So if you're not here because you're upset about previous losses with VXIT, wanting to make sure that the stock stays low so you don't regret selling, or you just hate it so much you can't help exercise those demons.
If you're not here because you're making financial gain from some entity that has interests in shorting OTC.
Then why are you here?
So many of these boards have the same residents. People who post all day, all year talking trash about that ticker. Often with stocks that have no volume or interest from the other side.
I sincerely just don't get it. The usual retort is that it is to help others, but if these humans really are built in such a way that they want to help other humans that badly that they spend every day of the year writing on a board about a stock they do not own, then they would be doing something much more helpful to the human race with their time.
Please DM me the truth. I've been on ihub for years and I still can't get my head around it. Just doesnt make sense to me. I'm in the camp that think it's a job and that these entities that make a lot of money short selling the OTC (the easiest money one can make really with how little protection the SEC give the average hopeful investor in stocks - basically poor people who dream of making a bit of money to make their and their families lives better), and they pay probably not very much for people to spend their day writing all this. Morally it is definitely bad but I guess we as humans would legitimize it for ourselves. I'd be tempted for sure.
I just find it tiresome when the same stuff is repeated. As I do with bulls saying the same thing over and over again. But I understand that as they're hoping they can delude others into helping them make money.
And to make this about VXIT - JK is a POS and I believed the heck out of him. I spoke to him on the phone a few times and he seemed like a trustworthy person. I get that he has been bothered and upset with all the people slagging him off but there's good reason for that. We have been paying his bills and he has not come through. The arrogance is astounding. Running this up to a penny wouldnt take much initiative. I'm waiting for the next OTC bull market and if this can get to some respectable level it's goodbye from me.
Someone sticking up for ALPS. Now I've seen it all.
Just trade like an institution that naked shorts penny stocks. Pennies usually go back to zero. There's no trading brilliance. Just a little bit of manipulation and rule swerving and hey presto money that you've from the average Joe who just believes in people and companies a little too much.
You need a nice amount of liquidity for 8% gains on a consistent basis. That's more big boards and options. OTC is about news, dilution and runners. You can make bank but you got have balls of steel and an exit plan. This ticker went trips (where I loaded) to pennies (where I didn't unload enough lol). That's thousands of percent. It's too easy for RS and bad news to come out to have decent risk management to offset the 8% gains. Good luck to you with that but don't stick up for ALPS for goodness sake. Him and JANE are just out to screw us and make money for some soulless asses on wall st.
Today was reassuring. They are keen to do something with the shell and keep it current. I guess the no lithium merger dampened things for some but I think most of us knew that was off the table.
Seems a no brainer at these levels but what do I know.
I feel left out. No one is sliding into my dm's.
Not a great day here but we are still trending up. MACD curling up and the PSAR about to flip bullish on the daily.
A few technical reasons to be hopeful.
Funny how the tide has changed here.
One would think that all that bashing of CUBV was to scare a few people of their shares ; )
Market cap is under $10m here. Some nice news should add a zero to that.
(I still dream of the lithium merger that would have added yet another zero but reality suggests to be happy with the lemonade stand)
I applaud you for taking a break and not posting here for a few weeks. A man of his word which is a rare commodity these days.
CUBV is clearly in the intermission part of the story. Whilst we await further developments, it's a time to either load for the next ride or place one's attention elsewhere.
A pink current stock with a market cap of under 5million is an enticing prospect in my book.
Forgot about this comment I made. I guess I've got to keep this promise.
CUBV just needs a little bit of good news and it will run. If anyone has been watching this stock they know how it quickly it flies up (and down of course).
We currently have a market cap of 5m. If you look at GVS$ it's on the expert market but has a MC of 25m. That one can't even get current.
There is a good reason we have a lot of negative posters chatting back and forth to each other, and congratulating themselves. Always do you DD on companies as well as their cheerleaders and naysayers.
