A sell rating with a PT that’s significantly higher than where are currently trading is nonsensical. It’s just past of the scheme to drive retail nuts. Either to sell or vote in favor of a buyout. Last I checked retail still had the ability to vote yes or no. Takes 75% to vote in favor for a BO to succeed.
