You are absolutely right, if you understand the industry then you know the only money raises available to you is the toxic crowd. If the company does not deliver it is a death spiral, but if they deliver, like this one should, we will be golden..(probability for success is 80% or better for me to get involved)

Now they have the money, if they hold board meetings in Rio during carnival time we have a problem, but this company has a prospectus and a genuine will to succeed.
