"...No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
-By Pennstreet
That's a false statement! The same hype on bogus PR's continues as blatantly as in the past. Anyone can just read the PR's published by CDEx at the ASHP shows over the past three years and decide for themselves. It's a no-brainer! LOL!
THE CDEx SCAM CONTINUES UNABATED.
It is not a question of how one would define "independent scientific testing". There is but one accepted definition and no CDEx Scam product has EVER passed such a test.
NEVER.
Based on sources I do not wish to currently devulge, I do not believe there has been any independent testing of the iG4.
Of course, this can lead to much speculation, none of which is positive.
Amanita, here's what it all boils down to...
By capnmike:
"So, taking advantage of the desirable data provided via Raman, AND not eliminating the fluorescence interference, but balancing the approach as to allow Raman and Fluorescence and Reflective analysis to be performed based upon what the laser does with the sample of interest, would be the key. A balancing or filtering approach of some type (proprietary I would guess) provides the CDEX VG4 access to signals to work with Raman+Fluorescence+Color (reflective spectrometry)."
After bypassing all of capnmike's fluff, it boils down to nothing more than a guess as to the mysterious workings of the black box.
I always thought that a patent is suppose to allow "someone knowledgeable in the field" to be capable of reducing the invention to practice.
Seems like Wade is keeping that aspect of the invention secret until he figures it out himself.
Remember what pennstreet said, they're designing something that's never been build before."
I wish them 'luck'.
I believe that CDEx will finally (someday) launch the G4.
I believe that it will never perform as CDEx originally advertised which was during a very financially desperate time for CDEx when they were promising PP investors a rose garden.
I believe that during desperate times, companies do desperate things and CDEX stock promoters promised PP investors fame and fortune based on a nonexistent product- a wishbook concept, like a machine that spins straw into gold. What company or organization wouldn't show interest in that!
I believe that CDEx will continue to downgrade the performance capability of the G4 from their original dream version.
I believe that CDEx will never have the G4 independently tested and will attempt to 'place' them immediately to customers and wrongfully call that verification.
I believe that the G4 will receive its performance upgrades, like multicomponent analysis, just like the ID2 Meth Gun has received the upgrades for multi-drug detection with all the features of a Motorola Razr (as falsely claimed by Wade Poteet).
I believe that like the original Valimed, G4's will be returned to CDEx for not meeting claimed performance specifications.
I believe that CDEx will not disclose this information to their PP investors.
I believe that after all is said and done, the G4 will still be the same niche product, sold in the same narrow market as the original Valimed.
I believe that God does makes little green apples and it does rain in Indianapolis in the summertime.
I believe in Dr. Suess, Disneyland and Mother Goose... and nursery rhymes.
Every time Loch/CDEx brings in a new CEO/Frontman it is when they've ran out of money and new PP prospects with the current CEO.
When that happens, a new CEO appears, praised and glorified by the stock promoters to bring new hope to the existing shareholders and con new PP suckers (ex, the OPG) into THROWING THEIR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
IT HAS NEVER HAPPEN ANY OTHER WAY.
Of course, this is ALWAYS accompanied by the introduction of a new product that will be brought to market 'shortly' by none other then Wade Poteet and his 'team'.
LOL!! I could go on and on about this obvious scam!!
And who is the crook trying to lie his way out of the truth every time?
LOL
I'm still laughing at pennstreet's statement, Poteet "as been found to be honest", as if that is a legally ruling! LOL
I believe Poteet brings continuity to the whole CDEX SCAM and he's been doing it for over 14 years. Honest mi culo!
When the scam money dries up, CDEx brings in a new CEO/frontman, but they always to keep Poteet as their Dreamweaver of the next concept product. Products which have NEVER, and will never work as the scam artist advertise it to the public.
Simple facts.
Correction: ..as any of the others.
Poteet has not been "found to be honest", he has not been convicted of a crime just like Harris, Boone, the Bakers and Philips.
Never believe any insider and known scamster. "Found to be honest", what total nonsense you spew.
