It'll go on the ask because you're asking to sell your shares @ 0.0001. Then hopefully a buyer will place a bid to buy your shares at that same price to complete the transaction.

That being said I think you have to have L2 to see the true ask size because on TD's website it shows over 29 billion on the ask. So I can't quite explain how MMs match buyers with sellers. It certainly seems random.
