Hi Teddy143, I appreciate that your due diligence and asking VDRM for data. I think this is the best way to compare what we know to what they release, etc.

Glad to hear there will be no future convertible debts.

As for the firm letter and request for information I sent recently, the "scam" feel of the letter had nothing to do with the product itself. I know the product is a good product.

My letter was in reaction to some of the deals over the past years being "in-house" deals for the sake of promoting the company as successful.

The doctor has created company names, announced that the company he created is making a large purchase, and the announcement has boosted stock price because people thought the company was taking off.

This has happened with companies he wholly owned as well as with companies he partially owned. While we enjoyed momentary boosts in pps due to investors buying in after the announcements, the pps was not supported long term, because no real money was generated by the "sales".

My letter was to clarify, as we are starting to hear that there are big deals brewing, that none of these deals are a continuation of the cycle of "in-house" deals, and if they are, to what capacity (50% owned, wholly owned, etc).

I too am invested in the company and have been for close to two years. My research in the company goes back further than that. If you look at my posts, you will find that I do not make empty or derogatory statements for the sake of defaming a company. By the time I write a post, I have researched the topic and I am looking either for clarification going forward or for inconsistencies in answers.

I am hoping more of us will start to push for such transparency. With every press release and every IR statement, we can compare our notes and see if there is legitimacy or inaccuracies.

Thank you, Jim