I believe Poteet is as big a crook as any as the others.
His track record with Loch/CDEx speaks for itself !!!!!!!!
Just an educated crook if you ask me.
"Cdex is not a scam.
It is a penny stock company.
Invest if you are willing to take a complete loss, or or reap the benefits if their products prove to be marketable."
------------------------------------------------------------------
Now let's do some simple addition. CDEx is a penny stock scam company. See how easy that was- the truth.
The scam artists make money period. The only thing they need to do is get you to invest your money- marketable products be damned. Of course that requires lies and deception which is what they're good at.
Take a look at what CDEx has done over the past ten years, over 35 million invested and no marketable products.
THAT IS CALLED A PENNY STOCK SCAM COMPANY FOLKS!
QED
"...No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
-Pennstreet
CDEx is still nothing but hype and bogus PR's, that is just a SIMPLE FACT from a brief review of CDEx's press releases since September, 2010.
All those years you swore up and down that CDEx wasn't a scam, now you admit that you were totally fooled.
Obviously you are not a good judge of such things and you are still being fooled to think that CDEx is suddenly not a scam. ALL the scamster stuff is still ocurring full steam ahead to this day.
Some of us with a 100% track record have been informing honest shareholders of this scan all along. Especially Crow who caught on well before me.
When will you learn or are you one of the scamsters? Yes, that does explain everything now doesn't it?
Yes it does!
"A simple truth concerning another tech that does what the G4 is trying to do."
For once we agree Pennstreet! LOL
The ID2 Myth Gun- absolutely unreliable and never performed as advertised.
Shareholders were scammed.
The Pocket Meth Detector- nonexistent.
Shareholders were scammed.
The G4- it will NEVER PERFORM AS ADVERTISED, period.
Investors are being scammed big time!
Now sit back and read the replies or subsequent dribble from two posters promoting this scam, Pennstreet and Capnmike.
Enjoy.
Correction, CDEx announced the launch and commercial production in December, 2011. That has not been over two years as I previously stated, it's been over a year and a half.
Like the CDEx iG4, the Aurowand(TM) was launched and put into commercial production over 2 years ago.
Now we just have to build the damn things to work like we advertise. And as you know, no one can be sure how long this will take.
If we can't get it to work as advertised, I hope people will settle for a wand that turns straw into pretty colored rocks!
I've got an brand new product based on the CDEX SCAM. It's called the Aurowand(TM).
It's a handheld device operating at a very specially modulated wavelength. When held over ordinary straw, it turns it into gold.
This miraculous transformation occurs in real time and the unit can process up to 1500 grams of gold per battery charge.
It also has a Wi-Fi connection which allows a print out record of the bullion value of the gold produced based on the realtime market price of gold.
Of course it also has all the functions of an Apple 5 phone, duh!
We are accepting orders and based on the overwhelming response from are customers we believe the future demos will be well liked and historical!
The only thing left to do is design and built it, but that won't stop us from advertising it.
It appears that the CDEX SCAM even has the most loyal shareholders "praying" that the company will finally make good on something, ANYTHING!
What a shame!
I thought it was by the size of their hat? LOL!
It appears as if ANY LAB TEST NOW brought in Dr. Terrell just like CDEx has done, to use his name to tout their wares.
Poor guy probably doesn't even realize how his name is being expoited by the unscrupulous CDEx stock promoters on this message board.
The same is true with the distinguished Dr. Stevenson.
Dr. Stevenson is way overdue for an email from a honest, concerned shareholder!
"I also doubt that a unit was "shipped"..."
They probably shipped something, somewhere to CTA, but it certainly wasn't a G4 that works as advertised.
I'm 100% sure of that!
Those don't exist and never will IMO.
Pennstreet claimed on this board that the company that allegedly received the G4 "uses it every day".
The intended use was to analyze parenteral admixtures:
"The company intends using the ValiMed G4 as a lab instrument for a research and development project to determine the shelf life of parenteral admixtures with regards to potency over time."
