not true, it is all about financials and dynamics.. who wants a bunch of retail shareholders from a previous company or freelance opportunists getting in the way, we mean nothing, if we make noise they are in control of the volume knob.
You do realize that what you are doing could blow this thing wide open for us retail investors before a merger.. We are know as undesirables and dead weight in this new deal and if you pizz them off they could do a reverse split to get rid of us.. So much for being the hero of a corrupt message board huh?
They come, they go, they leave behind a bunch of baguettes (bag holders)
However this is one of those rare opportunities that news will be earth shattering and will come out of no where. If you are not already in, well.. C Ya.
trades like a wet dog though, not much available this am, filled another 140k @059, it's a steal at twice the price (IMHO)
You are absolutely right, if you understand the industry then you know the only money raises available to you is the toxic crowd. If the company does not deliver it is a death spiral, but if they deliver, like this one should, we will be golden..(probability for success is 80% or better for me to get involved)
Now they have the money, if they hold board meetings in Rio during carnival time we have a problem, but this company has a prospectus and a genuine will to succeed.

Nah, throw a wad at it and do nothing for two years...
Bruce, this has success written all over it. Did you know the early Native Americans used this as a cure? found that out after I bought.
Another R/M long haul holding for me, I do have bid support at .04 but I think we fly.. It just needs the right set of eyes on it, and they are circling the wagons here.
It was originally scheduled for Q2 of this year, that may be pushed back a Q.
The story still holds, forward movement has been slowed, but this stuff does not evaporate so we should be good. I may shut this page off for a couple of months the barnyard needs cleaning in here.
R/M's did change my zip code this year, time to pack and move.
C ya flip side.
Quanta, Inc. (OTC PINK: QNTA), announced today that it has completed production of a batch of its lead drug candidate Escozine® and finalized analysis of the batch, which is now ready for submission to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a part of its Pre-Investigational New Drug (PIND #150335) filing as a potential treatment for the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus.

potential potential potential...ride this one for a year, buy a new house.
Nah, not my kind of play. My magic formula only works with low outstanding plays. Too much guess work with this one although there is good money to be made on it, I have other interests that take me outside of the wired world for weeks at a time, I need something I can put to bed for a year.. My formula works for me, I hope yours works out for you.
Thank you, I'll take em, added 100k to the pile this morning..
I really do not need a brain for this stuff.
Time is the enemy of most traders, to counter that I buy very early and hold for up to two years. Covid-19 brought me out of retirement and back into the markets, now I am fat, my golf game sucks and I made 165k last year.. go figure.. give me lemons I'm making lemon-aid I guess.
yea well glad I don't rely on this place for finding my positions.. I just like to watch the sudo-drama that these things create.
In my opinion this is a 5.5 million market cap company with the potential to be a 100 million market cap company. This could potentially be a great return if you have the patience and the balls to stick it out and not loose nerve.
Been here since Dec
I could find nothing on otc market and no previous filings on LGTT.
The only thing I did find and I did not like it was this
CUSIP: 50187W 109Total Authorized Shares: 5,000,000,000As of February 16, 2010The number of common outstanding shares 3,061,091,569Common free trading shares 2,805,007,911The number of common shares available to issue 1,915,185,564Preferred Shares A Outstanding 150,000,000Available 0Free trading 0Preferred Shares B Outstanding 2,800,000Available 27,200,000Free trading 0Total Number of beneficial shareholders 1207Total Number of beneficial shareholders with 5% or more ownership 0Total Number of shareholders (the number the transfer agent has on file) of record 62
I really have my doubts here, 3 billion outstanding is a sucker bet.. you should know that.
might just be best to sit quiet until they actually start the drill program, then there will be something other than fluff and candy floss to talk about.
We do not have to keep the weak hands busy or entertained, that is what bid sitting is all about.

