Last activist investor deal I was in was Immunomedics. CEO was trying to sell out too cheap. Venbio ousted him and we got sold to Gilead for $88. Easy 10 bagger.

I think that Amarin is in the camp of “get rid of the retail investors”. I can’t explain why they would’ve kept a leaky lid on the results to release them at a medical conference.

Expect to see the bottom today.

I’m not paying close attention but my takeaway is we spent a couple cents per share more than we took in….on a cash basis. Severances were part of it.

This report is sort of a “meh”. No reason to go down. If we sell off at the open there may be several folks buying in. I personally know two guys that are waiting for what they think is the bottom to double up their shares.

A sell rating with a PT that’s significantly higher than where are currently trading is nonsensical. It’s just past of the scheme to drive retail nuts. Either to sell or vote in favor of a buyout. Last I checked retail still had the ability to vote yes or no. Takes 75% to vote in favor for a BO to succeed.

It’s a Honda powered deal that vaporizes the solution. 95%+ oil. Permethrin is the bug killer in it but it’s diluted pretty good. Every now and then I have to run thru the fog. It hangs in the air for quite a while. 2 gallons will make 10-12 runs around the grounds. It’s mounted in the back of a can am 6x6. Been doing it for 15 years.

Lzzy…..Gnats and no-see-ums are not the same bug. However both are mainly teeth.

Maybe Permethrin counteracts the effect. I have a decent sized fogger I run around with and can’t help but get in the cloud every now and then.
