News is on their Web page and also their twitter account
I'm guessing Ford. Weeks ago, we were weeks away from a takeoff announcement I thought. A takeoff announcement would definitely soften the blow of the CR.
It appears we are in a trading halt. It seems like this is the first time OTC has been halted in conjunction with ASX. Hopefully an offtake announcement will happen before Tuesday.
Definitely. Next week, sp should start heading north.
Hopefully, nothing but improvements from this level.

LAN at La Corne: a new milestone
North America Lithium Complex
Lithium America North produces its first tons of spodumene at its La Corne site, located in the MRC of Abitibi.
The company confirms that 400 tons of ore have been processed in order to test the site's infrastructure for regular production.
LAN maintains that each of the components of the treatment process, namely the automation, the electrical infrastructures and the mechanical components, have been verified and tested by the pre-operational verification teams.
Lithium North America officially started its activities at the La Corne site last week, when the company's president, Guy Belleau, announced the company's action plan and timetable.
The latter had confirmed the company's social objectives for its La Corne site, namely the health and safety of workers, relations with non-native and native communities as well as compliance with environmental protection measures.

Sayona is in discussions with offtake partners:
PERTH (miningweekly.com) – The joint venture (JV) partners of the North American Lithium (NAL) operation, in Quebec, are hoping to finalise offtake agreements over the project by the end of March this year.
Global lithium developer Piedmont Lithium president and CEO Keith Phillips told Mining Weekly Online that at 130 000 t/y, Piedmont would be the biggest buyer of NAL product, of which nearly half would be sold to third-party buyers.
Phillips said on Wednesday that Piedmont is in discussions with a number of other potential customers, while its JV partner Sayona Mining is also in discussions with offtake partners.

In my email this morning from Charles Schwab at 7 a.m.:
"Learn about Schwab's Securities Lending Fully Paid (SLFP) program, which may allow you to earn monthly income for lending securities to Schwab that are in high demand by other investors. Your account currently holds securities that may qualify for the SLFP program.
Please note that income paid on a loaned security can fluctuate with changes in demand in the securities lending market.
Learn More
Why does Schwab want to borrow your securities?
With your permission, Schwab can lend your securities to other clients or financial institutions to facilitate their trading strategies, which typically involve a short sale. While participating in SLFP, you still own your shares and retain the right to sell or remove the shares from the program at any time.
Other benefits of the SLFP program:
• Income accrues daily and is paid monthly.
• You'll receive 100% collateral for loaned securities.
• You can participate at no cost to you.
What are some of the potential risks and important considerations of participating?
Security price. There is the potential for downward pressure on the price of a security if the security is borrowed to facilitate a short sale.
Dividends. If you have a security on loan to Schwab when it's scheduled to pay a dividend, you will either receive the dividend or a substitute payment in lieu (PIL) of dividend. You may have to pay a higher tax rate on a PIL, but Schwab currently issues a discretionary payment to help compensate for additional taxes.1
Voting rights. Upon lending a security to Schwab, you will lose the right to vote on corporate actions by the issuer.
Loss of SIPC protection. Because borrowed securities may not be covered under the programs of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), loans are secured by collateral provided by Schwab.
To learn more about the program:
• Visit schwab.com/securitieslending
• call us at 877-793-8872, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
Thank you for investing with Schwab."
Thank you for sharing.

I didn't see it on Friday. Thanks for re-posting!
Very exciting indeed as we get closer to production. Thank you for sharing your extensive research as the share price has its ups and downs. Your posts are very helpful to stay focused on our goals.

I've had a buy order for over 300,000 shares the past few days and it hasn't shown up on Level II. I called Fidelity and the rep told me it was an active order.
Each day the order cancels out.
On twitter Sayona has a picture of equipment being delivered for production. They also have been hiring for the plant. ETA for production I believe is early 2023
Definitely. Hold over a year and pay less capital gains tax.