People usually don't spend their weekends talking about stocks they don't have something to gain financially from. It wouldnt surprise me they have some bids in.
And Emily, I understand you want others to join you in bringing GS down and I agree but right now until the dust settles we're still unsure if our old CEO was messing around with us. Until then I'll keep enjoying my freedom of speech ;)
For those like me are frustrated with the current PPS of CUBV and have a cup full of emotion, my advice is to use that energy to study and learn more about trading. I've been more a passive trader - doing the old hold and hope routine for far too long. I do love a good story and I trust people far too much.
In the past few months I've started trading SPY and more of the big board stocks. It's a whole different mindset and it takes some getting used to but work your ass off and you'll see the benefits.
Thankfully we have youtube and there is a plethora of helpful videos on there. Also twitter is invaluable. Find some good mentors and do the time. Anyone is welcome to DM me if you want some pointers.
Oh and I did FB message GM but he's either blocked me or taken down the page. The only thing I can see is the image of the user. It's a stack of dollar bills. Hoping that is a sign of incoming cash to the patient CUBV investors rather than a FU!
He basically destroyed the PPS to fill his ego. He's done it to so many tickers. A fair few I've been in too. They're usually the ones that get some volume and he feels like it threatens his tickers.
I know the SEC doesnt really care much about the OTC as it's the wild west but you'd have to think they will act sometime. It's frankly absurd.
The only solace I take is that all his tickers are in the doghouse. Unlike this one, which I added to on its rise rather than sell any shares, I actually sold his FOR# near the top. That 40k I made would be worth hardly anything now.
If this merger happens or something tangible is put forward to get this stock over a penny again I will explode in joy. This has to be my biggest disappointment since I've started trading in the otc 7 years ago.
I lost 20k on BRL* (another supposed lithium stock) but this one I was certain the returns were going to be stupendous. I already planned to spend the money helping others. And of course myself.
It's always darkest before the dawn....
Who doesn't love a bad boy.
I once spent a night in a cell for being drunk and disorderly. Sadly that hasnt helped me with the ladies.
Love how we are green today.
I do feel for those who got their knickers in a twist and panic sold this morning. The market likes to exploit those emotions.
Some nice green volume and MACD is curling up on the daily.
At the end of the day we have a pink current shell with an attractive share structure - we've all seen see how this baby moves up and down. It moves on air.
Any news of a prospective merger whether it is with a 6yr old's lemonade stand is going to have this hitting a penny again. Willett has been screwed over herself and has always said that the shareholders will be a top consideration. They could have diluted this to hell and done a RS. But they havent.
Yes it seems we might have gotten played by this GM fella. He has a FB page or rather did (Withrow Financial, Inc - was there yesterday but now all the posts have been removed) where he talks about trying to sell an empty shell so he clearly thought he was on to something with CUBV. Either way, I imagine karma will find its way to him.
GS is sitting pretty on his I told you so throne. He clearly is upset and wanted revenge. Well he got it. It's funny because he's desperate to get GVSI current but keeps running into hurdles. This ticker has a few bags but is ready to go. 128k or whatever is owed to Willet is nothing really. Many shareholders here had way more than that when it was at .04.
Anyway, I'm frustrated for sure. I'll wait for the next pump.
It's always the trusting shareholders that get it in the ass in the OTC. It's a swamp for sure.
I'm holding all my shares. This will no doubt get a new spark of life sometime in the future.
It usually is, but I haven't seen CFGN active. Guess we will see when the SS is updated.
9 million T trade after hours. It was counted as a buy. Curious.
Oh and GS is now suing a couple of our shareholders now for libel.
Not been a great few days for the CUBV community.
What are you getting at? I just seen GS tweet. Still none the wiser.
Who are they?
Done some research on this Michael Osborn fellow. Seems he's shady as hell. Definitely some bias in this article so take it with a grain of salt.
The OTC really is a swamp. Hard to know who to trust!
