Is anyone also wondering why there was no pacer update with the status from last Friday, but there was one from yesterday's status meeting?
I haven't seen any documents saying it has definitely been sold. There's an option for it to be sold, but that doesn't mean it is absolutely sold at this point, correct?
8k for what? Did they receive the money already?
So, you looked back at November last year when they submitted the extension paperwork, but then filed the 10q the following day, which was still before the shareholder meeting. Check the facts!
Are you back now to buy in again since there was a little news?
I loved this part to Ram!
"Perhaps you are interpreting it incorrectly. We will see what happens after this next fork. "
10Q isn't due until next week.
Then I suggest you sell and go find a better stock to invest in.
You claim to make so much money, pay for a Pacer account and read it!
Dump? Are you headed to the bathroom again?
HUH??? There hasn't even been 1 million shares sold in the last hour and 15 minutes. That's nothing here and you know it!
Isn't investing in the stock market a gamble all around?
The initial response by SFOR's lawyers is due on March 26th. Getting that filed is good news, but then SA still has time to file their rebuttal. I don't expect the court to do much until at least SA files their piece, but I'm no lawyer so I'm only taking a guess just like everyone else around here.
March is over? From looking at my calendar, it's only March 20th and we still have 8 trading days left in the month. I'm not saying I expect any news prior to then, just pointing out some facts!
OH, I completely missed where Kay specifically stated how many units were sold each year since inception. So, you're telling me that information exists?
OH, so now you want to believe something the CEO says? That's a new angle for you!
So, did you ever consider it's possible that the 8 million sold was just done in the last week? Then if they don't get paid for 30-90 days, the revenue didn't actually hit the books, so nothing to report yet. Nothing is out of the question!
He knew that too. He just needed to hear himself talk
AH, redefining what buying means to meet your needs. There's a surprise!!!!! If you are flipping, you first have to buy the stock. What part of that don't you understand?
You said "I would never buy a company that can only get 10 cents ...." However, you openly admit many, many, many times that you flip this stock. HMMM, can't even get your story straight today!
How is that possible when they are on contingency? And that's something you KNOW!!!!!
I have been running Guarded ID on my computer for over a year now. It's a Windows 10 computer and it goes to sleep after 15 minutes of idle time. When I press a key and go to log in again, it works perfectly fine. I think you must have another issue. You should call their technical support.
Or you will get left behind wishing you didn't sell out and actually held long.
And this comes from someone that offered to do PR work for the company that he is now calling a scam. HMMMMMM......
What private company?
Well, let's see. You are the one that clearly stated what kind of deal Trustwave got. That means you have insider information since it wasn't included in the docket and publicly released information is available yet. So, again, you are apparently privileged to that information somehow and you are publicly giving it out.
OH, you are privileged to insider information? Sure seems like grounds to report you to the SEC.
Yeah, some comments on here today are just hilarious. They are working overtime for sure.
Yet, Microsoft and Trustwave's lawyers must be dumb to have settled. Love how you have ALL the answers. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yet, the IPR was denied because the board knows they are valid. How do you explain that?
Where do you get that the "asserted patents" are the patents that SecureAuth thought they had? This comes from the same docket. It specifically states that the "asserted patents" are the patents that SFOR owns. What am I misunderstanding?
StrikeForce Technologies (“Plaintiff”) brought this patent infringement action against SecureAuth
Corporation (“Defendant”). The First Amended Complaint (“FAC” (Dkt. 85)), alleges that Defendant
infringed U.S. Patent No. 7,870,599 (the “’599 Patent”), U.S. Patent No. 8,484,698 (the “’698 Patent”) and
U.S. Patent No. 8,713,701 (the “’701 Patent”) (collectively, the “Asserted Patents”). On July 21, 2017,
Defendant moved to dismiss the FAC (“Motion” (Dkt. 87)), on the ground that the Asserted Patents are
invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 101. Plaintiff opposed the Motion (Dkt. 104), and Defendant replied. Dkt. 106. A
hearing on the Motion was held on October 2, 2017, and the matter was taken under submission. For the
reasons stated in this Order, the Motion is GRANTED.
II. Background
AH, another one of your opinions that will definitely come true! Yet, you are still here invested and not going away anytime soon. HMMM, that sure doesn't make sense to me if things aren't going to go well for SFOR. You better run off to one of your other investments.
OH, but I'm sure you do.
If they are granted the transfer, then I think an injunction to cease business operations should be filed against these 3 companies.
How long are the courts going to allow these 3 companies to try delay tactics?
Hey Ram, can you point me to a link where I can find the most recent financial filings?
Is it possible that the dismissal filing was actually done yesterday, but not posted in pacer until the judge signs off on it? Or could there be another reason why it wouldn't be posted on pacer?
They are allowed a 2 week extension on financials?
I don't understand why people think there will actually be numbers in the 8k or the court documents. It wasn't there for Microsoft, was it? And why would they want to publicize numbers now when there are additional lawsuits possibly being settled before the numbers had to be publicized in the next 10k?
Do other companies publicize the actual numbers in a PR?
I think it's more like an attempt at flipping since there's barely been 3 million traded today.
