OT: Scared, good post. I have seen many cases where employers have paid their workers as 1099's or under-the-table to avoid Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
This is especially true in the construction idustry where WCI can run as high as 100% of the workers salary (e.g. roofers).
I've seen cases where the roofer gets injured and files a claim against the company's WCI policy and the employer has to pay years of back insurance premiums because the worker was not an independent contractor.
And of course if the employee was being paid cash he has a big problem with the IRS if he wasn't reporting it as income.
More Inet6,
"I still say U of M would not have bought any equipment if FDA approval was required.(and as stated they are utilizing it at the Motts facility."
Well Inet, since Valimed is not FDA approved I'll have to agree with you.
Even though UM is not using Valimed to replace an approved process in their quality management system, I still don't think they'd use it if it required FDA approval.
In other words, it's still like the land mine scenario, it's not being used to find the mines, it's being used to see how well the mines HAVE BEEN FOUND.
As Crow said, UM's ability to fill prescriptions without error continues to be solely dependent on the accuracy of their existing processes.
Crow,
If the CDEx sales staff are officers of the corporation I don't beleive that they can be independent sales contractors or 1099's if you will.
Someone like Scared can probably shed more light on that.
My theory is that the sales staff is being compensated handsomely to perform their task- there are no commissions in the terms of their current contracts. As I see it, their task is not so much to sell units as it is to establish contacts at this stage of development(Yes Inet6, I agree with you somewhat).
My theory, in a nutshell, is that CDEx is paying them well to put honest faces in the company and to keep hope alive until the SOL runs it's course.
I seems to me as if Edge is trying to reinforce the idea that there is "no recourse" against the boyz. Is that your yob Edge?
"Yes, the boys did receive a certain amount of immunity, but anyone could have filed on the boys for months before the DA suit was filed, and where was your check book when the opt outs opted out."
What do you mean "Could have filed with the boys"??
THEY STILL CAN IMO!!!
I've been told that even I can file suit. I sold out and was no longer a shareholder when I FINALLY realized it was a scam and that was well before the SA.
I'm sure that a lot of people (including the three letter agancies) would like to see the Boyz testify in court without the shield of the 5th.
Hey demmo, where ya been?
We know you have to lie to the PP investors that you hawked, but don't try to BS us here!
Ain't happening and it's not looking good on the TCL either these days.
Go tell your bagholders how you're still an honest guy and they still have a chance with their investment.
Tell them that you and the good honest folks at CDEx who were once part of Loch Harris had nothing to do with the scam.
That would be time well spent for your peace of mind as long as you're good at lying to yourself (and I think you are).
Who cares!
You can't answer a simple question asked by both Rottenapple and Arloco.
Around and around and around you go!!!
Either Insider Mari dumped all her CDEx shares or the filing is not accurate.
Who cares!

This is not the first time a scamco company has sued itself for it's own benefit IMO!
Most honest investors that got sucked into this scam already know why you and Mari (as Loch Harris insiders) were hand picked to launch the DA. It was to stall the DA in order to tenderize shareholders into accepting a CA.
A CA that would return to the shareholders their rightful property in exchange for releasing all the crooks and accomplices from civil liability. Something the DA couldn't do.
And I really loved how the crooks put "shareholders shares" in the SA just to make sure that shareholders knew those shares were earmarked for them! LOL
Crooks and accomplices IMO. Now what does CDEx do, they try to surround themselves with people with good bios and honest reptutations! I wonder how much that's costing shareholders!!
I see your popularity is gaining ground on the TCL! LOL
People want to know why you and Mari were hand picked buddy-boy?
"Have you figured out how many shares I sold from the very same sb2 that you claimed Mari sold all of hers?"
Who cares!
You can't answer a simple question asked by both Rottenapple and Arloco.
Around and around and around you go!!!
Either Insider Mari dumped all her CDEx shares or the filing is not accurate.
Now, if you have a point to make with you question you best just make it since no one is going to give you the time of day on this issue any longer.
Kapeesh?
INET,
"...because things start looking like CDEX may be coming a potential success."
