter to Dr. Otiko. Yes, I did mention that many of us take issue with the lack of correspondence, but the main issues were those addressed to Dr. Otiko. Those are what many of us are discussing in the investor forums and what we want answers to per the letter sent today.
We do not invest in a vacuum, and in the age of the internet, investors like myself who have been invested in VDRM for quite some time are researching Dr. Otiko and Viaderma every day and the news of the past year has mostly been about in-house dealings.
I was impressed by the correspondence received today, but my fellow investors and I still see it as a lot of "soon" without specifics. We investors are sorry to be pests, but before the stock truly falls to nothing, please consider reviewing today's letter and answering the points in it specifically regarding the entities that deals are being made with, the specifics of the deals, and that there is no co-ownership. I am doing you a favor in taking everyone's complaints and putting them into a concise letter.
Thank you for your time and I truly do appreciate the correspondence and do hope the best for a stock we are all invested in.
Take care, Jim"
Their reply to why they never got back with me is below. I replied to myself so that you would have the message I sent and reply in one place.
Though they never got back with me, to say "when they do reply" was deemed a "baseless accusation" by IR. If you have followed the course of replies today, you will note that the quality of the replies has fallen off quickly:
"ViaDerma Investor Relations <info@viadermalicensing.com>

to me
As I told you in my email. I get swamped each day with tons of emails and sometimes things fall thru the cracks like perhaps a followup. But to say "when the do reply" is baseless accusation".
Midnight Matt was asking me to consider being CNBX Moderator and I shared a letter I had just sent VDRM and asked if he was sure this is what he wanted in a moderator.
That is why I posted it on CNBX. It was meant to be a reflection of my approach to BS, not a promotion of VDRM on this board.
If not seeing his comment and that as my reply, I completely understand it appears to be on the wrong board.
Take care, Jim

A Public Message to Dr. Otiko/Viaderma:
Dr. Otiko, most of your partnerships so far have been with conglomerates you yourself own or partly own. Please advise, with confirmable links, what partnerships you have that are in no way owned by you and what kinds of orders have been placed by these entities.
You and your investor relations, when they do reply, have promised again and again that big news, big deals, big sales are coming "soon". These statements have been acted on by investors. In reality, from the beginning of your company, most of these deals have not materialized or were, as noted before, self-purchases for promotional sake.
We believe that, in partnership with Phillips, you do have a product worth selling.
Rather than go year after year of bilking investors and hoping that infighting among investors will distract from reality, we ask that you finally just come clean about where Viaderma stands regarding actual purchase agreements, sales numbers, and data that we, your investors, can actually count on.
While your stock does trade on the OTC, that does not put it completely out of reach of the SEC. It seems as you make deal after deal to yourself that you have forgotten that fact. We as your investors will agree to move forward with you if you can finally provide some factual investor relation information.
As your stock price continues to plummet and the realities of your dealings compound upon themselves, it is your choice what the future holds for you and the ticker VDRM. Now is the time, in your words and with verifiable truths, to come forward and make such a statement. Please find the moral courage to do so.
Thank you for your time. Jim Patton
Thank you!! Hopefully, an avalanche of requests will bring about some factual statements.

Hi hub2011,
I started here, as I find "shaming" companies publicly seems to get more attention than emails they can ignore, but it is a message that can be sent again and again in various ways.
I would be happy if everyone wanted to copy, paste, and send it to IR, Otiko, any connection to the company you have.
I did not provide specifics as I figured why bog him down with what he already knows, but research has proven that at least 3 of his "deals" have been with companies he owns or partially owns, so not much of a sale.
Please feel free to send to IR and I will as well.
Thank you, Jim

I have never understood why some things get posted as "stickies", get posted on the CNBX website, and some do not.
I do like how the CNBX Ihub page has been cleaned up of all the old "advertising and literature" relating to CNBX that, while relevant to a newbie, was outdated and cumbersome to scroll through every time we logged on.
Newbies can find all of that info and more with some basic due diligence, so the clean up was warranted.
I notice no moderators are currently listed, but to whoever spiffed the place up, thank you!
Take care, Jim