But, CDEx now states that the G4 will not be available to analzye multi-component drugs (until the end of the year- yeah right! LOL) such as a parenteral admixture.
Wow! It seems like this unknown company has been using their G4 everyday to do just that. Have they already advanced the technology beyond CDEX's capability... or has pennstreet lied once again.
I believe the latter is true.
Here's a quote from pennstreet in January 2012 (over a year after the 2010 show and even after the 2011 show!) where he states:
" I believe the demonstrations for the G4 are going to be a well liked demo."
Based on that comment, they weren't even giving demos at the 2011 ASHP Show where JB, the CDEx CEO, claimed they have contracts.
If CDEx had been giving demos at the 2010 show, or even the 2011 show, YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE HEARD A PITCHMAN LIKE PENNSTREET say that he believes the demos will be well like.
If CDEx actually had successful true demos, pennstreet would have proclaimed that "all those that watched our demo thought the G4 was magical and it will make history."
Instead he said that he "believes it will be"? No, there were no demos conducted at the 2010 and 2011 show IMO. Not even.
Whoops! Oop! LOL
Amanita, at the 2010 ASHP Show CDEX had nothing to demo, or should I say, nothing that actually worked (esp. as advertised), it was all talk! They may have had a prop, but from some of the more recent props I've seen, it was probably nothing that should have ever been displayed. LOL
Did Jeff, the CEO of the CDEx lie when he reported back in 2011:
"With the recent launch and commercial production of our ValiMed(TM) G4 system..."
There was no "we expect" or "we anticipate", Brumfield stated that CDEx was in commercial production, period!
I believe that was a FLAT OUT LIE from the CEO!
At least SEA Medical is honest when they state that they are still in development.
Why can't these scam artist just say that!! I guess they need to suck in those unfortunate PP investors.
Only a scam would deceive their investors with such weasel words which is one of the many reasons why I believe that CDEx is still nothing but an on-going scam!
Just like it's always been in the past according to Pennstreet!
You should stop using the keyboard Bro, your not making any sense accept then you admit that CDEX is a scam.
CDEX is a SCAM. The announcment of the G4 which will never exist as advertised has been designed to sell PP's to uninformed investors. That's why they introduced the concept years before it will ever be released- if ever. That's how they make their money.
Just to clarify, when I say 'design', I'm referring to the CDEx scheme, not the G4.
"...No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
-pennstreet
You are stunningly wrong!
EVERYTHING YOU STATED ABOVE IS STILL HAPPENING TO THIS DAY!
CDEx is still a scam, even though you think they've gone clean.
But then again, unlike some of us, you claim to have been fooled for 8 years during the scam years which you speak of so your judgement is very, very poor.
Obviously, it hasn't improved.
Pennstreet, CDEx is a scam. You sound silly trying to make up far-fetched excuses. LOL
If only you and capnmike new!
Sounds like CDEx is slowly catching up to all the other Raman Spectroscopy manufacturers that sell instruments which have the capability of analyzing through most containers that are currently being used in pharmaceutical settings.
CDEx being a SCAM, I interpret the underlined statement as:
...analyzing through some containers that are currently being used in pharmaceutical settings.
"... and it will have all the functions of a Motorola Razr"
- Wade Poteet
Poteet describing the capability of the failed ID2 Meth Gun.
Now that was funny! LOL
But there's nothing funny about THE CDEx SCAM and all the honest shareholders that have lost their hard earned money.
A little hair.. huh Demmo! LOL
I'm sure Dr. Terrell had no idea that ANY LAB TEST NOW has been called a scam and is being sued by so many people.
I wonder if he was aware that CDEx has been called a scam (even by Pennstreet) which I believe is a fact known to most everyone.
CDEx has burned through 35 million dollars of investor's money wihout a single viable product to sell?
Hummm... that's a true scam if you ask me. And who is the master mind behind all the failed products?
Dr. Wade Poteet.