You're beginning to sound like a CDEx SEC filing! LOL
Some TCL Board Observations
PP Investor No. 1: "I just picked up 5000 more shares today"
PP Investor No. 2: "Can't blame ya, we'll never see these bargain prices again"
Kid PP Hawker: "How dare anyone say a bad word about MP and the honest folks at CDEx, they have at least given us a chance!"
Raider GooRoo: "We either have it or we don't. If we don't see contracts by January '05 we're in big trouble"
Raider GooRoo (6 months later): "We either have it or we don't. If we don't see contracts by the end of the year we're in big trouble!"
Raider GooRoo (6 months from now) "We either have it or we don't. If we don't see contracts by end of summer we're in big trouble!"
Well RA, if it works don't fix it. eom
"Even you can not actually believe that the U of M Health system would admit to a medication error,or even hint at one.
That would open doors, that they would prefer to remain closed."
So how are they going to sell their Impaired Clinician Solution if a hospital will be reluctant to admit they have a drug problem with their staff?
Gosh!
Maybe MP threw that in as a bone just to creat a suite of new medical products. He seems to like making "suites".
It's like detecting where land mines USED TO BE after they've been safely removed by the professionals.
"Yep, there used to be one in this hole here, we're getting a reading" LOL
INET,
{i]"There is a market out there,(if it works as well as the U of M reports),in spite of your crying"[/i}
Do you think that CDEx is the only manufacturer capable of building a Valimed-type instrument which can perform the exact same function.
Other than the custom software package built into the front end, do you think that similar instrumentals are NOT available OFF-THE-SHELF?
Have you even checked?
I see Kidinsight is now telling Milchip that he doesn't even know what he's complaining about. How many people will believe that! LOL!!!
And just as I suspected, several of the hypsters on the TCL board are heavily invested PPers.
Kidinsight claims that he's never been paid by MP, but if he's hawked any CDEx PP shares whatsoever then he's received a commission which makes him a spokesperson for his wallet.
This spokesperson behavior has been plainly visible to all.
Too bad he's not to good at it. Maybe he should return to selling insurance. Maybe moonie can give him a few tips.
Correction: "May" I suggest...
INET,
My I suggest that perhaps at this time Valimed is not being used to perform a primary validation, but instead is being used in conjunction with their already established protocols.
A double check if you will after their standard procedure has been performed.
That would also be in line with MP's MO. A way of getting the product into the real world environment without having to rely solely on it's own performance. This would circumvent obstacles such as liability insurance and the like.
Doesn't it sound very similar to the Kinnsmen Island QA survey? Were they locating land mines or locating the areas where the land mines had already been safely removed?
Don't underestimate these boyz, they're a tricky lot.
Sorry Viking,
Believe it's third party validation if it pleases you.
But ask yourself one question, how many parties were involved in the transaction between UM and CDEx?
YES!!! Only two- CDEx and UM.
So how can there be third party verification when only two parties are involved?
Now that was simple wasn't it!! LOL
Gid Dai Mate
d4diddy
INET, what is wrong with you people!!!??? What does THIRD Party mean to you? LMAO!
"Also wanted to remind everyone how far you're willing to go with your agenda. Fabricating an email to discredit someone and then lying about it is pretty serious in my book. Just how far are you willing to go?!"
Far enough to make up a story that Poteet threatened to sue the Arizona Daily Star Newspaper for mentioning his name in a 1995 article. The article not only established a long time business relationship between Blair, Poteet and Cauthen, it established their connection to Sandia National Laboratory where research exactly like the VAMMP and ELF was being conducted.
That information does not fit well into the Loch/CDEx cover-up story.
When I posted the article, Kidinsight was an instant authority on the 10 year old subject and claimed that the newspaper replied to Poteet's lawsuit with an "absence of malice" defense.
A called the newspaper and talked with the reporter that wrote the article. He said it wasn't true and even checked the legal archives to make sure.
Another lie by Kidinsight/Ontheedge
When you think about it RA, this guy's sold a lot of Loch PP shares (and probably CDEx PP shares as well) to a lot of unhappy investors. He has to keep up the facade lest it all comes crashing down on him.