J.P. Carey raising $100 million for a new fund
By Mary Jane Credeur
Oct 22, 2001 Updated Oct 22, 2001, 12:00am EDT
Having made just under 50 investments from a pair of private equity funds, principals with boutique investment bank J.P. Carey Enterprises Inc. are raising a third fund -- this one worth $100 million -- to invest in publicly held companies in the technology sector and beyond.
The new fund, called Carey Capital Partners, will run for three years with a two-year extension and may be tapped in early 2002 for its first investment, said principal Joe Canouse, who founded J.P. Carey in 1995.
Typical investments from J.P. Carey are made in exchange for preferred or convertible stock in the publicly held companies, assuring payback to the fund in the event of bankruptcy or liquidation.
J.P. Carey targets public companies needing small amounts of short-term capital, which is outside the traditional investment patterns of established lenders such as SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital Markets or Congress Financial Corp.
No we don't, that is the worst thing to do, as retail investors before the merger we are dead weight and at the bottom of the pile. Tick off a ceo before the merger and a quick reverse split will send us all packing.... wake up!!
It's obvious your trading style is geared to Blue Chip companies with credentials and a solid history financially, and that is great...
However with Southcorp Capital this is not investing, this is speculating on what might happen at sometime in the future if the evidence that can be found all comes together.
Big Difference.
That's why I have a stock fund that is guided by a series 7 broker. But at the same time gamble on a story or two like this one. And I think this has potential, a lot of potential.
No, prior financials before the merger of a public entity may be considered if verifiable. The key word there is verifiable, sometimes harder than what a good lawyer and accountant can handle, just sayin.
No, seeking a verifiable value of a discovery (which is what a National Instrument 43-101 is) does not hinder anything moving forward except on the Canadian Toronto Exchange I believe there is a requirement for verification of value, not on the Venture exchange.
A 43-101 is just one step in the process of mine start up. It is a necessary step because it proves value which can be literally "taken to the bank"
But most importantly..... It gives everyone something verifiable to cheer about!
That is an expensive way to go, but it is possible.. not the easy route though.
from here to current they need financials for the last however many years and verification of the share count. If there is a lot of overhang from old investors that needs to be verified as well..and dealt with.
It's all a paper shuffle from here, and getting the drill cores into the lab.
Not quite the way it works, but close.. First of all having a geologist on the board is almost a must have.. If I don't see one I move on..
The NI 43-101 will be completed by someone at arms length however the on board geologist will work closely with him on locations and any drill cores are considered evidence and will be in the possession of the independent geologist, not the company.
A certified 43-101 is the same as an appraisal on a house, it is done by an independent qualified and licensed individual to assess value of the item. Hence the cornerstone for value and capital raising.
A major point to watch out for here is who ponies up the millions to execute mine startup.. the more major the playa the more major the share price will be.
who is this you are referring to?
No Sir, if you study the 43-101 like I did you will find the assets are all derived from 4 grab samples on a mine shaft under a California Park by a licensed Geologist that died in 1995.
I was here, I bought, I researched, I left... your choice.
An NI 43-101 must be done by a licensed geologist in good standing and certified by the powers that be with no financial or ownership ties to the property owner or the company in question.
(Must be arms length)
I am in, with dry powder at the ready.
I appreciate the depth of your research however lets look at this from a miners point of view.
Infrastructure, is there a road into the drill site? helicopters take time and money
NI 43-101 The most important piece of work yet, this report will give us mine life, time to payback, grade, tonnage, and overburden.
With the NI 43-101 this is the most important step, they can go shop for money..
Funding this mine will not be a problem, I just hope it's a qualified mine builder or major that wants to pony up >>> the alternative is a loan with a 30% discount to market for the paper.
I have not set an exit strategy for this holding, this is still very early days.
Find them early, hold them for at least a year... it's all about share structure, market cap, and story. This formula has worked so well for me.
well yea!! for you, this is someone asking questions and they were answered, and this will not be the last time.
edit:: here it is half way down the page,,
https://www.amecamining.com/gold
This story has not even started yet.. I am hanging around for a major pharma buy-out.
21 million through the books today so far...
volume precedes price (stocktrade101)
I grabbed a bunch today, does not trade much right now but it has the secret recipe for liftoff.
grabbed a bunch, second purchase ..
I follow the story, without a time-frame.
already 30% of the float has changed hands.. and it will take three or four days for the big money to sit up and take notice.. toe-rag investors just play with the stock price, big money will buy and hold..
I have a long term vision on this one, I think a major comes along and offers oogles of dollars for it.
