No bid just means you're forced to submit limit orders at 0.0001 in this case. Once a buyer comes along, there's never a big enough buy order to bring the bid/balance back to the order book. So if you wait till there's a bid again on this stock, you'll be waiting a while from the looks of things. I put my sell order in over a month ago. Therefore this week as buyers came, the MMs just so happened to partially fill 102 million worth of my sell order.
