Most honest investors that got sucked into this scam already know why you and Mari (as Loch Harris insiders) were hand picked to launch the DA. It was to stall the DA in order to tenderize shareholders into accepting a CA.

A CA that would return to the shareholders their rightful property in exchange for releasing all the crooks and accomplices from civil liability. Something the DA couldn't do.

And I really loved how the crooks put "shareholders shares" in the SA just to make sure that shareholders knew those shares were earmarked for them! LOL

Crooks and accomplices IMO. Now what does CDEx do, they try to surround themselves with people with good bios and honest reptutations! I wonder how much that's costing shareholders!!
