Here you're leading readers to believe that you have verified that Poteet gave testimony to the SEC.

Then on the same topic, you post to Arloco:

"Well arloco, my opinion is that not everyone refused to talk to the SEC."

So you don't have hard facts verifying to what extend Poteet and Phillips were questioned by the SEC. Your extremely bias opinion just as I expected.
