Come on man! I'm trying to watch football. Cut down on the words:) Just kidding. Maybe it would help if folks that forecast gave a line in the sand that would change their view or a couple of things(if they were to occur) that would be warning signs that their analysis might not pan out.

Edit:(it was cnet)
The best innovation of All-in-One Secretmaker's generous list of features is the NetBIOS protection that stops tracking companies from identifying you. Not only does it delete temporary and history files from Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer, the free utility also cleans the traces left by Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, WinZip, Acrobat Reader, GetRight, and Google Toolbar. The program effectively kills pop-up windows, including those sent through the Windows Messenger service, and marks spam. We're glad to note the application's main interface has gotten a much-needed overahul; it's still simple to use but appears a lot more polished. The program includes whitelists for banners, pop-ups, and spam. It also can now generate any number of passwords using letters, numbers, or a combo of both. All-in-One Secretmaker will suit most users concerned with their privacy, especially considering it's free.
Bruce or anybody ever heard of Secret Maker? I came across it doing a search on Ewido the other day. I can't remember for sure, but I think it was rated very high by Cnet(if that means anything) and it's freeware(I think). I haven't downloaded it yet. I don't do anything anymore without consulting Bruce and/or reading this board. Anyway, just wondering if anyone had heard of it or tried it.
Thanks,

God you are good(as in 41 is the sweet spot on KLAC)(it overshot it although I can't believe that delta hedging to the upside is in order)(although anything is possible and I would like your opinion on an overshoot in price as pertaining to options, klac, smh, and or the nasdaq....I haven't checked today, but calls to the 42.50 srike way out number the puts from strike 42.50 down(by my eyeball) and they have had more action from my eyeball during the last week or so even if puts have picked up a little bit of steam...this is the week and the main plays have been made by the big boys imho) 2 weeks ago it looked like there was no way klac could climb and especially not delta hedge to the updside...that would seem impossible to me....good case for it I know...(going by the outstanding puts close to and in the money in relation to calls*contrarian siganl for me....the unwanted guru....I even don't want to beleive it, but one has to work with what he has:) of the same nature and then recently as I think I posted before about 2 weeks ago there was a dramatic shift toward the calls close to the money(and IQAuto(which I know you don't use and respectully so judging by your analysis and mish's eyeball accuracy when reading stocks you follow(and probably any others that have enough volume and interest[otherwise why even try to use max pain.....right:)(:>/...(when I read it)
...I think you will have a long enjoyment(ie success whether you want it or not, if people read all your post, reasoning and links, especially your chart links), but you're relationary historical analysis(can I coin that term even if you personify it:), is one of the best I have ever seen, especially from one that does not offer "picks and has only been studying "TA" for a short time(I forgot if it was three or more years now", and has no desire to offer "specific plays" and in addition(unless I have misunderstood), one of your main reasons for learning "TA" and any other descriptive name for market analyzation of the market was to help your employees gain a better return on their company(or not) retirement accounts(yours may be included and probably is which makes your effort with a 0 management fee(I assume), a very noble effort at the very least and from what you have offered here and other threads to anyone that has been around(imho) ." and paid attention the following assesment:(at least not often and never in terms of "follow me IE: follow ajtj's calls...has never been said to my knowledge, although there may be some searchers that can find something that is arguable or maybe even a true "follow me"[right or wrong(which is always arguabledepending of the time frame offered if any)....it is not the norm)". I have been around these(included SI) boards for a long time. I have never offered much to anyone, especially newbies(or really anyone for that matter). You have offerred(should there be 2 r's?) a relatively on topic thread(not a knock....you have had less and handled what has popped up better than anyone that I can think of) that has brought in many objective posters and then you add your analysis that I perceive as some of the most objective(without emotion, as if anyone needed an
explanation) analysis that there is out there, with charts to back up you hypothesis' and words sometimes to boot. Maybe you objectivity is why you rarely deal with real ankle biters....Sometimes a regular poster may jost with you, but in the end you most often respect their position without relinquishing yours of course unless or untill your position has been proven wrong by your charts.
I will not promise to never ramble again and I may not have made continuous sense in my rambling, but I bet there are more lurkers than me(and some that have been around as long), that appreciate your thread, you(and your more rapid than usual objective(IMHO) ta), your moderation(in moderation), and the poster that are naturally attracted to what you have created that offer what they have....Of course I have nothing to offer.......I am reallly only trying to get a job with AJ since he has twins and I have triplets......but I may not have a wife if I don't get home right now.
Sorry for any rambling, bad grammar or anything else. I had to post this between customers, phone calls, etc. I guess I am just blowing justified wind up AJ's ass, expecting nothing in return(That's got to be different than at least some of what you are used to AJ......right....humor me....).
Will KLAC delta hedge(maybe wrong words) against the strong call position...I have already sold my 2 calls and a good price....One of my very few good(albeit small) option trades.
Thanks,
Lans
It will need to get to 41 fast before the premium disappears. I hope you are right even if it is another futile small position attempt at stock options for me(which are almost always wrong). Thanks. Great thread....I miss the politics though:)(Don't make me say it..........It's a joke).

At a daily glance the last few days, the calls have been bought heavily compared to the puts. A week ago(maybe a little more than a week, but not much), there were a lot more puts outstanding than calls near the money as per yahoo(and my eyes and memory). I must say that I bought 2 42.50 calls because of this. I also must say that once again I was wrong with my options purchase. Anyway, I would assume IQauto and AJ's eyeball method would suggest lower prices from here and maybe into expiry unless something changes in the puts and calls assuming nothing else(or everything else being equal).
Now back to reading and lurking....

In a conference call late Thursday, KLA-Tencor estimated earnings of 46 cents to 48 cents a share. Sales are seen in the range of $480 million to $500 million. The current consensus of analysts polled by Thomson First Call is for earnings of 53 cents a share on revenue of $514 million.

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- KLA-Tencor Corp., a maker of semiconductor production equipment, said Thursday that third-quarter earnings doubled year-over-year on a 39 percent surge in revenue.
Net income grew to $123 million, or 61 cents per share, from $66 million, or 33 cents per share, a year ago. Revenue was up 39 percent to $542 million from $390 million last year
