Far enough to make up a story that Poteet threatened to sue the Arizona Daily Star Newspaper for mentioning his name in a 1995 article. The article not only established a long time business relationship between Blair, Poteet and Cauthen, it established their connection to Sandia National Laboratory where research exactly like the VAMMP and ELF was being conducted.

That information does not fit well into the Loch/CDEx cover-up story.

When I posted the article, Kidinsight was an instant authority on the 10 year old subject and claimed that the newspaper replied to Poteet's lawsuit with an "absence of malice" defense.

A called the newspaper and talked with the reporter that wrote the article. He said it wasn't true and even checked the legal archives to make sure.

When you think about it RA, this guy's sold a lot of Loch PP shares (and probably CDEx PP shares as well) to a lot of unhappy investors. He has to keep up the facade lest it all comes crashing down on him.
