Women’s Health Magazine: Botox Is More Affordable Than Ever. Is That A Good Thing?

It’s got a 2 ton gorilla on top of it trying to squeeze out all of its life.
lol… I broke even today! I forget how much my initial buy was but it was before the reverse split, so it’s been a long haul🙂
-22.29 -4.86% on more than double volume. Yikes!
Lockheed Martin earnings are like a box of chocolates… currently -16.01 (-3.49%)
Fool? All you guys have is personal insults.
I’ve been long here for a long time and I bought more after the recent reverse split catastrophe. But MNMD is a small, unpartnered biotech and I realize that it’s a lottery ticket.
It’s unlikely, but it actually could go considerably higher (not $40 billion… big numbers are hard lol) but there’s a lot of risk here… that’s all I’m saying.
That’s what they were saying here in 2021.
Im not saying it is going below a dollar but with these small developmental biotechs, anything can happen. Well, it’s not gonna be bought out for $40 billion. Pump all you want.
I’m actually long this stock but I think it’s worth pointing out that another reverse split is far, far more likely than it being bought out for $40 billion as Mr. Torrance projected.
In the last 2 and a half years, MNMD has dropped from around $60 (adjusted) per share to a little over $2 per share, a decline of 95%. Much of this decline was after the last reverse split on August 29, 2022.
Or, as Jack Torrence projected, it might be bought out for $40 billion in the next 18 months, or $975.00 per share.
It sounds like somebody's macrodosing... lol
Oh no, what am I gonna do?
Yeah that, or another reverse split.
Thank you for your reply.
This a high end clinic that was chosen among the first to receive Daxxify after it was approved. The doctor had been excited by Daxxify even calling it a game changer, so I’m disappointed that she was so disappointed.
Revance only had one chance to make that first impression but I believe Daxxify is clearly the superior product and should do very well in time.
My wife had her annual body scan at the Dermatologist. This time, I asked her to see if they had anything displayed that promoted Daxxify. She didn’t notice any posters, so he asked her doctor if they had any Botox or Daxxify brochures. Her doctor replied “Why?”
This caught my wife off guard, but she informed the doctor that she might be interested in treatment, especially Daxxify. Her doctor told her that the clinic no longer carried Daxxify. Then she added “Actually, we never reordered it. It didn’t differentiate itself from most of the other products and it was too expensive.”
This doctor wasn’t even aware that the price has been cut. I think Revance has their work cut out to undo some of the damage that the ill-conceived launch has caused.

Does Lockheed Martin have a healthy balance sheet?

I am sketchy on what happens during the buyout process.
Is Foley required to report an offer to the BoD, and then they decide to whether to accept and put it to a shareholder vote?
Also, if the BoD doesn’t accept, would the shareholders even hear about it with the details?
TIA
Nice Daxxify write up in Cosmopolitan

But if you get out now you’ll miss the next reverse split. Lol
How about some anecdotal second hand info? LOL
My wife had a non-cosmetic appointment at her dermatologist this afternoon and of course I asked her to inquire about Daxxify. Her dermatologist was surprised my wife was aware of it and said that her clinic was one of the first get Daxxify and that their first appointments were tomorrow 12/16. She called Daxi a game changer and said that the clinic was going to sponsor a “Daxi Day” to build familiarity with the product.
My wife asked about cost and she just said “Double”.
Her 20-something assistant wanted to be one of the first and has an appointment for frown lines tomorrow. My wife said she was very excited.
Don’t worry everyone… in a couple of more weeks we can just do another one of those reverse splits again… ha ha ha lol
Maybe we should do a 30-1 this time…
Now, now… they can always do another reverse split in a few months to get the old stock price back up. That’s always bullish????
Canada Decides to Buy 88 F-35s Pending Ageement with Lockheed Martin
https://www.defensenews.com/air/2022/03/28/canada-picks-the-f-35-in-fighter-replacement-competition/
This is an over-reaction. LMT will end up selling more F-35s that will more than make up for this reshuffle.

Lockheed Martin is the sole contractor for the Super Hercules C-130J.
The plane is assembled at the Lockheed Martin Marietta, GA facility. I'm sure most of the parts are fabricated elsewhere by vendors and shipped to Georgia for assembly.
Here’s to Browser20… I’m not sure anyone here would remember him. We lost him a few years ago. He would have loved seeing LMT at $475… we were all buying in at $19 back in 1999.
May he Rest In Peace??
Lol… it really is considering how far this stock has run in the last few months and especially this last week.
Boom Baby!
Boom baby!
Sorry, I do not know where all the question marks are coming from
That is not what I posted???????
??????
Actually, I do not.
Employee’s pensions and health benefits are under attack and being slashed by a concerted effort of all the largest corporations in times of record profits.
There is a fine line between representing shareholder’s interest and corporate greed. A balance needs to be struck.
Ok, we did bounce off 340ish so maybe it’s onward and upward from here.
Never forget… we’re just at the mercy of whatever the big boys want the stock to do.
Hey, take it easy on Foley. He had the move to Nashville and a mansion to buy.
September 20, 2021
This would be a fine morning for full FDA approval with a 24 week label.
Ok, we broke 340 on the way down today.
Hopefully up from here.
Motley Fool article speculates that due to delays, the Pentagon will cancel launches awarded to United Launch Alliance (UAL), the LM/Boeing space partnership and award them to Spacex.
LMT & BA stocks both down this morning.

Very interesting article.
I’ve often wondered how Skunks Works got its name.
Thanks lilLu
I’m still following PetIQ but even after being clipped by almost 50% off it’s recent highs, this still has an Enterprise value of $1.2B.??
Their debt is close to $.5B.
I think I’m gonna sit this out awhile longer.
How long do pre-approval manufacturing inspections generally take to complete?
If memory serves, all we know is that the inspection was started before June 30th. We don’t know when it was completed.
This is the company’s statement about the one time $225M charge. Curiously, it was made by the soon to exit CFO.
QUOTE:
“Our segment operating profit was impacted this quarter by a one-time charge associated with a classified program in our Aeronautics business area. While the classified nature of this program precludes us from discussing this matter in depth, we can say that our customer is highly attracted to the capabilities that we’re developing on their behalf that we're committed to delivering these capabilities and that the long-term potential of this solution is significant for the company.”
Lockheed doesn’t spend $225M on a development program without plenty of confidence that they will recoup these losses many times over. Hard to say what this is but I’m thinking autonomous drones.