No one has a good enough memory to be a successful liar"
-Abraham Lincoln
Rottenapple,
"Did either the company or the hospital make a claim that this was "Third Party Validation"? NO!!! That would be a huge accomplishment worthy of a PR and any company would have capitalized on such great news."
Apparently, Raiderman and Milchip don't understand what "Third Party" means.
There's the maker/seller of the product (First Party) and the receiver/buyer/end-user of the product (Second Party).
A Third Party is an independent entity that can objectively evaluate the product and has no conflict of interest with either other Party.
A fail to see a Third Party mentioned in the PR. Some people aren't being honest with themselves IMO.
Maybe edgy is using Moonie Math.
Viking65,
I think you meant to say Kados! LOL
You have a good one too.
"...a board that I would be willing to bet no more than 100 people worldwide know exists."
So... then why does it seem to upset you?
Relax and enjoy the entertainment.
Pop a cold one.
Post more conspiracy theories about how the bashers are funded,
but don't forget those ruthless Canadian shorters.
That should make you feel better.
"I stand by my opinion as to the fact that any actual sales of stock by Mari has been limited to my opinion of what those facts actually are."
Blah, blah, blah...
In other words, he knows damn well Mari sold all he shares and doesn't want to admit it.
At least it appears that she sold all the shares that were listed in the filings.
Viking,
"BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK"
Q: Why did they bash Loch Harris?
A: Because it was a SCAM!! A very BAD STOCK where investors lost millions.
Kapeesh?
No lmorovan, the sellers want to maintain the PPS.

Will never accept the facts until they bite him in the azz.
Pookie/Paige, have you sold all your PP shares yet? Still waiting for an answer.
Ontheedge, still waiting for you to name the law firm that you claimed would take the case on contingency?
Kidinsight, still waiting for you to explain where in the CDEx patent applications it clearly show what makes the technology so revolutionary (as you claimed).
Trace explosives using XRF at 2 meters in real time
ends up being
Bulk chemicals using UVF at under an inch in 30 seconds,
BOY did the Malcolm the nuclear engineer get fooled!!! LOL
LMAO!!! Welp RA, what does that tell you about Ontheedge's opinion!
I wonder why an insider like Stassi sold all her shares?
Where's the faith in CDEx coming thru?
Just like the Loch scam, the insiders bleed all their shares into the market and at the same time urge the faithful longs to hold!
Holding long is a suckers game and is how the scamsters make their money.
Will do. EOM
OT/Arloco,
I went to Ralphs and Vons last night.
Couldn't find Tia Rosa.
What a story teller you'll make some day! First you tell me that:
"Do you really think the SEC is a joke, and they just talked to Blair? Do you think someones name has to appear in a press release or a public document annoucing the SEC has asked for their testimony. You are sure telling us how bright you are.
Information can be found very easily if one has the integrity to go and find the horses mouth and ask. You should try it one time, it really works."
Here you're leading readers to believe that you have verified that Poteet gave testimony to the SEC.
Then on the same topic, you post to Arloco:
"Well arloco, my opinion is that not everyone refused to talk to the SEC."
So you don't have hard facts verifying to what extend Poteet and Phillips were questioned by the SEC. Your extremely bias opinion just as I expected.
Yawn......
Sad news about Arloco....
she only has dial up. LOL
By Ontheedge:
..."the entire suit was a coordinated scam from all involved."
Errrrr, um.... did I mention that was a selective excerpt?
LOL
Actually, the suit was a coordinated cover-up to a scam. A scam which is pretty much agreed to by everyone, even yourself Edge.
Now, one must ask the question, who benefited the most from the suit?
YES!!! the scamsters!
"d4diddy: Call Scott Kamber and ask him youself if I made the call to him or any other Lawyer in his firm."
Isn't that the guy that tried to bribe Stormy? Like I'd trust anything that peep says! LOL
What's wrong big guy, you just can't answer the question directly? I wonder why?

"We have contacted a law firm, specializing in class actions suits. This firm has enjoyed much success in representing their clients. The firm will take our case based on a contingency bases. They are currently evaluating and waiting to see how much support our shareholders can provide."
Edge, can you please give me the name and phone number of the law firm mentioned above. I don't care about Kamber or who called who first.
Oh... and who is "we"?
