I'm replying to my first post on this board, of which at the time 5G sounded pretty good and there were actual active company updates.
Boy was I naive lol 5G still isn't fully rolled out so I knew this one might take a while to develop but it never went anywhere for this ticker on top of some people now think 5G is the cause of corona. Go figure.

Trust me when I say, don't waste your time here. At 0.0001 you think you have nothing to lose but you can lose volume. The volume you're seeing now won't last and then you'll be stuck holding your bag. I'm not discouraging pennies, but be mindful of the volume!! & This one had potential once upon a time. Sad story truly. The billion shares stacked on the asked @ 0.0002 are probably long time bag holders too just trying to get out breakeven. Trust me, take the L and get out! Luckily most of my bag was at 0.0001 but I did take a loss.

Anyway, to the naive buyers that took my remaining 227,990,000 shares ($22,799) yesterday, I'm grateful. I've never hit the "Sell Market" button so many times in one day! 2,000,000 shares a pop! Figured that would keep from scaring off the volume coming in. I honestly had written these shares off and had stopped looking at this one completely. So I was pretty shocked to actually see volume this week. Hats off to whoever put life back into this one. I might throw this money into TSLA, BTC or a bathroom remodel :)

Never trade on hope or "this one's getting ready to fly..." Either do your research if you plan to invest or study patterns for shorter time frames and get out (IMMEDIATELY) when it (price or volume) goes against you.

Not sure of what connection Bux/Tom have with Rob but they've certainly been the most ironically correct leading sources of info on this company in a long time.

That being said, communication is really poor with this company and it shouldn't require putting on an entire PR campaign to restore at least limited communication with shareholders. Even an occasional vague update is better than constant silence. Doesn't make much sense to be a publicly traded company if you're not looking for shareholder support. There's people on this board that could buy the entire ask but they wouldn't dare because of how poor communication has been and how little intrinsic information is available to actually value this company.

Not stacking the ask doesn't make a lick of difference when the company is diluting shares. I bought into this company in 2015. I think it's safe to say my patience has run its course with this one and I'm going to stack the ask till it tumbles over if I have to.

314 million isn't bad actually. But as history here has proven, even once the ask is down to just a few million, the dilution begins. They should have left the OS at 10 billion. Debt conversions kill PPS.

No bid just means you're forced to submit limit orders at 0.0001 in this case. Once a buyer comes along, there's never a big enough buy order to bring the bid/balance back to the order book. So if you wait till there's a bid again on this stock, you'll be waiting a while from the looks of things. I put my sell order in over a month ago. Therefore this week as buyers came, the MMs just so happened to partially fill 102 million worth of my sell order.

It'll go on the ask because you're asking to sell your shares @ 0.0001. Then hopefully a buyer will place a bid to buy your shares at that same price to complete the transaction.

That being said I think you have to have L2 to see the true ask size because on TD's website it shows over 29 billion on the ask. So I can't quite explain how MMs match buyers with sellers. It certainly seems random.

I've sold 102 million this week so I kind of beg to differ there. I've always said if they would release something meaningful I'll take my share off the ask.

I see your point and like I said they've burned my trust.

The PR definitely said that ICNM was still focused on their 5G business. If I can partner with a business that brings in revenue, it's industry is irrelevant. Money in this country is green no matter the industry.

I mean I'll get off the ask if they give us full disclosure on what the heck they've been doing for the last 6 months. I still wish the best for them but I've held my bag since 2015. Time's up unless they address the Form-10, this new partnership, the supposedly RF acquisition, give shareholders hard proof that they're actually involved with 5G (equipment, previous business relations), turn the automatic email reply off, and have a business phone that actually works. I'm not asking for much unless you're trying to scam people. Then maybe I am.

Unless they reveal why they went dark for so long they've burned my trust because there's a good chance they'll do it again. I am appreciative of the PR though. But they'll have to release something more substantial than that for me to remove my 100 million 1s from the ask. And I've got even more 2s waiting behind that that I might even sell as 1s to get out and move on.

Don't get me wrong I've already sold nearly all my 1s this morning. They shouldn't have been quiet for so long just to release a partnership PR that doesn't mean much of anything today at least.

In hindsight, share price can't be diluted any further by authorizing more shares compared to doing a RS. I'd much rather keep the bottom where it is especially considering everybody is stacking the ask.

On the other hand, still can't explain why they went silent. Whether this is all a scam or not, periodic PRs at least maintained some volatility. Going silent is doing nobody any good.

There wasn't a point to prove besides the fact how so many tones have changed on this board yet with no credible proof. Show me [numbers, documentation, a report, an arrest report, SOMETHING] that aligns with him stealing shareholders money and then (not a second sooner) will I say dang Jockey and Pats and numerous others were right this whole time. Until then we wait. No judgement can be passed besides them being horrible communicators and keeping shareholders up to date with company business. Them not filing this last report could very well have something to do with the Form-10 or it could mean he ran off with everyone's money or it could mean something entirely different. We just don't know. And for anyone who can't accept that we just don't know, you're delusional.

In my opinion this stock is still worth holding until 5G actually begins to be implemented. At which point, whether Deakin is a scam or not, a few rightly worded PRs will get this moving.

I completely missed that. So in all honesty I still feel like even the people calling this a pos still think there's a chance otherwise why keep coming back to this board.

Frankly, things are still 50/50 until ICNM is no longer allowed to be traded or a news release says otherwise. Which means we keep on waiting. Saying baseless remarks to influence one side or the other is truly pointless at this stage in the game.

I saw the same PR everyone else did. So trust me I know how long it's been. That doesn't refute the fact that he never specified a timeline. And unless someone here has personally been through the process of submitting a Form 10, whose to say it takes a year or 5 years.

Technically they never gave a timeline on when the Form 10 would be done. Saying soon is a relative term which typical has a long time horizon for a business; especially a small one. If someone else here has submitted a Form 10 please enlighten us on how long it should take.

If you don't understand that money can be made on a (alleged) scam company, you need to stick to blue collar tickers. And quite frankly, nobody claiming it's a scam has produced any factual documentation to back their claim. Therefore, whether it's a scam or not, the right PR will put money in my pocket regardless.

My current stash is about as much risk as I can tolerate in this one. I like ICNM but I have my limits too. Im only considering 9M more from yesterday's company stake convo. Otherwise, I'll just wait. Been waiting since 2015.

I'm just playing to win like everyone else Ms. June. This the first penny I've invested in expecting growth in the long term like this. I'm normally a price action trader and only care about the fundamentals to catch the move.