Mad that GS has sued CUBV before for 25k.
It was refreshing to see that there was barely a reaction to the tweets.
Usually when that narcissist tweets about a stock the bid gets destroyed.
Take a look at FORW and HMBL. Doing all kinds of well right?! He should focus on not screwing over his own shareholders.
Risk reward is rather nuts here. Amused that this doesnt have much attention on social media. Pleased too.
Been here since way back and have only added to my position.
If this merger goes through and we rise to the market cap we are all hoping for AND GS gets the punishment he deserves, I'm going to be walking on air for a long time.
I did make bank on his FORW but that guy has destroyed so many stocks with his hasty and egotistical tweets, and reading what he did to CUBV is so incredibly shady.
Here's to a very happy 2022 to CUBV investors.
Tick tock : )
How can you tell it was only a small amount of retailers? Curious to know what to look for
It's a 'joke' account.
It's a pain in the ass as every day some new sucker quotes him.
At least he could be somewhat amusing but it's just extra fanciful stuff. I've blocked him now as I can't be arsed with it anymore.
Thanks. That's a shame. I signed up solely to throw $ at BRLL.
Lets you trade other stop signs so will go bargain hunting.
(anyone has any no brainers that are in the proceeds of getting current I'm all ears!)
Anyone able to buy with Interactive Brokers? Just opened an account with them and it says BRLL is an ineligible pink?!
I'd rather like to average down!
Yep they're everywhere.
"but I want to make lots of money with pressing a few buttons, and now I might have to wait a couple of weeks to get the returns most investors dream about. Screw this. I'm going to tell this guy to get f'd"
It does make me concerned that these little babies or shorts are enough to put off any prospective companies. Lilac must have already had hundreds of emails from thirsty idiots demanding info.
I like you
That domina chick is doing it to teach Clair a lesson. Just two very precious egos going at it and screwing up the OTC.
Well the other one has 10million in revenues so the same as Lilac. Id have thought either is amazing?!
Lithium extraction in the OTC = $$$$
Could there be another company involved instead of Lilac? The new article referenced Energy Source LLC.
I think I would be happy with any company that is attached to Lithium and the Salton Sea!
Quite refreshing how little pumping this is getting. Level 2 is light as a feather. With good news this absolutely soars.
Been in the OTC for a fair few years and well we all know there are more asswhipes in this world than in any other (well, not including politics) but I think this Brian fellow might just top the bunch. He's an insecure megalomaniac who just cant shut up. He's been booted from a bunch of groups, groups that are invested in the same stock he just cant shut up about. He's so up his own ass it's quite unbelievable.
I sincerely hope he loses all his money and his imaginary wife/gf/bf/mistress/dog/goldfish leaves him.
Im number 3 here but I love this stock and im buying more
He attended Sharon High School in the 1980's. For those who are young Sharons were the Karens of our day.
He's a Karen.
Im pretty good with my millions from trips, but appreciate the advice.
Frankie is like Rocky, just takes the beatings and comes back up. The share price seems to do that too.
Good thing he had a little foresight and has been in the hottest new sector (which is NFT's if your blinders are on a little tight)for years.
The buzz is slowly coming back : )
'member when you had 50m shares of SANP in 12/17 and you sold them on the spike, and then returned when the stock was falling as you had seen the light, and then you forgot to leave?
As with all the helpful folk. It's best to look at the history.
Have a look at what it says after "This is a" on the profile page.
That said I like this stock.
I reckon they didnt want it to sell.
A few big traders have it in for GS and even openly admitted to wanting to crash the stock.
Reckon that 1m was put up to drive it down when it was at a key point in the chart. Glad that 50k is now in a longs hand now.
Change what?
Ihub is hugely influential to a stock's performance. A lot of CEO's (always feels wrong using such an official title like that in the OTC - should be "dude running company from mum's basement") are present on here and read posts. Would be foolish not to as you get some pretty valuable feedback.