Amanita, you are 100% correct about the outdated study conducted at the University of Michigan. Not only is that study 6-7 years old, it was based on an entirley different technology. It has zero usefulness for evaluating the iG4.
The old study is obsolete, just like the Valimed used in the study.
For a magical new product like the G4 which is going to "make history", one which CDEx announced has been launch at least four times now, I sure don't see any news about it. Where is it and what can it actually do?
So how do the CDEx stock promoters and insiders BUY TIME, they keep on spamming the glory days of the failed and now obsolete Valimed.
That's a shame AND DISHONEST.
"Except one opinion is based on actual see and touch, and the other opinions are completely keys and keyboard."
Yet another of Pennstreet's opinions- NO FACT Yawn... this is getting old.
Kidinsight, another CDEx spokesperson, would use the term 'hotrod' when posting on this board.
I thought you'd like that! LOL
"...might not one who his actually educated in the pharmacy world, NOT think Cdex is magical, if it does what Cdex claims."
No they would not. Someone educated in the pharmacy world would understand the working principles. Only the uneducated would use such a fantasy term...
... like an uneducated salesman or a penny stock scamster trying to hawk PP's.
Pennstreet, did I say that I expected CDEX to ship a G4 to an actual hospital? LOL!
No I did not.
I was thinking something more along these lines:
TUCSON, AZ, Oct 03, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- CDEX Inc. (OTCBB: CEXI), a leading developer of chemical detection products, using patented technologies for use in healthcare, safety and security markets, announced today the company
has shipped the first ValiMed(TM) G4 drug validation system to a prominent US based global medical technology company. The company intends using the ValiMed G4 as a lab instrument for a research and development project to determine the shelf life of parenteral admixtures with regards to potency over time.
The medical technology company is focused on improving drug delivery, enhancing the quality and speed of diagnosing infectious diseases and cancers, and advancing research, discovery and production of new drugs and vaccines. The
company serves healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
"We are honored the ValiMed G4 was chosen to play a critical role in this research project which we believe further validates the breadth of use for our technology. We are excited to ship the first unit of our enhanced ValiMed G4 device to an industry leading medical technology and diagnostic company; this
relationship should provide an optimum platform to build our ValiMed G4 market penetration and reputation in the industry. We expect to deliver additional ValiMed G4 units as the market interest continues to spread," stated Jeff Brumfield, chairman and chief executive officer of CDEX.
Wouldn't a parenteral admixture be simiular to a multi-component
drug admixture? Something which CDEx has disclosed the G4's won't have the ability to perform intially? Multi-component drug ID and concentration analysis?
Gee, look at that, JB claims this unknown "world class" company will be using the iG4 FOR THAT VERY PURPOSE, yet it's not available for release on the current G4's yet?
After over one and a half (1.5) years.
Somethings in the gravy with that PR!!
"The magic that is manufactured at Cdex is most amazing, to say the least."
LOL!!
How arrogant can you get Pennstreet? "Debt-free", "the G4 will make history", now "the magic... is most amazing"?
Sounds like cantina talk! LOL!!
"Other than prototypes, they have no manufacturing capability."
Remember, this scam operates from a small shop in the desert. They have no sales reps, no technical support to speak of, nada, yet the G4 is going to be a historical event in the medical field according to their de facto (know-it-all) spokesperson, Penstreet.
How arrogant is that?
I'll answer that question, it's as arrogant as when he boasted that CDEx was "debt free" after all the honest shareholders got ripped-off for 90% of their holdings.
"Unless they can find a source willing to advance credit w/o a credit check."
LOL!!! Not bloody likely mate!
I believe they'll try to get at least one G4 out the door in the next few days for PP sales. It doesn't really matters if it works or where it's going, they just need to have some shill company "accept delivery" for the PR.
It's hard to believe that there are still PP suckers out there believing their sales pitch.
"THE JB LED cdex has not manufactured and sold anything. NADA."
Pennstreet claimed that they were build under Jeff's watch.
So Pennstreet has flat out lied to members of this board once again?
