A Public Message to Dr. Otiko/Viaderma:
Dr. Otiko, most of your partnerships so far have been with conglomerates you yourself own or partly own. Please advise, with confirmable links, what partnerships you have that are in no way owned by you and what kinds of orders have been placed by these entities.
You and your investor relations, when they do reply, have promised again and again that big news, big deals, big sales are coming "soon". These statements have been acted on by investors. In reality, from the beginning of your company, most of these deals have not materialized or were, as noted before, self-purchases for promotional sake.
We believe that, in partnership with Phillips, you do have a product worth selling.
Rather than go year after year of bilking investors and hoping that infighting among investors will distract from reality, we ask that you finally just come clean about where Viaderma stands regarding actual purchase agreements, sales numbers, and data that we, your investors, can actually count on.
While your stock does trade on the OTC, that does not put it completely out of reach of the SEC. It seems as you make deal after deal to yourself that you have forgotten that fact. We as your investors will agree to move forward with you if you can finally provide some factual investor relation information.
As your stock price continues to plummet and the realities of your dealings compound upon themselves, it is your choice what the future holds for you and the ticker VDRM. Now is the time, in your words and with verifiable truths, to come forward and make such a statement. Please find the moral courage to do so.
