Yeah it happens with all audit firms. The auditors tell their clients it will be finished in two weeks. Then another two weeks. Then next month. Then next week. Just how they do it to try and please their clients. I saw it every week first hand

Umm no, they can’t. If you remember an audit has to be performed by an independent third party.

You can blame this one on the auditors. They’re the ones that had a deadline to make and they missed it again. Just like the last several times. The auditors are the ones to blame here. I’ve said that so many times and you continue to blame it on the CEO. Smh.

I’d rather shoot for the 300-1000% gains and hold these diamond nano caps longer term. These type of companies don’t come around often on the pink sheets

Have you never heard of a 50% retracement? Or a 61.8% retracement?

Stocks go up. Stocks go down. It’s part of the psychology of the markets. People take profits when a stock goes up 1200%+. Then it retraces. Settles. And begins its next market cycle

AMFE is doing just fine.

I suggest you look at gross margins rather than net margins. Revenues minus cost of sales. Those are the profits that matter right now during a period of rapid growth and expansion starting.

My guess is that they had started on the audit right on time and the auditors knew of their deadline of 10/15 or so.

All of the audit work papers and testing methods were created last year and all the auditors have to do is copy last year’s procedures. Only opening balance sheet stuff that this audit entails is for the NSI and Morning acquisitions.

The 10K is already formatted and they just fill in the current year balances. Adjust some wording for any changes such as the acquisitions. And it’s done.

Lol... I highly doubt that. The audit completion was a big hurdle and Roger had no control over that. Now that the audit is complete, franchising can move forward. We've already seen a lot of new Twitter handles pop up so I'm sure an update is coming soon for new locations as well.

How is it a money drainer? IK is a contractor... how would they lose money if they're bidding jobs and covering expenses? IK is probably the least complex subsidiary of AMFE. I doubt you have anything to back up your claims that IK is a "money loser"
